Et rigtig godt hotel”
Jeg har været der 2 gange med min datter og hendes 2 børn. Efter første besøg ønskede pigerne at komme tilbage dertil næste gang vi skulle rejse til Philippinerne. Vi er lige kommet hjem, glade og tilfredse efter 3 nætter. Dejlig restaurant/bar, dygtigt og hjælpsomt personale. Altid smilende. Vi skal tilbage dertil igen senere.

Best vacation ever!”
1. Staff are so nice and hospitable (I dont speak Bisaya language but the Staff go above and beyond to be able to have an interaction with their non-local guests) 2. The rooms are clean and spacious and instructions are clear (which one has corresponding payment when consumed, or which one is free) 3. Their staff will really encourage you to avail their free amenities/activities 4. Foods are quite expensive (especially for those whose on the budget-friendly trips, but of course it only became expensive because of the service charge) However, the serving appears to be good for 2-3 person, so it compensates the price. 5. Great place, great people, ONE GREAT CEBU EXPERIENCE! 6. I can’t really enumerate everything because me and my BF really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend this place and will surely go back! P.s if it’s low-tide, expect minimal to zero amount of water within the vicinity of the resprt so you better try their water activities as soon as possible (they provide real time weather forecast for Low tide and High tides)

Pure bliss!!! ”
We went there for our anniversary. The goal was to be close to the beach and at the same time have fun by the pool and enjot other activities that qe dont normally do. Though the beach was that perfect it was good enough as they offered free paddle board and kayak activities at day time. Day beds and lounge chairs are evenly spread out in the entire resort perfect for just cozying up by the beach or by the pool shaded or ynder rhe sun. They serve good food!!! We had kare kare since it was my favorite Filipino food. We chilled at Luna Bar in the evening, had frozen margarita and pale pilsen for the hubby with chicken croquettes and chorizo and black olives pizza, so yummy. You can also play billiards and darts at the bar for FREE! Their music playlist was very relaxing too. We had a wonderful chill night at Luna Bar. They serve breakfast buffet, spread was not too many but was still good enough as everything on the spread was so good. You have to try their halo halo, super big with legit halo halo ingredients with a scoop of ice-cream and cherry on top! You can go biking, play table tennis and they have sungka which you can use for FREE! Every part of the resort is instagram worthy. Our room was upgraded for FREE we stayed at the premier beachfront room which was very spacious, we had a bath tub and a balcony with a great view of the beach. It was a beautiful ezperience, very worth it

Great Stay”
This is a wonderful resort. It has a welcoming staff that makes you feel comfortable. I have nothing but praise, as the staff go out of their way to accommodate you. They even had the kitchen omit what I didn’t want on one of the menu items. They also deliver your drinks and food to the cabanas. The morning breakfast buffet has a tasty selection of both western and filipino foods. The buffet is just right. Not to big and not to small. Our air-con malfunctioned and our toilet leaked. The Maintenance crew was extremely prompt and knowledgeable fixing both problems within 10 minutes of calling the front desk. I was impressed. Overall, this resort is the best value by far than other resorts at this price point. Will be retuning again in August with our two adult children. Thanks Costabella for a great stay.

Best of the Best in Lapu Lapu”
This reminded me of a amenity inclusive Caribbean resort. Everything you need or want for food and services and features is offered. Two swimming pools and a small exclusive beach on the property with addition sports options. Plenty of tourist activities offered for the adventure minded. The staff are great and dedicated. As we got to know some of them, we found out many have worked here for years. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything seems well kept from the grounds to the rooms. Of course, this is located in the Philippines. Getting to the resort from Cebu Mactan airport can take up to an hour. The sights, sounds and even smells getting to the resort are typical of the Philippines. Inside the resort, it is paradise!

