Best stay with family in Yogyakarta”
The highlights of my family holiday in Jogja is staying at EastParc hotel. Everything was perfect. I had a clean and spacious room with a spacious balcony. Bed was comfy. Bathroom is clean, with hot water and hairdryer. My family did the gym. My children and I enjoyed swimming in the pool that feels like a waterpark. Breakfast was complete and superb. I lovee the dimsum and coffee. There’s a mini mall in the lobby. My kids spend the afternoon watching a movie that they choose at the Kids studio. The Heritage resto and coffee shop across the hotel are perfect option for lunch and late nite coffee. The hotel also provide bicycle for guest to use. All I can say is use 1-2 day just to stay at the hotel to relax after exploring Jogja.

Superb hotel - home away from home”
It's a wonderful family hotel. We would visit it again. We rate it a 5 star hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They made our stay a memorable one. 3 people in particular made a huge impact during our stay, and we would like to mention them as they made us feel like family. At the breakfast area, Ayu, Pura, (Irfan Adipura) & Jass. They made the assertive efforts to welcome us every day and make us feel welcome and comfortable. We were well taken care of from the time we arrived, till the minute we left. The managers even walked us out to the taxi and waved good-bye.

Just Perfect ! More than we’ve expected”
Nothing went wrong with this hotel ! We’ve got what we want, and it was even more... Connecting room, clean & spacious rooms, awesome waterpark... my kid love it ! Breakfast was like heaven, plenty of food variety... and I mean it ! From standard brakfast to authentic Yogyakarta cullinaries... gudeg, bakpia, nasi liwet, old tradisional Djamoe and they even serving an ice cream & crepes and pizzas to win our children’s heart.... splendid. You may also use the bicycle for free. If it’s not enough, you may be able to walk across the hotel, then you will experience lots of authentic food as well. And its open until late. The staffs were five stars ! Definately will come back again.

Best family friendly hotel”
Excellent customer service. All staff were greeting guests with a smile, didn't matter what time of the day. Always helped to open the doors for guests. They also acceded to my special request to celebrate our anniversary. They helped to decorate our hotel bed with rose petals, along with a Happy Anniversary slice of cake. Plenty of fun for children: swimming pool, playground indoor and outdoor, movie room, scooter area and horse riding. Also, the water slides were supervised to ensure the safety of the children. Need to spend one day at the hotel! Sunday morning buffet is something to look forward to for kids- donuts, candy floss and sweet treats were served. I like that there's a clothes drying rack at the balcony. Easy to dry our clothes! Hotel is located near to hotel, and to Plaza Ambarrukmo. I highly recommend buying the bak pia from the hotel too. Very nice. Just look out for the expiry date as it is about less than a week from the date of purchase.

The best value for money”
Travelling solo and decided to stay in this hotel that turns out to be the best experience that i can get from a hotel. With the staycation package i could spent all day in the hotel that got everything you need. Let’s start with a friendly staff that offer me the favor for taking my picture since they know that i’m travelling alone. Afternoon swim is very fun with the water slider. The room is large with comfy bed an also a balcony. I start my morning with 10 Km cycling with the bicycle from the hotel for free, and have a delicious breakfast afterward. They even have cotton candy station at the restaurant. Then i really have a lot of fun with ATV ride, horse ride, playing in the outbond area and the waterpark which is include in the staycation package. For the price i paid and the fun i get i have zero complain and get really satisfied staying in this hotel.

very good and comfortable hotel. good service, friendly and nimble. Thank you Mr. Jass, hotel staff and security staff. facilities and breakfast suitable for families. spa facilities are good and the service is friendly. the food and bread are delicious. the hotel location is close to Ambarukmo Plaza, airport and gift shop. very pleasant for staying 6 days at the premier double room. if I visit Yogya, I will return to stay at this hotel again. a hotel that I recommend for families.

