View was FANTASTIC. Hotel has a shuttle going to the center. Staff was friendly and nice. Room is clean. If you have a luggage, you can ask for assistance because some rooms are on the 2nd floor and there's no ramp so you have to use the stairs. The stairs are not that high though so it's just fine. Lovely stay here! <3

All of the staffs were very friendly and nice and the location is really good! The Bus stops were almost right in front of the hotel it’s only 3 mins away i guess (both directions). Very clean and quiet place :) love to visit again. Thanks!

Our first trip with our little ones”
The location was perfect, easy to get in and out of (use the median lane, lol) and bang smack in the middle of town and Frankston/Five Mile. The view of the lake in the morning is so special. Breakfast is wholesome and the staff are so lovely. Shower pressure is amazing if you’re into that, and there are plenty walks in the area. Cosy and warm, and surrounded by lush forest scenery. Would stay again!

I was upgraded to a lake view room , got a free breakfast free parking , I will come back again . Breakfast is buffet too

Everything is perfect ”
Great view from the room, before we checked in we through it will be just an average stay, the room is clean and the bathtub in room just surprised us. All the staff is friendly, we had dinner in house, the food is extremely good, the restaurant were so busy but the staffs (I hope I spelled it right-Cris, a lady with glasses and the young man with a tattoo on neck) still doing professional and take care of every guest. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the premium lake side room which had a lil balcony view, the staff are friendly especially Kris at the restaurant. There is no lifts only stairs, therefore if you have heavy luggage it is not ideal. Overall the room was clean and warm however the air con filter indicated it needed to be changed.
