Great location. Near by the best and fancy shoppings on town! The area is well supplied by supermarket, drogstores! We can find everything nearby! Eficiente services ( front desks, housekeeping, and restaurant team) Wi-FI Amazing environment Confortable and bright Looby! We can enjoy a great view from inside the hotel! On the lobby we can read a nice book( they have a bookshelf with updated news papers, magazines, books and a few games for kids) It is a spacial place that we can hangout and have a coffee and if you wish you can have a drink too! It is an incredible experience and we feel so comfortable in there! Even the music playing at the lobby is fantastic! We don’t wish to live the spot area. Great facilities; The breakfast is amazing! Great, fresh and well done food! Happy and supportive staff and always ready! Comfortable bad; Well equipped room ( everything is so cleaned and fresh) The hotel cares about all the details! Great TV Easy access to grab a cab

Pros: They care about every single detail! Everything is brand new! Amazing facilities! Efficient staff! The best location in town! What has stood up for me is the versatility of the hotel lobby! It offers an amazing experience from the morning until the evening! They have a well supplied bar and we can have great moments with friends and family! They displayed big screen TVs and broadcast the support game. The famous one is Rugby! To be honest I can’t see any thing wrong! Everything is amazing! It is hard to be back home!

I have stayed here a number of times - consistently good friendly service and the rooms are great for short stay - 3 nights this time - the beds do not have that awful top cover which for me house a variety of stains and germs and only cleaned annually which I find is very offensive - I would recommend Ibis as a stay - deals are out there to get the price with wriggle room on dollars - thanks Ibis

Right by much more expensive hotels. Beds super comfy. Two queens in each room. We had an interconnecting door but luckily the neighbours were quiet unlike two families opposite who obviously didn't as kids were going in and out their rooms and slamming their doors till 11 pm. If you have people travelling together...GIVE THEM 803 AND 801! Then we can all sleep. Just common sense. When we arrived at 7pm long line to check in and one receptionist, but otherwise it was a good hotel . Just don't get a room near the lifts.

Clean rooms with everything you need. Staff were helpful at reception and at breakfast in restaurant. Dinner was a shambles with only one server on for everyone. I had to walk out and go somewhere else it was taking so long to get a menu. Taxi stand outside and an easy walk to most places of interest, I site, railway station, museums, wharf area etc

Good value in a great location”
The staff were very obliging we were in earlier than normal checkin time, after an early flight, they gave us a room and upgraded the bed size. The location in the city is so central it's a great place to stay. Serviced the room daily. We think it's great value for price paid.

Great place and this is my 2nd time staying here. Location is fantastic, however it would be good if they provide free WiFi services as most hotel provide free WiFi in rooms. Would recommend this place but would strongly recommend if there is free WiFi

We love ibis for providing an exceptional service and facilities. This is the same kind of service you get from higher end hotels and ibis provides you the same without the additional cost. Highly recommend the breakfast as well, which was a pleasant experience for us.

A visit to the capital!”
When in a strange city it is great to find accommodation so so satisfying With helpful staff such as Anthonyto kick start our stay, restaurant staff so attentive and receptionists so kind and welcoming, what more could we ask? The location is ideal with short walks to all the major attractions. Being close to the railway station was a bonus. If we return from England we are sure to stay again Frank & Bev (Exeter, England)

Great staff, walkable location ”
We had a last minute stay at the ibis but the staff were super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is easily walkable to many attractions ( we have a five year old and one year old to tote around). Hotel was clean and everything you need for a night in the city. Pretty good street parking too; our vehicle can’t fit in most parking structures due to a height restriction but we found some space just outside for overnight.