Perfect for family”
Perfect for my little family... my husband and I brought our 5 year old and 3 month old. We fit in the king bed, although we did bring a foldable crib with us. Lovely, new, modern room with shower and bathtub (I had a junior suite). The place had so many things to do for kids— little zoo, pool with slides, garden, fish, playground, indoor soft play ground, kids theatre..... the breakfast buffet had an incredible selection and rotating menu. I also had fun shopping at the boutiques in the lobby. Such trendy styles at a low cost. Overall, we loved it! By the way, there is an amazing gudeg (traditional Jogja dish) place and delicious pie susu (milk pie) right in the front of the hotel!

Amazing hotel staff service, fun swimming pool for kids, neat rooms and great kids facilities”
Super nice experiences we had in this hotel, the swimming pool was fun for kids and the slides were all guarded by lifeguard staff. The room was neat. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and they mopped the wet floor around swimming pool area most of the time. The outdoor playground was nice. The breakfast had quite lots of tasty Javanese food varieties, and kids super loved the kids food corner. I think this is one of the best 5 star hotels recommended for family with kids and teens. I’d really love to come back and spend the nights at this hotel again.

A good stay for clildren”
Location in the city, got a room facing the city (I can see a cemetery from the terrace, it's next to the hotel), lots of places to eat around the area (if you want to have dinner outside the hotel). Clean facilities, friendly staff, the breakfast is ok with varied menu. Great for living with children under 10 years. We stayed at premiere room, spacious, it's already include extra mattress (available in the cupboard). Bicycles are provided for morning exercise. Staying here includes vouchers for several children's activities, 1 round horse riding, 12 minutes ATV, mini zoo and scooter. Also available gardens, koi pond, kids play park. The swimming pool is quite crowded during the current pandemic, there are no restrictions on time and pool visitors.

First time that stay in Eastparc is five star hotel with a good acitivies for kids , they have A lot of kind of activites for kids like: Kids playgorund indoor-outdoor, movie kids, swimming pool, mini zoo and we can used it free for our kids, there's very fantastic. The service and hospitality from all staff is very good , they humble and smart to inform and help us as a customer. For breakfast is delicious and a lot of variant menu that can we choose it. Staying at Eastparc is very satisfying, the location is very strategic for traveling in Jogja and its surroundings. the food menu and taste are also quite satisfying. Over all it's very pleasant to be able to stay back. little thing need to be improved, especially 619 room that I stayed, there are moths that can enter the room (if only one, doesn't matter, but if there are many, wow :))

Great Hotel with many entertainment for family and children”
I really enjoy my stay at Eastparc Hotel Yogyakarta. The staff is very helpful, kind, and always smile and greet us every time we meet. The breakfast also outstanding, so many variant from children snack, traditional food, asian food, and western food. The room is very clean, comfort, and have good ambience. I really want to visit the hotel in the future.

Amazing Stay”
Very pleased with the hotel and rooms. The rooms were very spacious. Didn't have to worry about where to place the bags and all. We had the pool facing. The pool is like a mini water theme park. We also tried the spa during our stay. The Hotel staff were great too. The breakfast spread was great. It was a pleasant experience overall. Will return if i ever go back to Jogja.

I stayed in this hotel back in June 2017, and now I'm back. I really like how spacious the room is and yes, the balcony in each room !!! The swimming pool is awesome with many slides for both young children and adult to play with. What I like the most is their breakfast menu, so many varieties and they are really delicious. Highly recommended if you are travelling to Yogyakarta.

Secure and Comfortable”
This was my first stay-cation during this pandemic and I must say that it was terrific! I felt totally secure and comfortable. The hotel was clean and ready with all the new health protocols. The staff were very helpful and diligently followed the protocols as well.

Every facilities for the kids and how nice the staff were blown me! My kids really love the hotel, the spacious room where they can play hide and seek and even the balcony because they can view the pool from there! And especially that us with the small kids can’t travel to see the temples in Jogja or to go to tourist attractions, staying in this hotel can fullfill our holiday without going distance
