For a B&B it was very basic, the room was tiny, no room to swing a cat! The TV was very small and placed at the top of the wall near the ceiling, and no breakfast.

This was my worst experience so far in a hotel Despite letting the staff know that I suffer from heart failure and that keeping the room warm was so important for me I found myself freezing during the night as the heating went off during the night and as a result in the morning it was stone cold No human being should be sleeping in a room like this it is the size of a Shoe box there is no place to even move ,no place to put your luggage nowhere to sit down and there is cold air coming from the windows although they were shut I found myself ill this morning trying to tell them the situation but they didn’t seem to care Please do not book this hotel it is such a waste of time and money and your health could be at risk The only good thing that happened is that the guy downstairs gave me an extension that I wanted to plug my phone in for charging The lady working there didn’t seem to understand my situation she was just brushing me off constantly giving me excuse after excuse I don’t know how many of you know what congestive heart failure is but even the slightest flu or cold can be very harmful to my condition Breakfast was ok!!

Better inside than out”
Instanbul EV Guest House is a typical town house. 3 bedrooms and shared bathroom facilities on each floor. The fabric of the hotel is a little tired, so when I arrived I was a little worried that the accommodation wasn't going to be good. But actually the room and bathroom were quite well furnished. Staff were very helpful, service was good. Happy enough with my stay.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, the room and shared bathroom was kept really clean and the location as incredible because the street looking out onto the sea front. Such good value for money and would highly recommend!

Good for short stay”
I spent two nights in the single room (with basin). It was clean and cozy, but extremely small. It was noisy. But the location is perfect, just beside the Sea Life centre. And the full English breakfast was amazing! Nice staff service!

My family had a great time staying there, great location easy to walk around. Very close to Brighton wheel. Very helpful staffs and freshly breakfast!

The excellent view from the hotel room”
The room size is a bit small for 3 people to stay, but so far so good. Their breakfast provided the basic needs, such as tea/coffee, orange juice, cereal and a full english breakfast. I am highly recommended this hotel.

Perfect ”
Fantastic to say the least. The rooms were clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable. The location is incredible. As you step out the hotel - you're on the beach along with Brighton Pier. The staff are very nice and friendly and always happy to help. Hopefully in the future, guests can be exempt from the street car parking charges. Keep up the good work!!

The staff were very helpful and carried my bag up the stairs for me. The stairs themselves were very narrow and there was no lift. The room was rather small but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a bit sparse but ok. The best thing about it was that it was that the beach and the pier were just at the end of the street. There were a lot of buses that went past the end of be street.
