Reasonable stay”

Many Chinese hawkers stalls across the hotel. The room I stayed its window facing main road so as early as 6am+ can hear the passing by vehicles noise.

Great location”

Great location in the middle of the city and nearby to morning market. Food and shopping are easily accessible.

Convenient location”

Very convenient location from the bus station. Opposite a busy morning market. Great for shopping and convenient for food.

You got what you pay”

For a 2 star hotel, not to much to expect. Room spaces was quiet big same as picture. Air conditioner, Water Heater, TV was functioning well.

Simple,value for money and comfortable”

In my preferred choice for my next trip to Kangar.It is easy to access with 2 stair leading to lobby.Comfortable with an air cond and a ceiling fan for my room.Compact and practical design with modern LCD Tv, clothes rack , hanger and mini table. For food , there's 3 Chinese food shop below,behind a seafood restaurant and night food stalls opposite near wet market.The hotel should provide a jug kettle even though water dispenser available at lobby.There's a fused bulb in my room, kindly maintain and monitor all guest room.Lastly it is a pleasant stay for me,keep up the good work and service.Thank you

Comfortable budget hotel”

The hotel entrance and reception weren't particularly inviting while the stairs to the reception on the 2nd storey and rooms on the 3rd storey would be challenging if you had a lot of luggage. But the main reasons I selected this hotel were for the larger room size and its proximity to eating places. My room was clean and so were the towels provided. No bathroom floor mat was provided though, so I had to improvise with a used towel since the tiled floor was sparkling clean. The air-conditioning and fan worked fine for the one night I stayed, but I didn't try out the wall-mounted TV. The wifi signal was also sufficiently strong. For a small town hotel, it was satisfactory.

agoda customers at level 3 ”

no lift at this hotel and inconvenience for older people. i requested if got any available room for us but the receptionist said all agoda customers at level 3. a bit disappointed with the answer i mean if you have available room why you didnt let us use it since both my parents 60+ already.

Near to Kangar main bus station. Lot of choice with local food store especially Chinese food. Suitable for one day stop over. Cleanliness need more improvement. Not suitable for elderly people and disables because need to climb up to the hotel. No lift available.

It was great! Clean and tidy. ”

This hotel provides a very comfortable room for me with older children. It was a great experience hotel in Kangar I've ever had when travelling with teenager. But I would like to suggest to the management, please do some changes at the front office to attract more customer, you know the word "love at the first sight". The rest, it was superb room. Congratulations to housekeeping crew. Keep up a good work guys! See ya 🤗

Worth staying for budget trip especially”

Staying here is best for those with or even without transportation as you can find food nearby (specially for non-muslims, while muslims can go over to KFC or halal restaurant which are just steps away from hotel too). The minor or few things to be improved are the cleanliness as there was a little weird smell (soury smell, suspected due to water they used to mop the room floor) in the room, found ants nearby rubbish bin or table, there is no lift provided in the hotel (so might be hard for some elderly to climb the stairs) and some may find it a little noisy (lil tips: I find that it will be much better if the toilet door is closed) as this hotel is just beside the road.

Good room,spacious & clean.But need to consider old age as no lift & just stairs to next level.otherwise satisfied with facility & hotel accessible near main road👍

Good location nearby loads of Chinese food and good wifi in hotel and Bus Station is walking distance. Room is a bit cramp for a triple. Water heater pressure good but bathroom a bit cramp. Basis amenities in hotel and TV only basic channels. No lift to to rooms..lots of walking up and down the stairs each time you go in and out of the hotel There is a water dispenser in front of the reception area for free refills

Worth your money, but the staffs can improve to be more friendly. I asked the person on the desk if I can have extra bed or comforter, he rudely replied there is no such service provided here. I mean if you can say it nicely that would be great.

For a good rest with close proximity to everything else”

It’s a strategic location. There’s lotsa electronic shops within walking distance but not a lot of food options. But everything else is literally 10 minutes away by car. Parking is easy in the evening but quite congested during the day. Older relatives might struggle with the stairs. The lobby and units start on the first floor and end on the second. There is no ground floor. But aside from that the room is clean and cosy for resting and sleeping (super deluxe room). And the staffs are friendly and easily reached via phone. I’d consider renting again for next time.

rude staff ”

most of the staff is acceptable except the old indian man and the malay girl who can’t even help us to book a room instead of telling us to book directly from agoda. It’s seem that she don’t even know the system of her own company. The old man ways of talking is more like a gangsters and blame everything on their customer. For facility, the toilet and bathroom lock was broken and not get fixed. This is my honest review. TQ
