D'Rami was so good!”

We satyed 2 nights and it was fantastic. Hotel is close to metro station, and market is tight down the corner. Staffs were nice, helpful, and kind. Everything we need was prepared in hotel room. Room condition is very clean as well. We loved our stay at D'rami!

Wonderful, Charming Stay”

Beyond the lovely facilities and great location close to cafes and parks, I was most impressed by the extent to which the staff went out of their way to help us: my friend accidentally left his phone in a taxi (Russia's equivalent to Uber, the name of which I can't remember). The staff were very proactive in helping us communicate with the driver and, when he refused to return the phone, in dealing with the local police. Although we didn't get the phone back, we really appreciated how outgoing the staff were. I truly loved Almaty and hope to visit again. Will definitely stay here when I return!

Great short stay!!”

It was my first time visit at Almaty as Transit.And,this hotel was great choice for me! All staff were very kind and warming!! Also,the place and room was perfect! I could walk around to see the town and had great time! Thank you for everything and I will look foward to seeing on someday again :)

the best if elevator exist”

the decoration are new and beautiful staffs are nice and helpful location is convenient, super market is just down stair with 1 mins walk but it's quite at night, we can enjoy good sleeping. rooms are clean only disadvantage is that customer need to climb stairs with their luggage..

처음 밤에 갔을때 너무 어두워서 무서웠지만 깔끔한 시설과 직원들의 친절함이 감동을 줄정도입니다, 라자타의 엄청난 친절과 배려 제가 좀 늦게 들어오니 무슨문제있는지 전화를 주는 남자직원 타밀라.. 혼자서는 처음가는 카자흐스탄이었는데 덕분에 너무 잘여행하고 갑니다 다음에도 알마티가면 여길 이용할꺼에요
