The place is chic with comfortable seating thruout out the lobby. ceilings with lots of wood and soft furnishing buffer sound, making a very sexy combination !

Quality experience beginning to end”
Every person we came into contact with went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. The ambiance was unparalleled. The food and cocktails were really special. The pools, beach, restaurants and rooms were all an elevated experience. Great getaway!

Amazing Hotel”
Staying at the 1 Hotel in South Beach ruins staying at all other hotels forever. It is pricey but worth it and I had a great time. The several pools as well as the spa are all phenomenal. I hope to get the chance to come back and stay again

Primo experience”
amazing hotel and staff- above and beyond. Modern chic and cool design with great spaces throughout the hotel. Gym rocks. Room rocks (really nice size compared to everything else in south beach). Drinks were well done. Snack bar/cafe diverse choices. Overall: would definitely return to 1 Hotel (best experience in Miami in over 15 years). Cheers

Beautiful Hotel and Very Fun Spot”
The hotel is not cheap but is in a prime location with plenty of pool access for adults as well as children. Roof deck was always lively and fun. Room was spectacular and clean.

Have Smoking Area Properly!!!”
I was at the pool on the 3rd Floor and want to enjoy the breeze from the sea. But what I found is people smoking weed, and have to get out from there. Please take note that “not everyone enjoys smoking”.

Not as good as it was”
Our room wasn’t cleaned twice until late in the day after (had to call to let them know it had not been done) Room stank of smoke Only one coffee cup provided per room, so I’m not sure what the rational is behind that when most guests will be at least in a couple. Communal areas could do with a refresh, stained carpets, marked walls etc. Breakfast not as fresh as previous visits. Roof top pool and restaurant are both still amazing though.

This is a beautiful hotel which has amazing rooms and ambiance. Also, all of the facilities and amenities are top notch including the gym, spa, pools, restaurants ,shopping, beach area, etc. However, it is very stuffy and it felt like the staff profiles the guest and based on whatever criteria they use to measure someone ultimately determines the type of service or attitude you receive from the staff. They do have a very diverse staff, but the non-Caucasian staff are the worst which was even more surprising. Very sad and unfortunate. Basically, they need to treat EVERY patron that walks through those doors who has made a decision to spend their hard earned money at this hotel the same. Stop judging people based on your own foolish biases. It is time to change.

The hotel itself is nice , but the beds are not comfortable and everything is old from the Ac to the elevated platform around the bed. MaKing it extremely difficult to sleep through the night. I don’t think the service matches the room rate. It was average at best. I’ve definitely stayed on better hotels in Miami at a cheaper nightly rate and had better service.
