Clean, good location and spacious rooms. Bathroom is small, housekeeping is every third day, staff is friendly but training is definitely needed, breakfast was very disappointing. WiFi was good! Coffee was available 24/7....

They do not have infant beds as it states they do. Had to make shift bed for my 1 year old with our blanket and couch cushions. They also couldn’t provide toothbrush or toothpaste. Asks for permission when visitor comes, example Instacart.

Breakfast was a joke”
Stayed at this hotel many times over the last 3 years and have never had such an issue with breakfast. The facility itself and staff are awesome. But breakfast this time was a joke. You spend the extra money for breakfast and had to wait 20 min just to get eggs. No juice, No...wait easier to tell you what they had. Nothing but white and wheat bread, apples, hot water, coffee, milk. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and several of the other Holiday Inn Express's throughout Florida through the pandemic and had at least something. This was a joke and very disappointed.

No hot water second time at 8:00 am and it mad me late to my mothers funeral.

I checked in late in the evening and found that my room’s A/C wasn’t working as housekeeping kept the fan blowing to give the appearance it was working. I also asked for a late checkout (if only an hour) the following morning and the front desk would not hear of it. Most disappointing and something I will never forget.
