This place is a short drive to Nami Island and Petite France. It is in the heart of all the water sports/park. We had our own car, so transportation was not an issue. Might be hard to get around without your own car. We couldn't find any restaurants or cafe within walking distance. The sunrise is amazing from the rooms. Set your alarm; and wait for it! The room was simple; not fancy and pretty clean. Our room only had hand towels in it; no full sized towel. Pretty clean. I felt like it was worth the price. Will go back.

I am thankful to the old Korean ahjumma and ahjussi and their son who were helpful when our car didn’t start and had to be towed for repair. We had to extend our stay to two more nights and we requested a quick drive to the supermarket as we ran out of food and water. There are no stores or restaurants nearby and we only stocked up for our planned three days. Ahjussi accommodated my request. It was obvious that the couple wanted to communicate but found it too frustrating to even try. But this is a usual scenario in Korea - only guests who don’t speak Korean should make the effort of communicating. Other than that, my other issues with the pension house is three strands of pubic hair on the bed when we arrived, a smelly bathroom, cold and old toilet tiles, a heavily stained bathroom mirror, a tissue/wet wipe and dusty floor under the bed, worn out bathroom fixtures, a dripping ceiling in the bathroom, unwashed bedsheets and bed covers that were reused for the next guests (we saw this twice as we extended two nights). They also replaced the bed covers with pubic hair upon request. Nevertheless, I can’t even imagine how long the beddings have been there and how many strangers have used the pillows. The icing on the cake is when the electricity went out on our last night, and no one tried to explain what happened. I know that this is a cheap home stay and I am not expecting for something special. But for this price, it is reasonable and right to have a good enough experience. Cleanliness, safety and sanitary accommodation, especially at a time like this, should be top priority. I like that it is 10 mins away from Nami Island Ferry Dock, but it still not worth risking the spread of infection in the midst of rising Covid alert levels. Ahjumma and Ahjussi should wear masks at all times when speaking with guests and entering the guest rooms.

주변에 편의 시설은 없었지만 강 뷰가 너무 좋아 베란다에 나가서 차마시며 멍 때리기 좋았어요. 취사시설은 나름 갖춰져 있었고 식탁도 있어 편리했어요. 저희는 애견동반했는데 다른 곳은 한 기본 만원 추가인데 여긴 2만원 받는게 좀 그랬어요. 배변패드 하나 주지 않고, 애견을 위한 어떤 시설도 없는데 2만원 추가는 과한것 같아요. 애견을 동반하지 않는다면 푹 쉬러 다음에 또 가고 싶울만큼 강 뷰는 좋았어요. 물놀이 하실분들은 바로 옆에 있어서 편리하게 이용할 수 있을것 같아요. 사장님내외분 모두 친절하셨어요.

바로 앞이 강이라서 뷰 좋고 수상레져 하기 위해서 방문하기는 좋아요 펜션 밑으로 내려가면 부두? 데크가 바로 이어져서, 레져하러 가기는 좋을것 같아요. 근데... 많이 낡았네요 ㅠ 화장실도 불편합니다ㅠ 다이소에서 팔듯한 수건보관함? 좀 그렇네요.. 그리고 방충망 치고 문 닫았는데도 저녁되니까 어디서 그렇게 벌레들이 들어오는지 천장에 우글거려서 식겁했어요..... 자는데 얼굴로 떨어져서 먹을까봐 너무 무서웠고요 ㅠㅠㅠ 사장님은 이런부분 신경 써주시는게 좋겠어요. 적어도 샷시나 방충망이라도 교체 해야될것같아요. ㅠ

특별한 부대시설은 없지만 강 전망만으로도 충분히 좋았어요. 청소불량에 대한 얘기도 있던데 숙소는 침구도 그렇고 대체적으로 굉장히 깨끗했습니다. 기온이 떨어진 날 묵었는데 난방도 잘 되서 따뜻했어요~
