If this hotel have hot water like others surounding then this hotel will be perfect...me and my family will come and come again. Overall services is very good especially for breakfast also the pool is very very clean and no Kaporit eventrough very cool... Thanks Santika.

New hotel, good condition, but many flies in the room.”
We ordered a room including dinner. after asking about the closing time of the restaurant (closed at 10pm), we decided to go outside the hotel before dinner. But after we arrived at 9:15 p.m., the restaurant was closed. After complaining to the manager, we were served for dinner in the room, but with a small amount and variety of food.

Actually, we already booked the room by my friends. but, there is some mistakes by the staff. so, we book our room by agoda. Our room view is pool and a little mountain, the room was clean, and have a good facility. breakfast have many kind of food (always be my favorite if I stay in santika hotel). btw, we got a complimentary dinner from the staff caused their mistake of our room. overall, I recommend you to stay here to escaping from the hectic life ^^

A great hotel but disappointing cleanliness”
Everything is great but the cleanliness. When I checked-in, there was sh*t spots around the closet, which means the cleaning staff didn't clean it well. Apart of that stuff, the others were great.

The breakfast menu is very poor. Staffs are not professional. The bathroom is always getting wet due to no partition for shower area.

my second time here and definitely will go back again. The location is a bit solitude, but you get a pristine view of paddy fields and hills from the balcony. There is a nearby restaurant, Cibiuk, who sell delicious local cuisine. Now they have a warm swimming pool, which is also good for a staycation / family holiday.
