Amazing retreat! ”
This new HIT in teluk bahang is simply mesmerizing! From the room, the to die for view and politeness of the staffs are contributed to my amazing experience here.. I traveled with my husband and a 15mths old toddler, we were greated by miss astava at the reception where check in was a breeze and was served a refreshing welcome drink.. She kindly entertained our request of high floor room and double confirm a baby cot for my toddler.. We were mesmerized by the comfort of the room, the thoughtfulness of providing bath crystal salt for the bathtub and of course it's view was to die for.. The mini bar was complimentary for the 1st round and ice cubes were also available upon request without charges! Bingo for our on the rock whisky session... The family pool wonderful but we were in love with the adult infinity pool.. Nevertheless we did spent an ample amount of time by the colorful beanbags resembling "La plancha" in Bali where my son had most of his FIRST experiences.. Turn down service ended at 8pm, we missed that when we call for one at 10pm..it will be awesome if the timing cou ld be noted to the clients or placed in the room..but it didn't bother us much! Bed comfort level is 8/10, it will be amazing if we could choose our choices of pillows like in majestic hotel nevertheless we slept like a log! Breakfast spread was great, pancakes were fluffy, food was hot and miss Amalina was kind to greet and get feedback from us.. They provide toddlers utensils made of non toxic bamboo too! Checking out was pleasant as there was no one calling or pushing us for check out, bell boy service came within 5-10mins when we ring them and Mr azizan, was kind enough to greet and bid farewell to us.. Parking is also complimentary.. Well recommended for a relaxing getaway.. I'm looking forward to my future stay here and the next time will most definitely be longer!

If I hadn’t gave it a chance, I wouldn’t know. The staffs were all so attentive and on top of their service game! From arriving point of the bell service to the check in with the welcoming drink offered to you while you wait your receptionist settle the paperwork. Went up to room and we had Our very own private corridor. Requested a birthday deco and we got it. The room was so clean and the glass bottles provided was a top notch. I love how they blend in the room decors colours to the balcony! But We had a mishap, the shower drain clogged. So water was overflowing out of the shower room. We were getting ready to go out. We ordered engineering and housekeeping. Yes ordered coz they do it on QR code. Cool! And we told them they could just enter the room while we are out. When we came back, everything was settled and wiped dry with new bath mats and all. And plus! They didn’t forget our bday cake. They placed it nicely so when we entered, all was presented well! And the next morning for breakfast, we had a SHOCKeD! Massive spread!!!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes! It’s like a buffet dinner! So much food overlooking the pool and the sea. Delicious food. Please include breakfast if you decide to stay here. I’m sure making this hotel the place to stay whenever I’m in Penang!

::One night staycation with kids at @angsana.telukbahang Penang Dec 2020:: This 5 Star Resort is newly open on 10.10.2020, located on Teluk Bahang beach Penang. All rooms are sea view facing Andaman sea. We stayed in 2 Bedroom Pool Suite. The suite is very stylish and colourful with Peranakan Themed decor and very spacious!! This suite consist of: 🏠 Living area 🍽 Dining area with kitchenette 🛌 2 bedrooms - both rooms with King beds❤ 🛀 2 bathrooms with 2 big bath tubs❤ 🏊♀ Private plunge pool🥰 facing sea view❤ 🖥 3 big screen TVs - the TV can share mobile screen All areas (living area & both bedrooms) have sliding doors to see the sea view and going to the plunge pool! The door's curtains are automatic open and close!! 😱 Really love all the provided amenities! Bath gel and shampoo with very nice fragrance and they provide bath salt too at bath tub area❤ They have beautiful bathrobes, slippers in room, slippers for the pool/beach and also beach bags for the guests to be use during the stay❤ They have 3 types of swimming pool: 🏊♀ Infinity Pool at Level 3 🏊♀ Children Pool with waterplay features 🏊♀ Normal pool for adults My kids really enjoyed all the pools in this hotel including the private pool at our room🥰 Beautiful seaview scenery as well ❤ There is also kids' play room just near the swimming pool! You can see through the sea view & swimming pool from the large window glass!🥰 Also we love the services during check in & check out in their beautiful lobby! They also served a very delicious welcome drinks during check in & check out: 🍹Nutmeg + Calamansi juice 🍹Pineapple + Calamansi juice 🍪 Traditional biscuit called Telinga Rempah/Telinga Gajah Another good point - the services and hospitalities given by all the staffs were very superb!! Note: Get ready of RM500 for the deposit upon check in and you can use it to pay the food in their restaurant!

Beyond Expectations”
Great stay experience at the incredibly beautiful blissfully serene beach resort, Angsana Teluk Bahang. Spacious room and bathroom with modern design and absolutely clean since it’s a brand new resort hotel. Booked with king deluxe as I love the design of it but premier room given, anyway it’s fine for me. Spectacular views of ocean and lovely balcony. Wonderful, polite and friendly staffs with their tip top service provided, especially Abi from reception and Rina from Jendela. There are many great staffs but unfortunately they don’t have any name tag yet for me to address them. You’ll be in love with their amenities! One night stay is definitely not enough, can’t wait to come back soon. Congratulations on the opening of Angsana Teluk Bahang ;)

My fav hotel in Penang”
My travels to Pg are usually for rest and relax which this hotel with its location away from the hustle and bustle and lovely sea and hill view gives me. Tip for families with kids , book a superior and deluxe room , then request for them to be connecting. U can’t connect a superior with superior nor deluxe with deluxe. Foodies may find its location an issue , what with the crazy traffic jams these days. Hibernators will be happy that Grab food has greatly improved its choice of restaurants that delivers to the hotel, so if you’re willing to wait an hour to 1.5hrs , u can get access to most of what’s available delivered to the guard post ( for security reasons, you have to walk there to collect ) There were a couple of issues that we encountered upon check in, but all promptly solved by Danie from front office and Shaik the bellboy. Room service was a little slow , so was the wait for food at Jendela restaurant , but that’s probably due to the peak school holiday period. Looking forward to our next stay. Much thanks to Danie again for ensuring we had a pleasant stay

