Very well appointmented ”
Due to the later check in time available of 9:30pm, I chose 315 Euro this time around, and was not disappointed. Down a little alley way is their reception. Stayed in a Studio apartment at the back and the entrance to and from the apartments off Filleul was very convenient. Restaurants nearby, shopping centre pretty much across the street. The room had all that i required - iron, kettle, fridge, microwave, oven, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery for a longer stay. They even had an umbrella if the weather turned sour available for use. 315 Euro was a very nice, neat and clean apartment to stay at. Queen bed was comfortable and the room was serviced daily. There was ample amount of space. Highly recommended and would stay again if the need ever arose.

Value for money”
This was a great location, right in the heart of town. We could walk everywhere. It was clean, neat and all amenities provided, even robes and slippers. It has a full kitchen with all amenities. Not a great view, but we were almost never there, so did not matter. The apartment is cleaned every day, not necessary for us, but may be helpful for others. All in all, great value for money.

Clean, comfortable and convenient”
My second stay here. The rooms are spotlessly clean with lovely linen, great pressure in the shower and a well equipped kitchenette. I appreciate having a balcony and table and chair out there to get some fresh air. Staff lovely and polite, and plenty of free parking. Although its located just off George St it is very quiet.

Surprisingly nice accommodation ”
I was very happy with our room, it was modern, clean and warm. The facilities are great with a mini kitchen including fridge, microwave, toaster and crockery. We were in the middle of town with food and shopping right on our doorstep, it also includes parking. We would go again.

Quiet comfort in the city”
The motel is located just off George St, but is SO quiet! Plenty of free parking. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Great bed, bedding and pillows (plus robes) and fab bathroom. Behind the unassuming exterior lies a real gem.

Amazing stay”
So central. The bed was to most comfortable I have slept in. We stayed 2 nights and even got a late check out. The unit had everything we needed. I will be staying there again. A staff lovely.

great location and very close to shops and grocery store :) There's a parking space for guests which is very handy esp that it's located in the CBD area. Definitely recommend this place to all types of guests. :)

Fantastic Stay ”
Sparkling clean and well equipped (they even have a dishwasher). Location is good as near to the attractions and shopping malls. Free parking.

Our apartment was big, there was plenty of off street parking, the staff were really friendly and personally showed us to our room. The location was great so central to food and shopping! Have found my new place to stay in Dunedin!

Really good location - on its own lot just off George st. We stayed in the white building (not pictured), and the room was large - Kitchenette has everything, lounge & TV, which even has Netflix and ALL channels to sky.

Great location but tucked away from the main street so very quiet at night. Staff were super friendly and solved a problem with my booking quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

Amazing! Room was spotless and the lady was kind enough to give me a room upgrade even though I had messed up when I booked the room. Location is as central as possible. Will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic stay. Given being in the centre of town, no noise of traffic. And, the first time, we have been in a motel that actually has Sky TV that is the same as home! So 5 stars for that!! And we will certainly be back for that alone.

Located in the city centre, huge apartment for 4 of us, car parks available, cooking, laundry available with WIFI. Walking distance for most places in Dunedin & restaurants nearby.
