The Best and chillest place”

We love how cozy our room was. We got the master suite. It's perfect with 3 balconies. Room was so big, very comfy, and very clean.

OUTSTANDING with a few key reminders”

The view is nice. Food is good. Staff is amazing and location is BEST! We had our time with their SWEETEST SUITE for our honeymoon. Just one thing to be noted, their metal railings are rusty and cranky but this was not a deal breaker for us. However, it was a bad sight to see especially for the modern design. But definitely a win place for me and my wife. Will come back again soon!

Not happy due to change in room without option”

Booked for 2 premium suites because it offers larger patio but was later advised by the hotel that they have moved us to deluxe (smaller patio) because they dont have available premium only. The booking cannot be cancelled and non refundable leaving us no option but to accept the decision. This kind of service is not acceptable.

Paid for premium but given a deluxe”

Paid for 2 premium and 1 de luxe through Agoda but the hotel gave us 1 premium and 2 de luxe and made it sound like we were upgraded because their message was "we have moved you to deluxe without charges". Our reason for getting the premium is a bigger patio, the deluxe has smaller patio. Other cons - outdoor railings are rusted, noisy aircon in room 6; scheduled for a 10pm massage but the massage therapist came in at 11:15 and hotel didn't even inform us. I hope the hotel improve their services.

Relaxing time at Fat Jimmy's”

We loved everything about our stay in Fat Jimmy's except for the bugs in the room. The view from our room was very nice, water pressure from the shower head is not that strong but its okay. The staff members were very helpful.

Great view and very relaxing place”

Stayed at 8 suites with my whole family. Rented 2 rooms and everyone was very happy. One room had a mini terrace while the other one didn't (2nd floor) however they were the same price. I found it a little odd that the other room did not have a terrace when the price is the same. Place was clean and the items in the bar have notes and prices so you know which is free and which is not. Beds are comfy-cushy with warm duvets. The view is amazing since you are almost at the end of the cliff. My daughter greeted the morning with a beautiful fog covering the hillside and the morning sun peeking into our room. Food can be improved though, it wasn't fantastic but it wasn't bad either. Service of staff is great, they are very attentive and everyone greets their guests. Very accommodating and would provide what you need (if they have it). Although with the extra person that we paid for, they missed on proactively giving the towel and toiletries, we had to ask for it. Great stay in total!!!

Very cozy place and breath taking panoramic view of taal lake at day time. Come night time. You can see the city lights down below. We had a very satisfying stay in 8 suites. Highly recommended if you want a quiet place away from the usual hustle and bustle of ur busy life. The staff are very courteous and warm too.

Great place for RnR ”

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this place is ideal for you. The mountainside location gives you the peace and serenity you need to take a break from the busy city life. The bath tub is love. ;-)

Beautiful view”

The place is clean and quiet. This is our second time at this resort and we are happy to stay every time. The view is gorgeous from the room--this time we got the room on lower floor but it was still nice. Would recommend it to those looking for a quiet stay

Off the beaten path, stunning views ”

I loved this place. It is outside the city of Tagaytay and better for it. it is the best part of a kilometer from the main road, very quiet, fantastic views from the large balconies, we ate breakfast there in the morning, glass of wine linger over the sunset in the evenings. I really enjoyed it, if you want to spwnd time in town it is a bit of a ride, but I wanted to escape Manila, and I didn't want to be in town. Stuff was kind and very helpful. I will return

Pros: • Nice bathtub • clean • neat • very cozy • beautiful view Cons: • no/slow wifi • no signal at night • the water in our shower was really slow. The best experience was the breakfast at our balcony. We had the most beautiful view.

The views were sensational. A truly amazing location overlooking the lake. The staff were great and always polite helpful and friendly too. Little fault in terms of customer service. It was a little isolated from the nearest restaurants and nearby Tagaytay city and attractions but it’s a 20 minute tricycle ride. There wasn’t WiFi in the room which we knew about before hand anyway butvwith that view to marvel over, who needs WiFi anyway. All in all a great stay.

Magnificent view of the Taal Lake and the mountains”

The view was simply breathtaking. A very relaxed and quiet place to stay to enjoy a quiet summer bonding time with the family. In fact, we'll be going soon again.

Nice rooms and great views. However, need to maintain some facilities - some tiles on the bathroom needs further cleaning; aircon needs to be checked as the noise coming from it is irritating.
