Very Nice Place”

I was made to feel welcome from the start with a text message asking what time I planned to arrive. The room was nice and clean; and the breakfast really as excellent! Owing to the location, there was a bit of noise outside in the night but you have to expect that of you want a place in a central spot in Brighton!! I am 110% confident that if it was a major problem, the staff would have moved me to a different room. This a place I would certainly book into again.

Stayed one night for a short break, it was brilliant! Smooth check in, the room was amazing! Large, very spacious! Huge queen size bed, room was spotless. All the in room facilities good WiFi, fridge/water, parking available (for a small fee) an overall wonderful stay from excellent hosts- thank you!

2nd stay and still as good. Clean nice room, fantastic breakfast. Richard and Simon are great. They have thought of everything. Really like the special touches in the room, coffee and chocolates perfect. Tried others in the area that state as good but they aren’t, worth paying just a few quid more and being happy.

Pretty small hotel in a district a little outside of the hyper touristic area but, an area where I had the impression to feel the Brighton spirit. Room number 6 was large and located on the top floor, which is very pleasant. Take rooms on the lower floors if you have difficulty going up or down the stairs, as they are steep. And I confirm that breakfast is very good.

Concert overnight stay”

Nice hotel. Everything needed was there. Only negative was en suite super small. Wouldn't recommend if you are a generous size. Owners very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good though they should make you aware of all the options included breakfast in room before hand. Overall good.

Fantastic Brighton Marathon Weekend”

Myself and partner stayed for the weekend to participate in the Brighton Marathon. Upon arrival both owners were friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were clean, tidy and well kept. Their were great additional touches to our stay including a front room with DVDs to borrow, complimentary fruit, tea / coffee and an additional “Runner’s Breckfast” for marathon participants. Overall an excellent stay.

Have stayed in this road before, it can be a bit noisy as pub at end of road. This is certainly the nicest B&B I have stayed in, room clean with everything you could ask for including ear plugs ! Very good breakfast with nice choice . I would certainly recommend

This hotel was clean and warm. It is located a stones throw from seafront and an easy walk to the town centre with the lanes. Both hotel owners were friendly and welcoming during our visit and the rooms are equips with everything you could possible need for your stay. Would go back x

2 night stay”

Breakfast was made to order and there were fresh blueberries and pineapple that was a special treat. French press coffee or tea. You can see why they won a vote awards for their breakfasts. The bed was super comfy and room was very nice. It was super close to the pier. Hosts were very nice.

Comfort for a solo traveller”

I stayed in the executive single room which provided a good sized, comfortable double bed, TV, good shower, coffee and tea making facilities, chocolate bars, mineral water, nice toiletries, in fact the owners had thought of everything. The room was extremely clean and the breakfast excellent, offering a wide range of freshly cooked ingredients. Check-in and checkout arrangements worked very well for me. I would definitely stay at Brightonwave again if I were to return to Brighton.

An Excellent Hotel”

Small, boutique style hotel minutes from Brighton Pier and The Lanes. Richard and Simon are the friendly and helpful owners. Very comfortable room and superb breakfast. No hesitation in recommending the property and I would stay there again.
