Beautiful location, great and helpful staff”
We very much enjoyed our stay here. We stayed at one of the tree houses. We booked for one night but extended our stay with another night and returned to this resort later during our holiday because it was such a pleasant stay. The location and resort are beautiful, the room was nice and clean. A special thanks goes out to the staff, who were very welcoming and friendly and incredibly helpful. We would love to come back here some day.

Perfect plaxe to have a quiet nitght with someone ”
I arrived around 0400 hours and so tired travelling from manila to lipa to san juan batangas then laiya but laiya coco Grove staff are friendly all of you.

Relaxing due to Natural resources”
It was not a difficult place to find and was only 2 - 3 hours of travel. ~Peaceful surroundings. ~Nice pool - it was just about 5 ft or less which was good for me ~Cute tree house - We stayed at the tree house 1. You have a good view of the beach from the veranda. But there was no TV in the room. Also, room was not so spacious. it really is a room for 2 persons only. ~Restaurant and Food - no food choices. Food will just be served. We also ordered an egg sandwich from them, that was the only thing they had for snack, and it was really pricey for a simple egg sandwich. It was worth Php 50.00. It was very relaxing by the beach under the trees specially in the afternoon. They also have a space for Volleyball and trampolines.

A quiet beach resort”
The resort is attractive with regards to the facilities and surrounding area. Have a 4 feet deep swimming pool.Some of their rooms are tree-houses. Security guards patrolling. The resort is corporate owned and run. Staffs are ok but you will have the impression that they are just employees working for a company. Rooms have some basic things. Bottled water, coffee, a small soap and small shampoo. But they will not clean your room or replenish until you left. So if you are staying there for a week then better bring your own supplies or buy from them. They are particular with corkage. Food and beverages guests bring with them will be charged a corkage fee. Remember that this is a resort not a restaurant or disco bar. Better take note of all the fees or better yet to pay immediately. It becomes confusing with the billings of additional charges. Me and my friends were not so happy with the way they handle our additional charges. We bought/order from them a lechon at 6k pesos. We only had it for dinner and some in the breakfast. Most of it have disappeared. They claim to have Wi-fi but it is not working.

Uncomfortable”
The resort is old and not well maintained first time we got in the room it was full of Mosquitos we had to spray some insecticide to kill them. Room was also dusty and moldy. The pool was dirty and some of the staff were lazy and rude. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be back to stay with them.

Great but not excellent”
It was nice and we had fun. The tree houses along the beachfront are unique and nicely constructed. We noticed that the sea bed is muddy a few feet from the beachfront. They should do frequent cleaning of the beach also. Food is good but not excellent.

Lack of service from staff, food not so good, too much loud music especially on morning, safety of hotel not good, beach dirty with cigarets left over of the previous customers

Worst hotel in the Philippines”
In short...do not stay here it is way overpriced and the owners are cheating people. 1. They advertise a 'tree house' which has windows all round. They give a semi-detached shack on a concrete podium with paper thin walls that let you hear your neighbors. 2. They say, oh dinner's ready you're welcome to eat - then after eating they charge you 400 a head (I refused to pay and they agreed) 3. Both 'meals' we ate have us the runs 4. Room was dirty, no hot water, no duvets, windows that were rusted open and couldn't be closed. A thoroughly depressing place, I'd paid for 2 nights and left after 1. Ended up staying at aquatica down the beach which was fantastic. Don't give these guys any more money they don't deserve it.
