Staffs were genuinely friendly, some hotels or hostels in Taiwan you feel like they are not REAL nice but acting like polite. Room was exactly the same as the picture on the website, love the bed and the spacious hot spring bathtub!! also the shower room and the bathroom combined idea is awesome!! Only the breakfast was just normal or i can say it's bad....the staff from the breakfast area was not so friendly. Anyway i will definitely come back here and recommend to my friends for sure.

The room is spacious and comfortable, facilities are clean and updated, the hot tub offers a lot of fun and leisure. And the price is a quite reasonable and affordable. Overall it is a perfect stay and makes my trip to Jiaoxi great.

Had a wonderful two nights stay at this hotel. The room and the bathroom are so spacious and clean. Love the hot spring bath in the room. Everything is just so great about this hotel. Will definitely stay again in the future. One downside is that it is not so near to the train station.

Superb Room with Huge bathtub (Mountain View Room)”
Nothing much with the mountain view but my child (5years) was happily enjoying the huge tub with hot/cold spring water everyday. Bed is comfy and room very clean. Location was 5mins away from main night market street and resort 10mins walk to train station. Breakfast was pre-selected and basic.

Nice B&B in Jiaoxi”
Cosy b&b with clean and comfortable rooms. Bed is very comfortable but the pillows a little too flat for my liking. Hotspring water is very hot but nice for a soak after a long day and when it’s raining. Price is a little on the high side, maybe it’s the peak period that I was there?

Good location”
Hotel is located very conveniently in the city. The hot tub in the room was very big (take time to fill it up). Good size of the room and very clean. Friendly staff that spoke English. Overall a good stay in Yilan.

It is not located near the busy streets where the shops are but is within walkable distance. So if u don't mind the walk, it is a nice and cosy place to stay at. There's a convenient store nearby. Room is spacious. Note that the reception is not operating 24/7.

Late Check in”
Hotel has no reception and staff after 11pm while we arrived 11:15pm. We were so lost when there’s no reception and we needed to call another hotel reception as per the guidelines written on the front door. Finally we got the key card to enter hotel but there’s some problem on our key card to open our room door. Anyway, we used over 1 hrs for all these steps and enter our room, and feel so exhausted. So, please inform the hotel earlier if you cannot catch up the check in time before 11pm.

nice place to relax and enjoy onsen bath. It's still very clean and new, staff are friendly and close by train station and bus station (within 15 min walk). Other places need to walk a fair bit but still manageable.

We liked the room, the windows, and the big tub. Only if the couch and some parts of the room were cleaner it would be perfect. We couldn’t even have the courage to touch the couch.
