Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff. They need to upgrade the breakfast, not worth £12 they charge. Skip it if you are not too fussed about eating in the morning!

The location is amazing. It's just a 2-mins walk from the BIRMINGHAM Coach Station, Digbeth and few minutes walk from the malls and supermarkets in the city centre. The apartment is well-equipped with kitchen appliances.

Best luxury budget hotel in town!”

Amazing location. Only a short walk to the train station, cafes, shopping mall and restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful with directions and they even let me check in a few hours early. The room was spacious, very clean and came with a full kitchen and supplies. I had a great stay there and would definitely go back if I'm ever in Birmingham again.

Only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. Bed was really comfortable, kitchen clean and well equipped. Washer and dryer room located on 1st floor, easy. Checking in and out were easy and fast. Hotel does not have parking. The nearest parking is just a couple of minutes walk away, which is part of the Bull Ring mall so be prepared to pay for the convenience. Would stay here again but maybe park elsewhere for a longer stay.

Great place to stay closed to Bullring”

This was my 2nd time stay and would return again if I were in Birmingham city. Closed to Bullring n walking distance to the Bullring market n Selridges. Full kitchen, great shower n bed. If u're driving u can park at Digbeth public parking for £5 for 24hrs. 2tix side by side. Just 5 min walking.

Misrepresentation”

Agoda and/or probably misrepresented: 1. No toiletries/a minute to speak of (besides a bottle of body wash) 2. Supposedly free breakfast, but breakfast is charged at the property at £10/12.5 pounds a person a day 3. No washing machine in the room

Great for long stays”

The property is new and clean and the rooms are nicely decorated. The kitchenette is equipped with all the cooking facilities and utensils that you’ll need. The fridge is spacious and the microwave is great for a quick heating up of food. Would definitely recommend this place to friends who would be visiting Birmingham.

Fantastic rooms”

Less than 3 minutes walk from the back of the Bullring. Reviews talking about the area being unsafe are unfounded - it's a town centre hotel, so of course it will be 'lively'. No uncomfortable moments while I stayed there. Rooms are incredibly comfy. The 'pull down' bed people talk about, is a REAL bed - it just happens to store on the wall if you need more space. It has a luxury foam mattress on top - best night's sleep I'd had in ages. Kitchen had everything you needed and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Fantastic to have an iron ready in the room. Can't wait to stay again.

Very clean, good services, friendly staffs and it's located in the centre of Birmingham city centre. I have nothing to say, it was truly an enjoyable stay for three nights in Apart adagio Birmingham! I sincerely recommend it to others, especially for those who travel with children and family trip.

The location is very convenient with high security, especially in the night time and it's just next to the police station! The morning buffet breakfast is pretty good. And the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, still very spacious even with my 4 large-sized luggage. Will definitely stay here again.

Apt location, Could've a better bed”

Nice and spacious adjoining studio flats over the weekend (3 nights). Went for this option as it was close(walking distance) to Bullring shopping centre and Digbeth coach station, Moor street train station, Birmingham and economical. A/C, good sized mirrors, kitchen with stove, utensils, built in microwave, dishwasher with tablets and cleaning, scrubber etc. Extra charge for changing towels or bed linen- a few points that we didn't like. Beds were twin×2 in each which move easily. Breakfast lounge is excellent with good views and warm breakfast buffet, for £10 extra if booked the day before.

You get a full kitchen with utensils. Spacious in the room. There are coin washers and dryers on the first floor of the hotel as well.

The hotel has the facility of the apartment. With the kitchen appliances available in the room. Location wise also very near to Shopping Complex and Chinese Quarter.

Nice Room / Good Value / Average Experience ”

First appearance was that the room was lovely, clean and modern. There were good facilities available in the room and eveything was close by. Main issue was with the air conditioning, which I could not change the temperature of, the hair dryer which did not work and most annoyingly, the water temperature in the shower. I read another review similar to this so they should really check this out. One room clean is not enough for 10 days, short stays get room cleans daily so this was disappointing. Location of the hotel was great, bed was comfortable enough for a sofa bed and staff were friendly enough however customer service could be better.

But the only problem is the entire area is quite dark, makes it kind of creepy to walk especially at night. Other than that, it's quite okay. Can't complaint!