Best place to stay to end our vacation, it wasn’t cheap, but what we got is more than what we paid.”
We arrived around 10am, our room wasn’t ready, but we could use all the facilities, kids enjoyed the kiddies korner and the pools, we even went snorkeling and saw nemos at their private beach. All the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. A big thanks to the lady working at kiddie’s korner, her name is Jen, we had a good chat about traveling and she even help me watch my kids when I checked in to my room. That’s one big + for me as a parent, you feel so safe and relax here! Highly recommend to everyone!

Awesome stay”
We had an amazing weekend. We originally booked a quite cheaper room by the pool but, for no reason whatsoever, Costa Bella upgraded our room into a Junior Suite that had a fantastic view of the resort and the beach. We have traveled several places and booked many rooms in the past 5 years and we could say that this has been The Best Room, ever. The view was just breathtaking and the free coffee (Espresso Suave) was the next best thing. The staff was very polite and accommodating. It was Kevin who checked us in and gave us the room upgrade. He was very nice and you would know that he just wanted to give awesome customer service. Overall, this place is highly recommended because great service is so much more better than a perfectly beautiful place.

The place is good! Nice view of the sea from our veranda, very comfortable beds and outstanding amenities. The welcome fruit basket and drinks were really good. The hotel also brought some snacks during the evening. The food at restaurant was a little expensive but has huge servings so it balances the prices. Our stay was really good, worth spending my birthday there! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

The Best We Have Found!”
Discovered this gem over the weekend. We have stayed at many of the larger resorts here on Mactan and loved each one of them. This one we have rated as the best for our needs. Location is perfect tucked out of the way. The resort is smaller and blends in beautifully with the lush tropical garden. The facilities, whilst older, have been built to the best standard and obviously upgraded and maintained. The beach front is exceptional as are the board walks that border their ocean front. The two pools were in top condition and a joy to swim in. Access to snorkelling is the easiest and safest we have experienced from a resort. The room was spacious and clean and offered great views of the beach and pool area. The gardens are lush and well maintained and we love the outdoor furnishings. Above all the staff were amazing and can't speak more highly of them. Given our stay was during CoVid with very few guests, we didn't feel they compromised our comfort for their costs. We will be back!

Peaceful & Relaxing Vacation During Quarantine”
Covid protocol - I felt safe during our stay here. Unlike other resorts, this one isn't crowded and the place was spotless. Room - the bed is absolutely huge! Room was neat and cozy. Resort - We had the best view of the sunset and moonrise at the boardwalk. By moonrise we had the boardwalk all to ourselves. I can't stress how peaceful and quiet the resort was during our stay. plus the view of the full moon over the sea, it was breathtaking. The resort at night was stunning. The beach area, the pool, and the restaurant was lit just right to set a relaxing ambiance.

Favourite Hotel”
Costabella has to be one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in! The staff here are amazing and look after you so so well. The hotel was spotless, very clean, food was absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t reccomend this hotel anymore. Deserves to be a 5 star!

The staff at the reception was very helpful in getting us checked in earlier; the location at the beach, the pools, the gym, the food at the restaurant, everything was perfect. Nice resort, spacious rooms”
We stayed for 3 nights. Room was really spacious, staff were attentive and courteous, the landscaping is pleasing, has wifi in all areas even at the beach (which was perfect because i had to work during our stay). Restaurant menu/food can be improved though. Got a bit crowded during the weekend, aside from guests, a lot were ‘day use’ customers. But overall, we had a nice stay. More affordable than other resorts in Mactan.

White beach with Great Food”
Costabella has been a resort since my teens and they have done a great job in renovating but preserving some hints of the old Spanish villa-style Costabella. The beach front is one of the few white real beaches in Mactan that is still there. I was amazed with the food and of course, great Sangria... they even have the white Sangria! It was a pleasant surprise for a Cebu local like me to see it the same and yet more beautiful!

