1) All the staffs are nice and polite. Even reminded me to scan the My Sejahtera QR code before checking in. 2) The room is suffice. Very clean. The right size. The bathroom is clean as well. 3) Due to CMCO, a lot of the facilities are close (Quite a bummer) 4) The process of checking in & out went on smoothly. 5) Maybe the only con is that the management needs to update on the welcoming email sent to guests. Some of the notes given (i.e used of parking ticket is no longer valid) might confuse the guests upon arriving.

Fantastic Rooftop Scenery View You Would Not Want To Miss”
We enjoy our stay and friendly staff service. We love the fantastic scenery view, delicious foods and sport facilities at rooftop. Our room is clean and my partner likes the fragrance in the air. The free breakfast provided is overcooked, there is improvement required in the quality of food service. We found the food service quality does not match with the standard service provided by star rating hotel.

I love everything about this hotel; location, cleanliness, and value for money. You will be greeted by nice aromatic scent and well mannered bellboy when you first enter the lobby. The hotel staffs were all very helpful, efficient and friendly especially Ms. Yian and Mr. Ivan. I’m a very regular guest of this hotel and I’m very satisfied each time I visited. On top of that, they also have a nice rooftop bar with nice view.

Breakfast buffet was great with variety of food, fruits and coffee. I'd return just to enjoy the breakfast. room was spacious, clean and lovely. bathroom was ok. just a bit blocked at the drainage made my bathroom flooded. swimming pool was fun with the view. the only I disappointed was the kids room. there's no toys or book for the kids to enjoy. it's just an empty room with table and chairs and few cabinet. need to improve.

Overall stay of 6days 5nights was nice. The staff were helpfull with all sorts of my questions from Grab car, parking fees, etc. Breakfast was varieties from japanese food, chinese, local, western, etc. Coffee was nice. The pool on top most floor is big and clean. Gym room equiped with 2 treadmills. However, the lift are slow although it has 2 lifts. May consider to standby towel n water bottle at gym and pool area.

Great services, the staff very helpful and clean room. When i told my friends about this hotel they all come right away to check in stay for 3 days because they also very satisfied with the room and the hospitality. The room is nice and clean, bed is so comfy, staffs are very attentive and I love every minute of staying at the hotel! The room is not quite sound-proof so you can hear people walking in the hallways, but apart from that everything is excellent!

Always the best choice in the area”
This is my regular go to hotel every time I crave for a short staycation. This time around luckily, the hotel was quiet and not many guests at the lobby during checked in and it was fast. Staffs here are always the best. Room given was 516 and as usual, of high standard. My only opinion this time around is that, the breakfast served during my stay was not as per my exclusive expectation and the portion for my breakfast was not that satisfying thus I was left with the feeling of less value for money and might opt out of breakfast for my next booking. Anyway, book without doubt.

Hi everybody this place is better to u if have small family like me..i have short discussion somewhere there and i just check in for a while and drop by my little baby and wife there..very comfortable places easy to find a food..gud facilities parking and from parking just take a lift to yr room..and gud valued for money..

I enjoyed my stay there. Although there were kids from the next room who kept trying to open the door to my room, I have locked it safely. It's a good location. Stay was extremely comfortable, place was clean and everything was nice. Would definitely come back.

Best hotel for people on a budget”
The room is spacious, and it comes with a tub. The room was spotless clean. Super comfortable. Near quite a few restaurants. The pool’s huge. When we got to the pool, there’s nobody there. You’ll see direct view of the Istana Negara from the pool. Definitely recommended.

Good Value ”
We booked the Dorsett room and the room was good with great view. We can see KLCC and KL Tower from afar and nice view of Istana Negara. There was a good bath tub and the amenities were good. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I absolutely loved the big swimming pool at the rooftop. A few let downs were the gym which was sparsely equipped and TV channels.

Your business or leisure trip will never go wrong here. Location wise is perfect as it is near to the KL court, LHDN, Immigration, Istana Negara, MITI and several shopping malls. Many eating places and easily reached. The hotel itself is new, nice and you will feel at home. Staffs were pleasant and breakfast was wonderful during my visit. Book without doubt.

A great hotel for the amount of money that we paid. Asked for extension of stay and the staff guided us throughout all the process. Tho the room we’re staying has no windows, we don’t actually feel suffocated. So that’s good. Cons: parking need to pay RM3.30 per entry/per night is 6.60. Lift took forever especially in the afternoon, during checkout cause there’s only 2 lifts. Other than that, i’d stay here again!

This trip just a shorttrip with family. I purposely choose 'book assigned when arrived' to know what exactly means on that and the staff told me actually the room is a standard room. I'm upgrade another RM50 to get bathtub in my room. Next time will choose exactly what I'm want so no need to topud anything because on the day got 1 room with bathtub is same price as what I'm choosing. Other than that, everything was prefect.
