Det er ikke et 4 stjerners Hotel kun max 3 stjerner . Internet er meget ringe hvis der er internet .”
Jeg har kun negativt oplevelse med hotelet !! Dåligt internet hvis der var internet . Ingen daglig service måtte selv hente nye håndklæder og vand sæbe toiletpapir på kontoret .stedet er meget slidt møbler inventar trænger til udskiftning. Søen som Hotelet liger ned til lugter forfærdelig rådden ind imellem Hotelet mangler generelt vedligehold , er slidt og trænger til maling alle steder. Svimmingpool bliver ikkke rengjort hver dag for blade og lignende Kan ikke anbefale stedet til andre rejsende !

Very nice place fronting the volcano. 2019”
This is a review of Club Balai in Feb.2019 months before the faithful explosion of Taal Volcano. This is a very nice inviting place and very accomodating with plenty of water and daily activities for young kids and adults alike. They have a big pool and a kiddie pool. Getting to the resort is very accessible thru secondary highways . The free breakfast was very good and have plenty of choices. I liked this place so much I took my family there twice in 2 years. But unfortunately the volcano left a devastating mess in the area. I am writing this review to give support to the locals in their times of distress and also to remember the beautiful sights and scenes of the Talisay area and hoping it will eventually get back to normal in the future. Overall score 5/5.

Captivating”
Pros: -No internet! Im thankful for not having internet in our rooms, we were able to bond as a family -the foods are awesome. Terraza serves authentic bulalo (1 of the reasons why i love going to tagaytay and batangas) and lomi :) - your people are really nice and very accommodating, even those who are just cleaning the room are friendly. Kudos. Also please tell your kitchen staff, keep cooking awesome cuisine + your coffee are perfect in any time of the day. -your facilities are kid friendly, since i have a 4 yr old kid, and we had a great time. Cons: -microwave -my sisters room got a squicky bed (malvar 401) and the toilet needs to be checked. -very weak signal if you’ll use your mobile data (if you are situated on the lower floor of the building) But nonetheless we loved the experience and we are looking forward booking to your resort. Thank you.

Club Balai Isabel is the perfect place to spend your vacation. It's very close to Manila (2 hours travel time) and the staff are very warm and accommodating which really makes an impression since they are the first people tourists interact with. The place is magnificent for both adventurous-types and those who want a quick staycation. Will definitely recommend this to my peers.

The location is accessible by public transportation (from Manila). The front desk is quite slow, i guess because of the peak season, but they are friendly and helpful. We got upgraded into a more spacious room, which made our stay more enjoyable. It is clean, and linen and toiletries ate available. Amenities wise, There are 3 pools, which are all decent sizes and are clean/ well maintained. We didn’t get to try the inflatables due to time constraints but they seem to add more fun in the place. They also have E-cars which can help people to go around the place. Not much choices on the buffet breakfast but the available food are good enough. All in all, I recommend Club Balai Isabel, specially for big groups. It’s definitely worth your $!

Good for people looking for a place to relax and unwind”
I was looking for a place where all of us can enjoy and relax, considering my companions - 2 kids (ages 5 & 2), 2 seniors and my hubby, at an affordable price . I happened to book 2 triple suites through Agoda at a discounted rate, so I found value for money on our accommodation. The rooms were big, clean and cozy; view from the veranda was relaxing; with elevator in the building which made it easy for us going to the restaurant and other amenities esp. with kids & seniors. Foods were great, good serving size. Staffs were friendly, they even served a complimentary cake that my daughter really loved since she was whining for it the night before. Overall stay was awesome.

So happy that we got a chance to visit Club balai Isabel again after the pandemic, not sure how many times we’ve went there before but it’s the same experience - peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, clean rooms. We’ll be back again next month

Had a relaxing and fun time with friends. Cozy and comfortable rooms. Has a wide range of activities offered or just relax at their spa. Either way it's highly recommended for family or friends to just have fun.

Being able to witness Taal volcano that close was more than enough for me. The room was spacious. The food was great. I really love their pizza, it was value for money and delicious becoz i love thin crust lol.

Everything was great! Place, ambience, all activities, the rooms, just everything was great. Though food was pricey in one of the restaurants there pero okay na rin. We did like eating at Terraza, food price is just right I think and masarap pa. We are planning to go back some time in the future.

Poor Cell Reception with No Wifi in Rooms”
If you have to connect, you have to go the their lounge which is, based on your room, could be quite a walk. When you book, make sure to indicate if you want a lower floor as they do not have elevators. I was travelling with 2 seniors and we were initially booked at the 4th floor. Aside from that, i enjoyed my stay.

Kung gusto mong sulitin yung place, you’ll stay for 2-3 nights para maikot talaga yung mga facilities, and amenities. Although unplanned yung magstay namin ng 1 night, we enjoy the place, specially my daughter. Thank you agoda And club balai! Will go back there soon.

We stayed in a superior room with view, you get you money's worth here. Awesome staff, cheap food and drinks. Only problem was there was no phone in the room had to go to the front office every time we needed something.

Beautiful place to bond with your family. Can have a morning walk with their big place. Accomodating staffs and good facilities. Beautiful scenery, big pool, spacious rooms. Good food. Swimming not allowed at the lake.

Great staff. Great food and service. Our booked room had an electrical problem so we waited more than 30min for it to be fixed. But they cant fix it on time so they upgraded us for free to a hotel room with a taal view. The room was great. The terraza though had some issues with bringing food to the bay side tables & chairs. I dunno the reason behind it. It would’ve been great to have some guests occupy those tables and chairs while drinking cocktails. Then they could light up the series of lights around it for an instagrammable view. The frontdesk do not have a phone number to the terazza also. Kinda weird. But all in all, it was relaxing.