Fun Resort & Short Drive From Cebu City ”
The Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel is only 1 to 1.5 hours from Cebu City, Philippines by Taxi to Mactan Island. It is about 20 minutes from the airport. It has 3 basic types of accommodations: 1. the Premiere Deluxe Poolside rooms (more expensive) in a new multi-story building. Some have the largest bed I've ever seen in a hotel room, looks like it could fit 4 or 5 in one bed; 2. The Deluxe Poolside Rooms in the older building are nice, but some have strange wiring and door locks that need replacing. ; 3. Large multi-room family suites (expensive). Want to go jetting on a waverunner, or go Parasailing? Just tell the Special Guests Desk to book the fun. Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel has two nice pools, and an open air dining room, bars, etc. Their food is quite good, loved the seared and baked salmon. Their drinks are iffy. I tried the Mango Basil drink -- I thought it was the worst drink on 3 continents. The Pina Colada was awful. All I tasted was alcohol. However, others were good (Buko Shake was pretty good). You can ride their bikes around the resort which I always do. It has a nice beach front, and I always have fun and relax at Costabella. I highly recommend.

This hotel makes you feel that you are home. Definitely, the best place for family vacations. STAFF- All of them are welcoming and accommodating. They’re pleasant to talk to and most importantly, very professional. FACILITIES- Even with the disaster brought by the typhoon late last year, the rooms are still in its best condition and the beauty of the whole place is still preserved and not compromised. Good job! 👑✨

Second time”
It was our second time to stay in Costabella. The first one (last April 2018) was great. However, during our recent stay (January 2019) we had some problems. We booked for 2 rooms. 1- rooms were not yet available by 3PM (check-in time; even after 3:20 which they promised the rooms’ availability (housekeeping issue) 2- we were expecting for bathtubs, but there are none. Despite the problems the receptionist was able to help us and resolve the issues. 1- she gave us one spare room to stay in for a while waiting for our (supposed to be) rooms. 2- she changed one of our rooms to the one that has bathtub (upgraded as she mentioned, but I don’t understand how did it become an upgrade when there should really be bathtubs on Pool Deluxe rooms). Since the original rooms were not yet available by 3:30, I just asked the receptionist if she can switch one of booked rooms to the one where we were staying (for the meantime). The other one was upgraded(?) anyway. It was a little disappointing, but all in all we still enjoyed the facilities. We would still stay here the next time we visit Cebu. Just want to commend the receptionist who helped us. Forget her name tho.

The beach resort was a last minute plan while in Cebu. So glad we decided to stay a couple days. The resort was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastisk”
One of the best resorts to stay in Mactan, Cebu. I can definitely say that Costabella has the best customer service in all of the resorts I’ve been to in Cebu. The food was amazing, really delicious! Everytime we visit Costabella, I am constantly in awe of their service and hospitality. This place will always want to make me and my family come back. Hands down to all the staff and people behind Costabella Resort.

We Loved our Stay at Costabella”
Costabella is a hotel resort catering to Filipino families. Some flew from Manila to Mactan Island, Cebu, to visit there. The menu is 98% Filipino food, not much selection for Foreigners, including coffee. The Food was very good. However, for Filipino food, the prices were very high. Their Margarita Pizza was great. The alcohol drinks I had were not good and I expected better in a resort. The Pina Colada was horrid, the Mango Basil drink the worse tasting drink I ever had from any continent, and the mango cubes kept getting stuck in the straw. The Café Latte I could not drink. The non-alcohol mango smoothy or shake I will not get again. The Costabella staff is very friendly and helpful. Great service. They have great multiple swimming pools and a very nice beachfront. The entire place is beautiful. I went jet skiing and it was a blast. I was in a non-premier deluxe room , part of a 3-story complex. No elevators, so the porter carried bags up the stairs. The room was big and very clean, as well as the bathroom that was very nice. The only problem is when you go to turn off the lights at bedtime, if you turn off all the lights, you also turn off the A/C and the phone charging outlets. The beds were very nice. The new premier deluxe rooms in a new building are great, no outlet issues, and has an elevator. They were big, beautiful and have great views. The Resort dining room was big and beautiful & I enjoyed eating there. We loved to ride their bicycles around the resort. Overall, I and my girl loved this resort and plan to return despite the aforementioned issues.
