Best location, charming resort, excellent service”
Anjungan is perfect for me, I had a wonderful stay. Located at Teluk Nipah, and can walk to nearby Coral beach past the ATV rentals. Check-in is a breeze, they gave me a booklet with guides to everything Pangkor. I like the layout of the resort, the design of the structures, and it's overall ambiance. My room is at level 2, has a balcony with the view of courtyard, and a sneak peak of the beach. It has lots of windows, I love that I can see the tree canopies from my bed, feels like in a treehouse. It's clean, and maintained except for a chipped paint in the shower area, and normal wear and tear e.g. window seat cushion. Hair dryer provided is convenient, mini-fridge works for cold drinks while seating at the balcony. I didn't have the opportunity to use the TV, and I don't use water heater in the tropics. I'm impressed that the staff even called later to verify if everything is OK in my room. Since everything that I use is working, and I only noticed the tiny leak from the water heater hose later, I said yes. Toiletries are provided, they forgot the toilet paper but can get from reception, and they do housekeeping daily. Breakfast is served at the lobby cafe, it consist of main dish, choice of fruit or salad, toasts w/ choice of spread, and a drink. The Chinese fried rice is delicious, Char keow teow is good but I preferred if it's more salty, the kaya is tasty. Wasn't able to use the pool since I'm always outside, but other guests enjoyed it, especially the kids. I used the outdoor shower near the barbeque area to wash off the beach activities so I don't bring sand into my room. I appreciate that the pool closes early, I slept soundly at night.

A secret gem in paradise island”
I enjoyed my stay at Anjungan. I loved the room with a double story loft. It was well suited for my family with 2 adults and 2 kids. The premise was clean. The staff and owner were friendly. The pool, although small, was functional enough for my 2 kids. I love the breakfast. Although the breakfast variety was not overwhelming, it was good enough with some variety of local food such as Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak in packs of banana leaf, Roti Jala, fried Wonton and the Kampung fried kuew teow (flat noodle) was good. The location of the resort is at Nipah beach, but I prefer a short walk nearby to Coral Beach instead. As for dinner, there was a lovely diner about 5 mins walk at Coral Beach called Daddy's Cafe. I recommend dinner at Daddy's Cafe by the beach during sunset at 7 pm! Make early reservations. There was also a convenience store nearby the resort, just in case you need to buy a Sunblock lotion or other groceries. Will definitely come back.

Perfect short hide away trip”
I have no complains about the hotel and the staff. The staff are friendly (be courteous, they will provide you better service that way), breakfast range are within a nice range and its a brief walk to coral beach and nipah beach. There are grasshoppers, once we saw a wild boar ( the kids were amazed!), catterpillars, centipedes, hornbill birds (one morning there were about 7 of them!), big ants, dragonflies and monkeys which was absolutely amazing for the kids to watch it real life and they were very ecstatic. These are insects and animals that the kids will not find in the brick jungle nowadays. Bring your travel yoga mat, I did my yoga every morning, enjoying every breathe of it. This is my second trip and would definitely come here again for our impromptu vacation. If you expect a five star hotel, this is not the place. But if you are a simple family who enjoys the nature and the whole package of it, this is the place.

Best place to stay! ”
A must stay when u come to Pangkor as its very convenient for everything.. Beach accross the road, stretch of Eateries, and goody shops all the way starting at the exit point of the resort,weekends fire show and live Band at stone throw from the resort. a very beautiful place with clean room+ good a/c and water pressure. Staffs are helpful n food is decent. Parking is limited:We park just along the road outside the resort-taken care of guard. Its 15mins ride from jetty

Excellent facilities, environment and cleanliness, our stay here was merely perfect...”
except, there was no elevator provided and unfortunately my room was at the highest level, level 4 (room 342). So be aware when you carry heavy and large baggage you’re going to suffer a tad bit. Nonetheless, our stay there for 2 nights (me and my friend) were amazing. I absolutely love the landscape, facilities and friendliness of the hotel/resort. P/s they will provide you a very informative brochure to accommodate your stay at Pulau Pangkor. The free breakfast for 2 days was also quite good. There are various types of food to choose from, ranging from local Malaysian food to Western cuisines. The pool there was also quite unique as it was built with the shape of a ship and the pool was not too deep so it’s suitable for kids to swim. But, it’s kind of meh for adults as the pool wasn’t deep enough, but that’s fine. P/s to new visitors. You need not to worry about renting a car or motorcycle because you can park them within the hotel compound. Another thing, the nearest beach within walking distance are Teluk Nipah and Coral Beach which have amazing views. The restaurants and night market was available near the hotel and it was quite hectic and lively in the weekend. There are local vendors that sells food,souvenirs and etc. Thus, as an overall, I’m looking forward to have another trip to Pulau Pangkor within this year and I’ll definitely choose Anjungan Beach Resort as my accomodation.

