Not quite”
On the good side the grounds are well maintained and in season will be spectacular. The breakfast is excellent, a set menu of fruit, rice soup, a pan friend omelet and drinks. Service is a bit slap-dash but they work hard and ends well. On the not so good side: WI-Fi did not work and nobody seemed to care. Had two down-lights out in the cabin - sorry we have no replacements. Called for suitcases pickup on departure. Buggy came down the hill without brakes. In a region known for being cool, and proud of it, the one blanket provided was inadequate - bring your own bed warmer. Limited parking. If the 10 car lot is full park outside. People are great. Management needs to get it's act together.

Quiet, private, relatively clean, but there is no place to hang clothes, gardens, and lots of trees, relaxing, and good breakfast for Thai people.

We took this resort as this was the only option available for the last minute booking.. The rooms are fine, though a bit small.. But there are no storage cabinets or places for luggages. Bathrooms are a let down, as there is no partition for shower area and smelly.. The bathroom remains wet most of the time, as the weather doesn’t allow fast drying.. The hot water shower doesn’t work properly.. Towels are very light and doesn’t help wrapping, given the weather is pretty chill during mornings and evenings. Breakfast is totally Thai, with very limited options.. But the staff helped us with vegetarian options by taking pre orders. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are well cleaned.. If not for the bathrooms, Would definitely suggest the place.

The hotel do not know I have the booking on that day!!”
After I arrive at hotel the reception said that she do not know we book with their hotel via agoda so, they did not prepare the rooms for me. Therefore, she find the other room type for us instead. I booked with 4 rooms but they give us with other 3 room types instead!!

Die Anlage liegt etwas abgelegen, das ist aber kein Nachteil, sondern sorgt für Ruhe. Der Garten ist wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlich.

ถ้ามาเที่ยวเขาค้อ ขอแนะนำที่พัก เขาค้อไวท์โฮมรีสอร์ทค่ะ ตอบโจทย์จองความสุข ความสบาย ความสะดวก ความสะอาด ความสงบ ความสวยสดงดงาม บ้านเรือนขาว ตัดพื้นเขียวของผืนหญ้าบนเนินเขา มีแผ่นฟ้าสีครามสะอาดครอบคลุมด้วยปุยเมฆยามกลางวันเสริมแต่งด้วยดอกไม้หลายหลากพันธ์ค่ะ กลางคืนหนาวลมหนาวน้ำค้าง เดือนดาวพราวแสงส่องเต็มท้องฟ้า บรรยากาศดีมากๆค่ะ ต้องหาโอกาสมาพักเขาค้อไวท์โฮมอีกค่ะ ที่พักน่านอนเตียงใหญ่ ห้องกว้างค่ะ บริการดี เจ้าของดูแลเอง

สถานที่กว้างขวาง ปลูกดอกไม้หลากหลายสวยงาม บริการเยี่ยมมาก ทุกอย่างถือว่าดี แต่มีข้อควรระวังคือตำแหน่งบน Google Maps ไม่ถูกต้อง พาเข้าป่าเปลี่ยวและทางแคบเข้ารกเข้าพงไปเลย ทางเข้าที่ถูกต้องคือจากแยกแคมป์สนลงมาให้สังเกตเขาค้อไฮแลนด์ทางด้านซ้ายเป็นหลักเพราะเห็นง่าย จากนั้นมองขวาจะเป็น bliss ซึ่งป้ายไม่เด่นนัก ให้เลี้ยวขวาตรง bliss จากนั้นขับตรงเข้าไปผ่านป้อมรปภ.

พื้นที่กว้างขวาง เป็นส่วนตัว มีการออกแบบและจัดการพื้นที่ได้สวย ต้นไม้ดอกไม้เยอะ ห้องพักสะอาด นอนสบาย ห้องน้ำกว้างมาก พนักงานบริการดี มีรถกอล์ฟบริการในพื้นที่รีสอร์ท สถานที่ทานอาหารเช้าเล็กไปหน่อย ถ้าลูกค้าลงพร้อมกันจะดูแน่นและวุ่นวาย
