Nice experience overall”
I love that all staffs seem very well-trained and it felt so welcoming. They might not have the best view around (no beach view), but their nice and comfortable room definitely compensated that. I just had an unpleasant experience when their staff did not show up to change the bed sheet after I called in for a change (my baby threw up) and after they actually promised to have someone to come. I also thought that the dining area was pretty small to accommodate the volume. They seemed short-handed, but well-trained staff. Overall, I had good experience here. If I am to come to Desaru again, I’ll definitely repeat my stay here. The room is comfortable and spacious

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. . I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Great place for short getaway ”
It’s surprised that shuttle buss foc provided for u otw to desaru coast which we can choose to take a break. The hotel is newly built and clean. Bed is nice to sleep. They also provide coffee maker which makes my day as they had put two different coffee capsule for you to make coffee and course the creamer and brown sugar. I also get a customise chocolate when I check out and is really awesome to stay here one night.

Short holiday stay”
The hotel is in a good location because there are many places to eat nearby and there is a mall. It is clean as it is new and the staff are courteous and friendly. However it is not in the beach front. We went on. Sedili river Kayaking tour so we were not too concern with the beach. There’s a swimming pool, gym and sauna. It’s nice and convenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. They even prepared some nice decors in our room. The room was also very spacious and clean for the price paid. Swimming pool and gym are really clean. The hotel has sauna in the changing rooms. Supermarkets are right opposite the hotel, very convenient to get your food and necessities. Overall great hotel facilities and customer service!

The stay during my Desaru Trip”
The room was spacious. Very very huge can fit 3 pax with additional sofa and extra pillows. The pillows will make you stay on the bed whole night. The bathroom is fully provided with basic amenities. The closet is designed for couple with His & Hers closet. Very nice design. The complimentary coffee & tea is complete everything that one room needed. The breakfast spread was amazing. We are not able to try everything that we plan to but for sure it is delicious. Will repeat to stay here if we come to Desaru.

Everything was good n comfortable as it is a new hotel. Location is convenient as its close to the Desaru Beach and many other Tourist spots like the Bujang Firefly and Desaru Fruit Farm. There are also rows of shops in front of the hotel that serves good dinner n lunch ie

New hotel, free shuttle to waterpark, friendly staff”
One of the new hotels there, there is free shuttle to waterpark, love the rooms and mini balcony. If the bathroom can have a towel drying rack, it will be great. Love the fact it has free carparking, only downside is, when we came back late, we had to park at the back of the hotel and walk back to the front entrance. While walking, we pass by a wall, it is covered with snails! Really, some were already climbing way beyond normal human height on the wall. Not a pretty sight.

New hotel in a convenient location”
Stayed 1 night just to check out the hotel. Spacious, well-lit room with coffee machine in the room, plenty of eateries walking distance around the hotel, large supermarket just across the hotel, moderate sized swimming pool, good breakfast, ample carpark, very polite staff. Hotel provided shuttle service in the morning and evening to get to the Westin beach. We didn’t try the shuttle service. Overall, a good stay and I hope the hotel will be well-maintained in the years to come.

Good location and clean”
Value for money. 5 star facilities and very clean ,especially critical during this pandemic period. Opposite is supermarket and near to a lot of shops. Nice big pool and 24 hours gym Delicious food from cafe/restaurant.I will stay in this hotel again for my next Desaru trip.

Excellent option away from the coast”
Highly recommended if you drive and don't want to be stuck at the hotels near the coast. I had my reservations about staying here because our race start was by the coast and it meant having to cycle to the start point but it turns out, the location was a blessing in disguise. Plenty to eat around the hotel and lots of supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacy options to cater to all our needs. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Service, in spite of the full house was decent and breakfast was good - especially the egg station. It isn't walking distance to the beach so if you're staying here, a car or some sort of transport is definitely needed. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

Written 3-star hotel but the accommodation and service feels like 4 stars! I like it being newly built so the room is so sophisticated and clean. Check in and out service is swift. Pool is fun for kids. supermarket is just opposite the hotel. Recommended stay!

The best stay in Desaru although not near the sea”
I booked deluxe double room, with 2 super single/double beds. It was nice for my family of 2 kids. the staff are excellent, understanding and really nice to us. The pool was amazing, as well as the gym. we feel like a family! This hotel is just about 10-15mins drive to Desaru beach, or Tg balau beach

The hotel is new and clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Although the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are abit expensive, but the environment and food are ok. No need to go out and search for food. I will definitely come back again. =)

Everything was good for this hotel.. but only fr food, there’s no variety of breakfast.. i was staying 2 nights n the menu is same .. so boring.. others, cleanliness, staff, facilities all good n perfect!

Hotel is excellent! Hotel interior doesn't justify the interior of the hotel . It is clean , new and well maintained! Rooms are super spacious , clean and comfortable! Amenities were great , complimentary coffee capsules provided for guests to make coffee in their own room with the cute mini coffee maker. The iron was awesome ! Very good quality iron . I ended up in the mood to iron 4 outfits ! Super worth the money spent . Definitely will return again!

As soon as the hotel enters the door, you can feel that the service is very good. There are security guards who enter and go out and you don't need to do it yourself to open the door. The hotel's fragrance is bonus point. You can feel the hotel's attentiveness and the service is also very good. The counter staff explains the process very carefully. The room is also very large and clean. However, the sample types of the toilet can add toothpicks, cotton swabs and other supplies.