Most pleasant stay and we can't wait to return”
Positive Brought my family for a short vacation in Angsana and we had a most pleasant stay overall. As frequent travellers, we are honoured to have the hotel Director of Rooms, Mr Azizan greet us during our check-in, he also acted diligently when our room was not ready and our baby started to make a fuss, he saw the situation and quickly check the room and escorted us to the room. Jules the front desk who checked in us was very friendly and show empathy, he quickly apologizes when the room is not ready even though we arrived before the check-in hour. Shout out to Michelle, a bar captain in Jendela restaurant surprise us with his signature cocktail, it was tasty and delighted our anniversary dinner. Not to forget Michelle have fun personality too! We would like to thank Awang, the outlet manager who took the effort set up and arranged a romantic table set up for our anniversary dinner. The hotel and rooms are very beautiful and clean. Very comfortable for those who want to bring small children like me. The food is also delicious and all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool is very beautiful with a sea view.Just in my view on the beach there is a bit of small trash, bottles and a bit of plastic drifting away on the beach.But that is not a big issue for me because our whole family really enjoys this holiday! Highly recommended this hotel to others.In the future we also want to go again!

Great stay, great room, great staff. Special mention to Sam and Azizan from front office and rooms division. Stayed one night and was a memorable staycation. Received surprise birthday card and cake from the staff which was very thoughtful of them. Staff from breakfast were excellent too. From check in experience to checking out everything was a breeze and have received such warm experience though it took quite a while to check in due to safety measures in place but it was understandable, thanks to Shaik. If you are seeking for a truly memorable guest experience in Angsana, both Sam and Azizan has truly showed what great customer service is. Thank you to the wonderful team at Angsana which made my birthday celebration indeed a very memorable one.

Love every single thing about Angsana! I love the hotel so much that all rooms have a nice bath tub and is directly facing the sea view. The price is also reasonable and affordable with the great facilities and hospitalities - the staff were so friendly, helpful and well-trained. I like that the bell man actually showed and guided us about the hotel along the way to our room (which I didn’t really expect to come from a bell man). Thumbs up! In addition, every hotel spots are instagrammable! For those who love ootd, this place is for you! Oh only one thing - the room is not sound-proof where you can hear the dogs barking loudly from outside. But it didnt actually disturb us that much as we really had a good stay there. Urgh the pillows and bed are also comfy though. Definitely will come again with my whole family!

Incredible stay!”
Everything about this hotel is flawless. Check in was delayed for an hour because room was not ready due to peak season. But they compensated all waiting guests to wait at their cafe with free meals & drinks. Once ready, we were welcomed with beautifully decorated room as if it was a honeymoon suite. We had King Premier with seaview balcony, spacious bath & bedroom. Free mini bar in room. Breakfast was complimentary and super delicious from local to intercontinental. They have 2 swimming pool areas, kids really enjoyed the kids pool with slide & water bucket pour. This is the best hotel by far. None of us wanted to leave. We've made a point to stay at Angsana whenever we come to Penang again in future, not one night, has to be at least two or three!

Located in secluded area which the beach not so many people ( I don't think public can enter it). Very cosy and breathtaking environment. Very spacious room with super nice sea view. All room sea view. My room got verandah. Got big bathtub. Very very clean. Staffs all tip top. Overall, one of the best 5 stars hotel in penang! Will definitely come again soon ❤️

Wonderful holiday ”
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place for holiday at Penang. The check in was fast. And the staffs were very friendly. My son enjoyed the Rangers Club. The only setback is, it is far from town. So you have to be prepared to spend at least an hour to enjoy Nasi Kandar at Town. Improvement: They cleaned my room around 5pm. I would appreciate if they do it by noon on daily basis.

We celebrated our anniversary and had our first family staycation here. Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay. The cleanliness is perfect. Specially thanks to the hotel for the anniversary decoration and a complimentary cake. We had a great time at the Infinity pool and the view is amazing. The staff is very polite and service is good. Definitely will come back again in the future.

Superb 2 nights stay”
First, upon arrival staff welcomed us with a smiling face. Welcome drinks are so refreshing for the driver that driving for almost 4 hours from Kuala Lumpur. The room was great with a nice design and very clean. the most important is the view from our room is so spectacular. we try the dinner buffet since we get the food credit per night. The main dish selection was good, the dessert is so delicious. The grill section needs to improve because I got a bit of raw lamb grill and dry meat grill. we really like the dessert, especially panna cotta. For the breakfast buffet, I don't have any problem with the food served, all is great. The infinity pool really has a nice background view for photo-taking lovers. the location and environment of this hotel are so great for the people that need some relaxing moment from the city. We will come back for sure. oh, and for those who want to check-in, u need to stand by RM 500 per night for a deposit.

Great hotel, with clean beaches and great pool for kids. There are 2 pools. The staffs are friendly too, greet u whenever they see u. My kid loves the kids pool! Their sop is good too.food from no 11 is tasty! Sea view from our room is superb! Overall 5 stars

We loved Angsana Teluk Bahang experience so much we extended to 3 nights. Everything, from our meeting with Zan in reception, to the resort architecture & use of recycled timber & steel, to the elegant deluxe apartments, the creative approach to food and cocktails, the refreshing pools, the stunning ocean landscape and the friendly, professional staff were all top quality. We’ll go back for lunch, dinner and further staycations!
