I am a senior citizen and I treated my two granddaughters (7 and 5) to an early Christmas treat. ”
Pluses: 1. The room was tastefully decorated with a very comfortable king-sized bed and a single bed. 2. Snacks and coffee are available round the clock. There’s a refrigerator too. 3. Fantastic location - walking distance to the cinema, shops, cafes, amusement arcades. 4. Toiletries are provided in the right amount so there’s minimum wastage. 5. Bottles of water available too. 6. Ironing table and iron are available. 7. No wardrobe but one can be creative and work around it. 8. Beautiful view of the river. 9. The grandchildren did not want to leave and begged to stay another night. They truly enjoyed the experience. 10. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would like to compliment Shakinah and Aruna for their warmth and kindness. 11. We were allowed to leave our bags in the hotel after we checked out, so we could go shopping and wander about. 12. The hotel is well-designed and decorated tastefully.

Hotel provide tea, coffee and snack in every floor for all day. You can drink a cup of coffee after you check in your room. Besides, the hotel provide business centre with 2 computer. It is very suitable for business traveler who need to work at night. Cleaner and staff is very helpful. Room is very clean. Hotel rate is worth as it include breakfast. Location is good. There's so many restaurant around the hotel. I have stayed this hotel for 2 days, overall is very satisfied and nice 😍😍

Big Banana is a hotel which is highly recommended located in a happening place in SP where food is so easy to get with things to see around and about. I am amazed with the cleanliness in this hotel, from the bedsheet to the blanket and towel, all smell so good and clean. Their staffs are very warm and friendly and the rooms are not expensive at all. The founder of this hotel must be great minded people with such good concept. i sincerely wish them well and may they go far in their business.

Don’t have to worry about anything. Facilities like dispenser water, free biscuits, refrigerator, places to chill study & work are prepared. Nice environment. Room is clean, design is modern. Cleanliness 10/10 !! Have to pay rm50 for refundable deposit Downstairs have many food stalls, free parking beside upper floor, don’t park downstairs..... will be fined. So park upper floor. FOC

I love how clean this hotel. The facilities is perfect for a person who need a place to sleep and change. And free breakfast is great so that I don't have to think what to eat for breakfast. And unlimited coffee at pantry with biscuits are the best for supper for always hungry person like me 😊

We came for funeral during MCO, the hotel is so comfy, they have free unlimited mineral water, coffee tea & biscuit in pantry each floor. I meant 24hrs free coffee, tea, biscuit! Free delicious breakfast. Outside hotel all food stall & hawkers. Anyone stay here must buy the ABC just for 5rgt so so delicious omg. You just need buy yr food and eat at hotel lounge. How cool is tht? Definately will come again!

Travel with family. Booked triple room with queen and single bed. The room quite big and suitable with the price. Tea coffee corner so sweet with some biscuits offer.. Can feel free to bring the book at room or got with free to check out with the book.. Breakfast also so nice, can full the stomach at the morning..👍🏻

Nice stay and the staff very friendly.I actually booking a triple room which have 1 king bed and 1 single bad as i travelling with my 3 child,however when we arrived and want to check in,the room already full.The staff very responsible as they replace my room to premium suite which is more large and more spacious.