Always come back”
I never stay anywhere else when in Pangkor Island. This place is my first choice, always. The rooms are pretty and clean and they just upgraded their bathrooms. The staff are helpful and the owners make you feel like family. The pool is nice and it's within walking distance to a nice beach. There are many good eateries nearby. If you want to go island hopping, be sure to ask the staff for recommendations.

Most friendly and accomodating staff”
We really enjoyed our stay here, we spent a total of 7 nights. Pangkor itself I would recommend to visit on weekdays as it gets crowded in weekends and on holidays. Apart from that we had to most lovely stay, especially at Anjungan. Staff was very thoughtful, helpful and the accomodation was all what we could ask for. Room was spacious with a balcony which we loved. Also the bathroom was big with a space to dry your towels inside and outside. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and delicious every day. Only downside I would say is that some rooms are connected and depending on your neighbours can be noisy especially on busy periods. But overall it just bothered me a bit on 1 out of 7 nights, which was chinese new years, so fair enough.

I would like to praise Anjungan’s staffs for all of the above. We stayed at Anjungan on 2nd and 3rd of December. We were 2 adults, 2 elderly parents in law and 2 toddlers. We booked 2 rooms and forgot to specify our elderly in laws’ needs. When we arrived, the 2nd room was not suitable for my in laws. We wanted to change rooms and the staffs made it happen with ease. When we left, my mother in law forgot her precious jewellery placed underneath her pillow. The staffs found it and returned the same to us safely by post. I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Ms. Tineswary and her team for returning my MIL’s jewellery promptly and safely. Thank you.

Wonderful Small Resort”
The best resort on the main Pangkor Island. Room was huge with many large windows creating nice natural ambience in the room. Ventilation was good. Bed was very comfortable. The washroom was also very comfortable and maintained. I loved the pool as it also provided a jacuzzi with waterjet. Breakfast was fine with a satisfying spread of menus.

Great value for money but beware of insects”
the resort's facilities were okay and it was a very comfortable stay, only negative experience was the bugs that flew into our rooms (via the broken door frames) at night if our lights were still on at a certain timing. we experienced a swarm of 10 huge flying bugs at 12am and had to block off the door frames with towels & starting swatting these bugs. - just beware of the insects

second visit after 4 years!! Room clean. Toilet floor need to reflooring.... Breakfast was great! Staffs were great! Location are best away from busy town. Pricy but valued for money. Will visit again. Please renovate the bathroom floor, it is not confortable when stepping on it feel sandy. or provide slipper in toilet!!!

Great place to stay in Pangkor for beach goers”
Me and my family enjoy staying in Anjungan Beach Resort. Perfect location that near to Nipah beach and Coral beach. Nice and spacious room for family of 5 to stay but the only drawback is room without balcony. Tasty morning breakfast for the guests and great swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool to relax. Distance from Pangkor town and need transportation to move around but if you come to Pangkor to just enjoy the nature and beaches, then this is the excellent choice of staying.

The BEST hotel at pangkor ”
Nice room nice hotel clean and comfy just 1 minute away to the beach..in front hotel got a lot of shop and also medan ikan bakar ( seafodd grilled restaurans) but only one thing that i think the hotel should take a action about the space at bathroom to use a toilet a little bit small.. because of the mirror so that waktu membuang agak tergangggu sebab sempit..

Highly Recommended”
Very nice stay. Great location at the top end of the little one street town close to the beautiful Coral Bay beach. Very friendly staff. Room was clean with a nice little balcony. Buffet breakfast was very good with a huge choice including cereals fresh fruit yoghurt toast scrambled eggs and local foods.

I had the best experience staying here. The staff were very helpful, they are always trying to help and fulfill every requirements. The room is also spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is very strategic and walking distance along the Teluk Nipah Beach. Would definitely stay here again in future.

The Best Among The Best”
I stay here 3d2n. The hotel is located between coral bay & telok nipah beach. Walking distance is between 100 to 300mtr only. They serve a super delicious breakfast. I choose big show for mine & it was recommended. The staff was really helpful & friendly. The area was little quiet but worth your money if u prefer some peace & relaxing after you done with your activities at the beach. There is a lot of activities that you can get around the hotel. So easier & surely will visit again in future. 😁
