Exceed Expectations!”

"Budget" is not on this Hotel's dictionary although the name suggests it. From the moment i walked in, I am really impressed. Checked in at 12pm (2 hours early wow). Maybe the attentive owner makes this hotel be in its own class. If i dont know its near to the most popular beach in Pangkor, I will never guessed it! The room is not sandy unlike any other near-the-beach hotel I stayed before. The owner really explain everything upon check in i.e. where to wash slippers before step in the compound, the laundry area, ironing facility, mini-kitchen equipped with branded water dispenser for hot and cold drink, also every unit have outdoor cloth hanger (at the back of the unit), outdoor shower in between every unit, and ample parking space for your rented bikes. Inside the room - medium size TV with non-stop blockbuster movie, clean sheet, cold ac, working fan, soap, hot shower, and the most important part; sand-free room! Saw the indian lady also working endlessly from day no evening tryin her best to catchup to her hardworking chinese boss. These two ladies are OG in the hospitality business! Manages to keep the area clean and also giving the best service to all guests. Thoroughly impressed!

Best stay and value for money”

Stayed with my 60+yo parents and a brother. The owner was very nice, waited for us to arrive at 9pm. It was an unplanned vacay. The room is sooo clean and the bathroom too! It has all the basic things I need for 1 day stay. Since we booked 2 rooms. The owner let us have two chalet room with connected door inside. It has shower outside the house., to clean yourself after went for a swim at the beach. The owner also introduced us to a nice boat company for a trip to giem Island. SF group i think. The life jacket is new and nice to wear, and friendly staff. Will definitely want to stay here again if i ever again have a trip to pangkor island

Perfect Island Experience ”

We loved our stay at Budget Beach Resort! We first wanted to stay only two nights, but as soon as we arrived we asked to extend one more night - it was no problem! The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even provide a laundry service, which works fast and is very comfortable. We stayed in a small wooden Hut, which was very clean. The wifi worked good. The location of the hotel is perfect, we always stayed at the coral beach, which is very nice. One day we rented a scooter directly from the hotel - the price and service was very good! If we travel to pankgor once again, we'll also choose Budget Beach Resort again.

CHOOSE THIS PLACE!”

Do not think twice, just book here! Yes it wrote there budget resort, but the place is just the same with other non-budget resort in Teluk Nipah except here doesn’t has swimming pools. Place so clean, there were iron, hot and cold water provided outside the room! Surrounding very clean! They wash the linen right after you check out. I witnessed this myself. So dont worry, just bring the dettol spray when check in if you wanted to sanitize the room properly. I would want to stay here again if i come to Pangkor. Walking distance with beach and restaurant and mart. Parking provided if you rent a motorbike! Staff so friendly! So good!

after 5 stays, still the best budget resort”

All i can about this place is that they are really amazing. so much so that i even use this place for my wedding party which will be happening in July. The people are nice, the rooms are clean, toilets are clean. walking distance to night market and beach. My advice to you is that, dont think twice to stay here. just do it. =) Welldone again to the owners.

Awesome place!”

I loved it here. It was close to everything and the front desk girls, Kukila and Nabila went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and inviting. I enjoyed many great conversations with them & it was hard to say goodbye. There’s nothing about this place I didn’t like. They made me feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Don’t let the name fool you! ”

We absolutely loved our time at Budget Beach Resort. The location is fantastic - a little away from the main strip while being extremely close to a beautiful beach. Rooms were quiet, spacious and very clean, and our hosts were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!

Nice resorts in Nipah beach area very popular Beach with lot of Malaysian n western food more popular then Pasir Bogak. Budget beach hotel run by good couple , room clean bathroom pressure tap and clean quite place will come back next year. Tham and empat sekawan Senior. Oct29 2019

Budget Resort with 5 Star Resort Services”

The Resort is really spacey, clean, and nice. It's quiet and peaceful, and even best, in front of the resort there will be Hornbills feeding every evening. where we can join for free and help the guy that come to feed the wild Horbills. Every morning you also can hear the Hornbills in front of your room, and if you are lucky enough they will go down and sit on your porch. The staffs are really friendly, and they will love to help you, from recommending a nice restaurant to eat, until ordering you taxi, and talking with you how the locals live, as well as giving you the map of the island. It's really a nice hotel with good value. For sure will stay here again if going to the island :)

Pleasant, quiet, central”

The owners were super friendly from the start. Right opposite teluk nipah beach and walkable from coral beach. We enjoyed Daddys Cafe during sunset and also for drinks. Managed to rent a motorbike for an hour from the hotel but we realised we should have rented a motorbike perhaps for a day since the jetty- the only other way to get to the hotel was by the taxis (RM16 to Telok Nipah from the Jetty). The unit was pleasant and clean, toilet is a bit old but worked completely fine. Has an old tv but had a couple of channels. They have a water filter up front, and there’s also beach matts and kid beach playthings you can borrow. Room has both aircon and ceiling fan. Has a little locker box with key in the room. Would stay again, thank you!

Wholesome Stay ”

The place is very simple, clean and cozy. I stayed there alone with my 11 years old daughter for almost a week. I really liked its ambiance and feeling of being in the right place at the right time. It is very minimalistic and catered to your basic travel needs.

The staff is helpful, the location to the beach is so near, the room is clean, no weird smell, the channel is acceptable. So far, me and my family have a great time staying here. Thumbs up!

Best hotel amenities. Best staff. Owner is also the best. He waited until we arrived. Strategic location for vacation. indeed suitable for a holiday with this hotel. Beach access is also provided by the hotel.

Very helpful & considerate”

Budget beach resort has been very helpful during my stay there. They are very considerate in my request to change dates of my stay due to several reasons. They also help us in sending us at the Ferry jetty since no taxi available during the peak hours.

Excellent stay”

Our 1st visit to Pangkor for a short break from KL. Everything was wonderful and the premise makes it perfect considering its value and very short to the beach. Will come back to this place soon.
