I booked on the same day we're checking in, super fast respond by designated staff. Super fast checked in and check out. Room is super clean, and staff really helpful. I'm request for additional pillow and they come to send over immediately. We're really enjoyed the hot pool ambience, and more privacy since less guest check in. Having packed breakfast at the hot pool also undeniable of satisfaction. It is really worth for money. My kids having a great time here. I also took a lot of picture for the beautiful surroundings. We shall come again by any chance.

The place is at remote area but great if you want peace. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. And I enjoyed the hot spring at night for few minutes. Then later that night had a restful sleep until morning.

Very good and clean hot spring pool, surrounded by jungle greenery. Room can be improved. Toilet fittings and furnishings are quite bare.

I ordered nasi goreng tok gajah. The staff told me got chicken, and seafood but it actually nothing. Just plain nasi goreng with wantan goreng. And the fries are soggy! And burn! Maybe nextime I wouldn’t order any food they. The place beautiful! I stay in jacuzzi villa. Very comfortable and nice.

I've been here more than 10 times. This is the best hot spring. Better prepare to bring lots of own Food and drinks since nearest restaurant is 10km away. Great ambience especially early morning. Recommend to come during weekdays.

Overall stay good. Staff friendly and helpful. My family likes pool very much. Very difficult to find nearest muslim restaurant (u can find only at Bentong town) and room not soundproof. I can hear people walking and running at corridor. Must careful during raining season, a lot of landslide happen.
