Rating each in 5 stars is very under rated. I could have chosen 10 if there's any! We've been to Tagaytay countless of times but this suite exceeded all others. From Kuya Sam who welcomed us on day 1 to our last day down to every single staff in the kitchen, hallway, laundry, reception. All were undeniably very courteous and accommodating. Room is also very clean and Kuya Sam made sure to show us every facility in our room before we got settled. Not all staff in other hotels are like this! Location wise this is very convenient as it is just a 5 mins walk to the nearest mall. The only drawback? Wifi is weak & your cellphones will not have signals but as for wifi, it is being replaced with a better router as of this writing. Overall, definitely two thumbs up & will come back again!

Great Stay”
We enjoyed our stay here. The reception guy (or owner) is really accomodating. He is very much willing to help in all our concerns. Even recommended us where to eat. He is a really nice person. The room and the whole hotel is very clean. You also have a great view of the Taal volcano.

Good customer service!”
They are very caring and has excellent customer service. We asked if we could have our visitor stay in our room for a while and they let us for 3 hrs. They understand that we dont want to mingle in the lounger area given the pandemic. Thank you! The lady who assisted us ( wasnt able to get the name) was very helpful since the day we arrived up to our check out. Thank you ate, you made sure also we have good breakfast.

Fantastisk”
Initially we didn't plan to stay at this hotel. At the first night we were searching for our booked hostel when Sam from the berrie staff approached us and helped us to find it. They were so friendly and helpful to us that we decided to skip the other nights booking and go to berrie suites instead. We didn't regret this at all. The staff was incredible friendly so we felt like home already on the first day. Thanks a lot for the amazing time with you.

Real true view of Taal Lake and Volcano!”
The place is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. Their dining area has a perfect view of Taal so you literally dont need to get away from the hotel if its just the view that made you want to go to Tagaytay. Their restaurant serves really delicious ramen and silog meals. The only thing I could ask for is to further sound proof the rooms so when people are passing by, those who are sleeping wont be disturbed by the noise coming from the people outside. Other than that, I’d say the price is perfect for the value you’d get from this place. Thank you again for having us to celebrate our anniversary in Tagaytay!

ACCESSIBLE / RESTAURANTS AND MALL NEARBY ”
PROS : If your from Manila and will ride a bus going to Tagatay your drop off is in Fora Mall and Berrie Suites Hotel is just walking distance . if you dont want to eat in the hotel there are lots of Restaurants outside like Papa Prito ,Mang Inasal , Andoks, Chowking , KFC , McDo . there's also a scenic view of Taal Lake at the cafe where you can relax . Bed is Okay / No exhaust fan in CR / Hot and Cold shower is working / WIFI is working but there are times that the internet is slow / Cable TV is okay / Aircon is working very well . I highly recommend this hotel to others . worth staying CONS: its location is far from the tourists attractions and we spend a lot on the fare . you also wont notice if its morning or night because theres no window to see outside .

Tagaytay at Sans Hotel”
I love this hotel because their Check-in time is so flexible (until 12midnight) without penalty. Good for couples and families who would like to travel within tagaytay vicinity because the location is so accessible.

Comfy, affordable, convenient”
The booking was super fast, and the staff at the lobby were very understanding that we needed an immediate place to stay that afternoon though the booking was supposed to be placed hours before we touch down at the place. The hotel was okay-ish, as the price is super affordable for three people. The showers were heater-ready because of the cold weather in Tagaytay, but the downside is that they did not provide any free bath essentials except a face towel and small bath soap. Overall, it's good for a single-night stay--super comfortable place, really nice morning ambiance, and the food is great too! 😄 For sure coming back to this place maybe for a longer time to stay in Tagaytay! 😁

A surprise”
This hotel came in as a surprise to us as we weren't expecting too much because of its affordability. For the price that we paid, the ambiance and the accessibility cannot be topped. The food in their restaurant is good and reasonably priced, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back and we will bring our friends next time we come to Tagaytay.

Good place to stay”
Ung location nya maganda nasa center lang. So kung pupunta ka sa bandang Palace in the sky or Sky Ranch nasa gitna lang. Madali puntahan. Mabait ang mga staff at pinaka Ok ung pwede ka tumambay sa resto nila sa gabi na overlooking ang taal. Malinis ang room and comfy din ang higaan. Will definitely book here again.

Pros: The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They let us eat our take out food at their dining area, they also heat our food that was bought from outside (during dinner). Very nice view of Taal from their balcony area. Parking located behind the hotel is accessible to our room. Location of hotel is excellent, many restaurants and establishments near the place. Walking distance to Fora Mall and Ayala Mall Serin. Cons: We booked the 4 bunk bed room located at the 3rd floor basement, we can hear the noise of the guests passing by the hallway. Also, wifi signal is poor; we had to open our front door to have wifi signal. We ordered tocino, egg and rice for breakfast which was good, complements the price. Though one of us ordered longganiza, egg and rice for breakfast, only to find out that there is only 1 piece of logganiza in the meal-not satisfied.

It's a good location to stay. Staff are very helpful and very accomodating. We are placed at B3, but the mobile network is dead from our room and internet is a little weak. Once we are out there's a good location for walking and close to several food establishment.

Short Stay for Couples”
Highly recommended as the place is near malls, and restaurants and has a fantastic view of the Taal Volcano. The staff is friendly and accomodating and the ambiance is homey. One of the best places to stay without the hassle and worries during a short vacation.
