Good Budget Hotel”
The facilities overall okay but there is no lift and only have stairs. So it is not suitable for a family with a large bag or heavy thing because the family room are at the highest floor.. But the hotel room is clean and the staff are so friendly.

Great Location, Currently the hotel is under renovation, the ironing facilities is very far from my room, breakfast was good except for the cereal that my daughter say's was a bit hard. The room is clean & spacious for a family room except for the toilet that seems quite small. Overall it is a nice stay.

Location: Hotel opposite with KTM Sg. Petani. Food & Beverages: 1. Hi-tea: Sup Tulang with bread very delicious 2. Breakfast: Need to improve the quality of food. So far okay but not the best. Advantage, near to the mosque, town and railway station. The staffs were friendly and helpful but they took a long time to pick up the phone. The room that i get was not as expected with the filthy toilet bowl and basin, very noisy air conditioner due to the run down and broken. The bed sheet was stained. I didn't expect much for RM144.40 that I paid but pls do something in term of the cleanliness of the room.

1. Great location. Right infront of train station and next to bus station. Easy to catch a taxi or book an uber/grab! A lot of makan place around the area. 2. Old and run down. My standard room has a new flat screen tv with poor reception 😅 3. Basic breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner menu. Cafe next door has better choices! 4. Polite staff 👍

I was there early,because i have seminar over there, then around 01:00pm I ask the front desk girl whether I can check in at that time or not, she said the available room at that time is at second floor, so i decide to wait for the room in the first floor, i bring one kid and one infant. After five minutes the lady call me and said the room on first floor is available, the only thing that didn't have is towel, for me is OK as long I can check in, so the lady proceed and I check in around 01:15pm. The process feel so smooth, with the girl always smile really make you comfortable. Then I get into my room, the room is clean,spacious and cozy. The thing is the bathroom, is look old, not dirty, in the end it acceptable. After that, i try their breakfast, around 08:15am, nobody at the cafe counter, I didn't notice any of their staff at that time to give my breakfast coupon. So i decide to take the meal first. Sadly, all of their food are not label, I didn' find where I can get the coffee

-the hotel just opposite of KTM, great location for those who ride ETS/KTM -the iron is available outside the room -the staff are good -breakfast are good -double room is large, flat screen tv, drinks, wardrobe -toilet is clean, soaps, conditioner provided -no elevator
