Top tier staffs!”
1. Location - located right in front of SKS Mall, surrounded by restaurants and convenience store. Only some drive away from the beach. 2. Room - not spacious but not too small either! Clean room, flat screen medium-sized TV (with good channels ; AXN, sports, Singapore Mediacorp channels, plenty of room for storage, has a water heater. No iron for clothes. 3. Bathroom - no hairdryer. Squeaky clean. 4. Breakfast - has to take numbers and wait a bit but the staffs were doing their absolute best. The food was good, has various choices. Nasi lemak, char kway teow, karipap, cereals with milk, juice, coffee and tea, fruit, salad, etc. 5. Staffs - friendly and kind staffs. Top tier service!

Clean and cosy hotel”
Received warm welcome from the staffs. The hotel is very clean inside out. Bathrooms were very clean too.. it’s just that the shower head is is not kids friendly. Hotel maybe can prepare baby bath tubs or even pail to shower. Otherwise breakfast were very excellent and had many varieties. Totally satisfied

I was spend my wonderful day for this traveling weekend this hotel have its the best to suite every traveler who decided to take rest and enjoyable the nature the beach of penawar 8km from the hotel the room it's comfort around that place got mall it's quite convenient and activities in mall inside got bowling activities instead of that swimming pool it's approximate around hotel swimming pools it's quite big it separate from hotel if u want information u can get from receptionist the hotel staff it's attentive and warm maybe next time I will visit again.

Decent 3 stars hotel”
Got 2 rooms for my family. Hotel is pretty new and breakfast is not bad. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. It’s about 6-7km away from the beach, it’s better to drive if you are staying in this hotel. There is a big mall besides snd many eateries around. Would recommend for a holiday stay.

I was to attend a wedding dinner in Desaru with my dad but also like to stay with budget, luckily we got this hotel. I consider this hotel as a business class hotel but at a very reasonable rate for local. Room is well facilitated. 100% recommend!

Comfortable bed and pillow”
I love that the hotel provides two fluffy pillow for each bed, we slept comfortably in the twin room. The breakfast is nice too and the location of the hotel is near to all kind of restaurant and shops. Will definitely recommend for a simple and good night sleep.

i'm travelled with 2 young children. the hotel was very clean, smell good, easy to access to any shop. there are so many shop near the hotel. i'm stay at aman sari and go to lotus splash park. just about 6m driving.

A strategically located hotel in Penawar town in Desaru. Near accessible to Desaru water park, fruit farm and ostrich farm. Good location for seafoods, oriental foods and fast foods. NSK Mall is within walking distance. Desaru beach is also around 8km from hotel. Ample foods outlets around hotel. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are up to mark. Strongly recommended for a 3 stars accommodation choice.

Room is so clean as well as the accomodations everything is like new. I loves the room wooden flooring which is better than carpet. No smell at all. Their staffs are so helpful and tend to serves with full of smiles.

It was our 4th time staying here, we love staying here because of the easy access to many locations and ample parking space. This time, my only frustration was the aircond, we already turned it to the lowest temperature but it was not cold enough. Hopefully, the management will read this, room no. 516. Overall, we were satisfied and looking forward to stay here again.

A good hotel to stay at for the price they are charging. Went there during ramadhan. There are ramadhan bazaar stalls in front of sks mall just beside the hotel.so location wise a good place to stay. It is also only 10 mins from thw beach. In addition, the food for sahur is quite good.

The hotel is situated near the main road and is easily access to nearby amenities and convenience store. The nearby eateries sells delicious food which are worth the money. Overall, service by the hotel is perfect.

Provide free breakfast for 2 even though it's not stated in Agoda during my booking. Closed to town activities and food restaurants. Only thing, one access card provided...could be to control electricity usage.
