Dejligt hotel og smilende betjening”
Det er et udmærket hotel der ligger tæt på vores familie besøg og så er Wien jo en dejlig by vi kommer der flere gange om året . Det er let at kommer rundt til de forskellige seværdigheder med den 3 dages billet man køber i lufthavnen.

Dejligt hotel men ikke for rygere mere”
Vi har brugt hotellet flere gange og har været godt tilfreds men alt. Men denne gang var der indført rygeforbud, selvom vi bad om et rygerværelse som de forrige gange. Så ved næste besøg i Wien må vi finde et nyt hotel, hvor rygning er tilladt. Det ville have været rart hvis der i anmeldelsen af hotellet står at det er et ikke-ryger hotel.

Dejligt hotel tæt på U-bane”
Hotellet kan absolut anbefales, med kort afstand til U-bane. Dejlig morgenmad og venligt personale. Det er dog umuligt at finde parkering udenfor, da det kræver p-billet hver 2. time, men man kan parkere i lukket garage under hotellet for 17 Euro pr. nat.

Not that pleasent, have to pay extra for check in early. With upgrade of course. You have to go down to iron your shirt!!!

A well located hotel”
Our stay went without any problems, apart from poor soundproofing. Staff was helpful. Wouldn't really classify this hotel as an Art Hotel, despite colourful paintings on walls

Good hotel conveniently located”
The check in and check out went very fast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located near a subway station and is conveniently located so you can get to the city center very fast. The rooms very good with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with floor heating which was nice in the cold winter days. The breakfast is very nice with a generous selection of foods. The only problem I found was when I asked for the public airport taxi and they sent me the more expensive hotel airport car instead. If you do ask for the airport taxi make sure they call the public one, which is 15% cheaper. Except for the one incident the stay was quite nice.

High quality hotel with professional services”
Front desk staffs are professional when I asking the parking and sightseeing details. Just one thing to point out that not sure because of we live in the highest floor of the hotel, the wifi signal very weak and sometimes getting disconnect.

Nice and clean, beds not too confy”
the hotel is (again) nice and clean, the rooms are sufficiently big, and the staff is very polite and efficient. Beds are uncomfortable (to me, very soft), there are no king size beds, but twins placed one close to the other; nonetheless the sheets system is strange, since you have two separate duvets. (the standard in Austria, but still not made to sleep together with a partner) more a very nice 3*** than a 4**** hotel

A comfortably furnished hotel with good service”
a comfortably furnished hotel with nice room and being served with good customer service at the counter. breakfast is nice for a good start of the day but will prefer some variation throughout the week. the subway and suburban train stations are within walking distance. room nos. at some lvl can be very confusing i.e. one needs to take the lift to lvl 5 to reach a lvl 4 room. the lift is quite small and for those large luggage, be warned!

"Lovely hotel with accommodating staff"”
very nice hotel. staff were friendly & accommodating. they even upgraded our room. breakfast were delicious and they even sent us some food the following day to bring in our travel because we checked out very early in the morning. location was near metro stations just a few meters away and just one ride from the airport. i will definitely promote this hotel to others and will go back once we have the chance to travel again in the future.

Beautiful Hotel, HIghly Recommended”
This was a nice hotel with a good location near all the city attractions. It is a good starting area to explore the city. Amenities were provided for, and service staff were friendly. The rooms were good enough to make you feel relaxed in. while providing you the comforts you need after a long day.

Needed only one train to the hotel from airport. The breakfast was exceptional good. Receptionists offered friendly services. Highly recommended.

this hotel is conveniently located near parterstern station but the area is not of particular interest. it is of walking distance to the metro station which is practicle to move around in town. the internet connection is not working in all rooms though and with all computers. the cigarette smoke is really bad downstair in the bar and even on some floors. the room is comfortable and it is a quiet place. the breakfast is excellent.
