Valued for money and good location ”
Great location and easy access to shopping mall like Pavillion, Lot 10. Hotel and room was well cleaned. Staff was friendly. The only problem we faced during our stay in this hotel is check in time was delayed. We have waiting for 2 hours for the room to be checked in. We hope the waiting time can be improved to avoid unnecessary inconvenient to customers. Overall of the stay was great and satisfied except for the long hour waiting checked in time.

Room condition was superb and clean ! Staff were so friendly and special thanks to Ms Prema for arranging a memorable night for my wife by having the decorating team to decorate my room for me for my anniversary with my wife! Breakfast was good as well . Thanks ! Will come back for sure !

It was more than what i expected. Last time i was there was 12 years ago, surprised to see that they've just renovated. The room was big, clean and definitely new, toilets were clean tiles were all new. Bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was good. Good location, few mins away from Pavilion and KLCC. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was one of the better hotels that I'd stayed in KL so far. It was just minutes away from the monorail and Pavillion mall. The room was spacious and nice. It was clean and well maintained too. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall all is good, i want to rate all 5 star, during check in front staff norshahidah explain very clear and politely all the flow from parking, breakfast, facilities, and check out process very well. The breakfast is good even there is limited choice but suitable with the food option. The gym facilitis good, but i would say its good if the operation is up to 8-9pm.. Location very strategic walking distance to Pavilion and KLCC. Overall good!

Location just next to Pavilion..Very clean and modern designs room..The price is below RM200 during weekend.. Parking using Touch N Go and need to validate at hotel counter to get RM5 charges..Very cheap...Friendly and helpful staff..Off course I will stay there again next time

I kept on coming back to this hotel. Ive been staying for i think more than 10 times in less than a year. The staffs are all so nice and I love everything abt this place. You can walk to pavilion as it is just beside the hotel, there’s also 7e across of their building. I’ll always come whenever i hv assignments or important classes as well as when my insomnia is attacking. Hence, thank you novotel for being my safeplace!

Stay on peak season holiday. Room spacious, newly renovated. Clean n tidy. Swimming pool ok but lack of pool towel provided.Pavillion just across the road, or can use sky bridge.Easy to find food and mart. No need to take a car. just walk nearby.easy check in n check out. Everything good except parking too narrow”
Wonderful place to stay. Very strategic location (opposite to Pavilion, 10 minutes walking distance to KLCC). Room is spotless. Excellent customer service. Only setback is the parking. Too narrow for big car. Struggle a little to get my CRV in. RM5 parking fee per day. Overall; one of the best hotel in my travel history. Worth every penny I paid.

That is a good location which nearby Pavillion, Starhill and other shopping mall. At the same time, the services is good and the entire staff are friendly. Room is clean and comfort. Strongly recommend.

Spend there for a night. Located within golden triangle. Gym and swimming at level 3. Good equipment. Really like that. Breakfast at 1st floor. Good selection as well. Parking at RM5 a day. Space so narrow. So watch out for those driving MPV. No room service. So cannot order food and have it in your room.

Pro: From check in to check out, everything is smooth. Friendly staff, easy parking and cheap, nearest to shopping mall and restaurant, no deposit required for Agoda members and room arrangement is perfect. Electric socket is enough for my notebook and phone. Cons: No kiblat sign, not enough coffee and sugar.
