Basic Ameneties. You Get What You Pay For”
Ameneties are pretty basic but does what it's for. Bunk bed's pretty okay. Fan works well. Shared bathroom is clean and spacious. Aside from that, don't expect much. Nonetheless, they were able to entertain me at 1AM for check-in! (reason why I booked them in the first place) :-)

First time to stay at a bed and breakfast. Room was very spacious. And staff/owner is friendly. Concerns: 1. Difficulty in locating the place since sign is not really visible along the highway unless you will be aware of where you are (google map helps a lot) 2. There is an additional P100 per person for an early check in 3. Towel provided only good for 1 person 4. Lights for the room still located outside the room 5. Very thin curtain Overall, still had a decent sleep after a good night in San Juan, La Union. Will probably stay again here.

Good if you're on a budget. There might be better places for the price, but we had very little time to prepare for our trip. Pet friendly. Place is near to the tourist attractions, but would be very far if you only plan on walking. Location is good since it is by the main road.

Room is dusty, windows room is held open covering a fixed net, wall and ceiling need a maintenance, a lot of mosquitos(but they gave us mosquitos repellant at night), sharing a dirty CR, we booked exclusive room for 4, but the lola’s care taker give us the room for 5 because our room is occupy by other guests and the room she gave us is for sharing to upcoming guest. Booking is not monitored accurately, a bit pricey for a house that is not tidy. Only lola taking care of the house. Totally not recommended 👎

We were scammed!!! Don't attempt to book this transient house”
My friends and I totally got a very bad experience in staying in this house. We even look for another place right after we stayed for few hours. When we booked the place, it's far different from what we expected as the pictures on their site looks good. Mosquitoes are everywhere and our room was not even well-ventilated. We asked the staff if they can get rid off the mosquitoes, our request was declined. PLUS, the staff assigned during our stay got a nasty attitude. They won't even bother to reply on our messages. So unprofessional! Again, this is a big scam! You may just browse on better hotels nearby. There actually a lot more affordable hotels than this around the area.

I will not recommend this accommodation to my friends. There are dogs inside the house coming in and out of the rooms. The ventilation isnt good. I did not actually slept in the room. I checked in another hotel. The bathroom is not clean. Overall the house is messy. Agoda should know firsr what they are offering people. You didnt attend my issues.

The practical spot for on the budget barkadas”
The exteriors and interiors may not be pleasing for all, but it will meet all your needs. It's true that you will get what you paid for. The dorm we got was nice because Alice gave us 2 electric fans. It's spacious enough for all of us. We get to have our own bathroom. The flush works well. There are a shower gel and shampoo provided. Water pressure is strong enough. We have free access to the kitchen and grill, including all of the utensils containers. Then, there's complimentary drinking water and ice cubes, free use of the fridge. There's no need to say more. It's true that you will be needing a few minutes to arrive at San Juan Beach. But the walk is not taxing for us. The long stretch of the beach is a few meters behind the house. Maybe the only thing that we don't like is the buses and motorcycles pass in front of the house, it could be deafening but it's forgivable because of the positive things.Alice has everything to make you feel at home. Dindin the dog is a good sport.

It’s a cheap place and recommended for short stay. Check in time was at 1pm but went there around 8am and asked the caretaker if we could check in already and surprisingly she agreed. There’s also wifi which is perfect to update our social media and also to search for the location of the places we wanted to go to. It’s not really a clean place but it’s already decent for someone who doesnt want to spend so much on accommodation.

I called in earlier to the number given to let them know we will arrive a little late in the evening aroung nine-ish. When We arrived around those time, the caretaker was surprised. Seemed like she didn't know what to do. Never offered us a seat then told us she'll be back. We waited for around 30 mins just standing with all our baggages. Then told us all rooms are occupied. Felt like she was trying to tell us to go to find other hostels to check in. It turned out our room was occupied by a male driver who, she mentioned, destroyed the door knob just so he can enter the room. I told her if your concern is the security because there is no door knob, that's fine with us so long as we have a room to sleep tonight. So we were able to sleep but the room was hot, even with the fan on, no door locks. I will never book nor recommend this.

The room ceiling is broken and wall paint is very dirty with spider web, broken window, many mosquitos. Old style comfort room is dirty. cheapest price is okay for the room especially for short stay only has better wi-fi connection.

Liars, liars, liars”
Drove Manila to La Union for a major disappointment. No gated carpark, no proper reception, no security, stray dogs on the way to the beach, the beach is not advisable for swimming. We did not stay there even if it was prepaid but they claim we stayed there. Had to drive back to Pangasinan to get a decent accommodation. Misrepresentation on facilities bigtime.

Worst place ever”
Upon seeing the place, my boyfriend and I decided not to stay at CV even though we've paid it already that's how disgusted we were. The room is dark, not well maintained, there are trash from previous occupants perhaps, it's smelly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
