Hotel has 3 levels of underground carpark and we had some difficulty getting our rented SUV out of the parking lot, the hotel valet tried to help but in the end we only managed to get it out after the guest shifted their car. Hotel staff was very very very helpful in our situation and room was generally very comfortable. The security guard that was on duty at night was very helpful to help us find a parking lot too. Recommended to stay here if you're in the Seogwipo area!

Was positively surprised by the quality of the room, with wooden furniture (clear and design), the equipments (including the parking, Netflix on tv, electric toilet, good shower, comfy bed,..) The price was very good, and cheaper on Agoda than at the reception, so I did it online. Would recommend

This hotel provides the best view, even better than Kal hotel in my judgment because there is no higher building toward the ocean and islands. It is located inside the cultural center of Seoguipo city between two famous waterfalls.

Good hotel with underground carpark”
Hotel has a decent underground carpark but once you enter after 7pm onwards, it gets harder to find lots as the cars randomly park at the side of the slopes (making it even harder and narrow to drive in and out). Sadly the gyms and pool are available to use (probably because of the covid restrictions). All in all, decent hotel with a private carpark and the hotel staff are kind and helpful.

Deceiving but clean”
The photos are deceiving. You can't access the hot tubs, or any facilities. Personnel was kind and late check out in only 10,000 won more per hour. Rooms were clean and tidy. Nice size room and balcony was accessible, but the railing is old so be careful.

Like the spacious room and the location. The only problem is the parking. The space run out very early and the space inside carpark is very narrow and tends to get jammed when many come in and out

Stayed in Hotel Bridge for 3Days 2Nights and the hotel were conveniently located nearby to the attractions in the Southern Area of Jeju with beautiful sea view from the room. There were alot of convenience store nearby with a coin laundry located just right to the hotel. However, do take note that the roads in the parking area are very narrow as there were only one lane to go in and out. Also, there were no toiletries provided by the hotel as well. You will have to purchase them in the vending machine at the lobby area if you have forgotten yours. Other than that, we have no complains and have a pleasant stay at Hotel Bridge. :)

I found the location to be excellent for what I wanted to do the only downside if you have a bigger car the car park is a tight squeeze . I found it easier to park at a free carpark a few steps away from the hotel

Great for travellers on budget who doesnt mind the hotel standard”
In my opinion, its a decent place but very dated. The bed has creaky sound when you seat on it. If you are planning to park there, you gotta be back by 5pm to get a lot, if not you will have to park somewhere further (5-10mins) walk. Overall, for jeju, go for a better hotel to enjoy your full experience

The staff at the reception are warm and they could communicate well in English and could give us clear direction to the near by market. The room is huge and very clean. We have a room that comes with a balcony that look out far to see the sea. The beds are very comfortable. We paid extra for breakfast and it is a cute experience that we had to cook our own eggs. After meal we had to clear our own plates and sort out the food waste. Not complaining but just didn’t expect it :))

A bit overpriced, annoying minor details.”
They advertise parking, but its overflowed on the weekends so you have to park at a public lot in the area. Asked for extra pillows and was told it would be a charge of 5500W per night. Coffee bar downstairs, but its a pay machine. It's a decent hotel and very clean with a hardworking staff. Try elsewhere unless the area is fully booked since it's not quite worth the money.

Nice hotel. Nothing much to do in the area at night ”
Room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping is good. The whole hotel smell good and welcoming. Carpark is a nightmare. Limited lots and narrow. There is nothing much to do in the area at night as most shops nearby close really early. Actually, almost everywhere in Jeju close early and there is pretty much nothing to do after 9pm.

Parking is an issue here, it seems this hotel is popular. Once you get get a parking lot, do not drive out. Going back late, you won't find any parking lots.
