We are very enjoy during our stay since a lot of activities can do even we just stay in one night only..staff very helpful...food provided is affordable..fee for activities also reasonable...my kids are in love with this place...sure will repeat again...thanks Karak Orchard team for wonderful service.

Great place to hangout with family ”

The room was new and clean. The staf was friendly. Agoda only book the hotel and room and you will need to pay another fee around 30 per adult to enter their park/orchard which include flying fox, paddle boat, cycling, hiking, etc. Got atv n horse riding too. Great food at their restaurant for dinner. Got water filter at the hotel which no need to buy extra mineral water.

i like the activities you can do at the resort, maybe because its the off peak period so get to try the flying fox twice, no queue no charge, boat rowing to exercise your legs as many rounds as you want, hill climbing, cycling, swimming, club house got pool table snookers carrom darts mahjong ping pong, mini animal farm, fish feeding, the only negative point is breakfast is just roti canai fried beehoon, roti bakar nasi lemak. , btw we get to eat durian too which is sold at the resort. the room got too few power sockets for charging your phones. overall i give 4 star. i believe they will do better because the staff attitude is in the right direction. cheers

Good Relaxing Place”

Good for relaxing and destress. Really like the atmosphere and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Had our dinner at the resort restaurant on the first night and the foods are quite good and price reasonable. Managed to meet the manager and the boss of this resort and they are very friendly. The plus point for my hubby is that the durians are very very good and we brought a few types of fruits and durians back We will be going there again during the durian season next year. Thank you for your hospitality.

Value for Money ”

Value for Money with the activities you get to do at the resort itself. Check In and Check Out process still needs improvements. Waiting game i would say, maybe manpower of housekeeping is limited hence the room cant be ready by the time you check in , but thank god there's a restaurant next to the check in counter where you can just settle down and eat first while waiting. Hopefully the resort maintain the facilities so that you will have return guest. Overall enjoyed my stay here.

One stop centre for fun”

It was a good place to enjoy with small kids. Even adults also enjoyed themselves..food for dinner wa ok but it was a big crowd thus had to wait. Big n spacious place.

Bad experience”

We reached there a little bit late, around 11.30pm. But the gate was closed & nobody available. We can't make a call since there's no signal. Have to turned back to the karak town just to make a call. The property owner rudely ask us why we came so late? I can't see any resort policy saying that we have to reach the resort at 2.00pm check in time only. They ask us to turn back to the resort but we decided not to stay there because the distance from the karak town is around 10km. We can saw only 2-3 cars passing through the road and the road was so dark & a bit creepy, also we are not happy with the owner's attitude as well.

Not many things to explore compared to the ticket fee of RM42 that we have paid. The staff are friendly and the indoor facilities are quite awesome. Overall this resort need to add more games / facilities in the future to attact more guests.

Nice hiking with beautiful view ”

The room & bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable. However we found out later that booking through Agoda doesn’t include the park package (flying fox, horse riding & boat riding). ATV require additional charges. The staffs are friendly & helpful. The room is just next to the activities areas so if you intend to sleep in or sleep early, the noise from people playing or exercising, early in the morning or late at night can be heard clearly from the room. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t get a good sleep because there were noise from next door guest dragging their chairs around and talking loudly. The swimming pool area could have been better maintained, especially the toilet were clean but smelly. I believe the area are still being developed as there’s construction nearby. We meet some new friends of other races and had fun playing Volleyball & Futsal together. Overall it’s a good place if you are looking for a place to exercise or have fun, but it’s not the luxury relaxing holiday.
