Tagaytay Hideaway :)”

The place is a serene hideaway from the city proper. It has a very nice view of the lake. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. They helped us find a nearby laundry shop still open at 10pm. I love the interior of the dining area. It has a homey vintage feel with a twist. We had to get an extra bed during our stay and it wasn't really comfortable. The foam was too thin. If you're group is an odd number, best to get their own room instead of the extra bed. Breakfast food was just okay. All in all, it was worth it for an affordable price.

Cozy and Relaxing Getaway”

The staff were amazingly friendly and very polite. All were very ready to help with any planned surprise. View was amazing, location is superb, especially the breath of fresh air. The sound of the environment was so nice I had the best time sleeping there. Maybe I could suggest to quality beddings and larger bed, but all in all, it was a great experience. Can't wait to come back again soon ❤️

Excellent view. Relaxing ”

Our stay here must be the most relaxing. Beautiful garden. Good breakfast are just a few things i remember. The kitchen room has access to the garden. I loved hanging out at the garden, perfect with cool breeze.

Rigtig godt”

The rooms were big . The only thing that bothered us was the noise coming from the ceiling which is directly the floor of the restaurant above. We can here loud footsteps even in the middle of the night.

Accomodating staff”

We got lost past through Magnus drive to another rocky alley but manage to find the location using waze. You need to see the signage carefully the street is now called Lakeview drive previously Magnus drive. Fortunately we arrived before 10pm (front desk closing time). Suites staffs are accomodating they even allowed us to order food from kitchen even if its late. Spacious and clean room with two beds, one sofa bed and one sofa. However the bathroom sink choked easily but they immediately fixed the problem. Internet connection so slow and no television reception but it doesn’t concern us coz we bring our own portable wifi. Basic toiletries availble for adults but children below 8 are free of charge but need to bring own towel and toothbrush. Cash basis only they are still in the process of using cards. Overall, it is a decent clean and relaxing place with very homey ranch vibes. Food, fantastic and affordable.

Great experience”

We stayed here for two days. It was a relaxing stay. We brought with us foods to celebrate the new year and the staff kindly allowed us to bring the food to the restaurant for us to enjoy them, in addition to the foods we ordered from the Tavern of course. :)

Love how peaceful the place is.”

Perfect view, especially since my husband and I got a room in the garden. We also booked on a Sunday so the place was relatively empty (except maybe for a couple of other families). The only thing my husband complained about was the cleanliness of the cabinets themselves (lower shelves need cleaning). But everything else inside the room was nice, and all the basic stuff we needed (toiletries, slippers, towels) were there.

It’s a nice place to stay, but the location is a bit far from town proper, All staff are good and very friendly

Dream”

This room "Dream" has an amazing view that would make you believe that dreams do come true. Love the coffee while looking over the mountains and the green scenery all over the place.

Smoking Staff (OJTs) and guests everywhere”

We stayed in the hotel with my 5-month old baby. The ambience of the place is nice. However... First -- Upon arrival, there were staffs (OJTs) smoking in front of the hotel, and they didn't bother to greet or guide us. When we were eating our breakfast, there are guests who started to smoke. When I asked the staff if there is a designated smoking / non-smoking area since we have a baby, they told us that there is none, and smoking is allowed in the entire dining area. Second --We also noticed that the doors (main door, cabinet, cr) in the room creates a loud creaky sound when opening/closing. You can also hear the door opening/closing in the other rooms. Third -- the bedsheet is not clean. You can see yellow marks in it, as if it was not washed after many uses.

Good but could improve”

The place is at a nice location, the view is good, but only partial of the lake. Just off the main road in Tagaytay, it is relatively convenient. The price was reasonable. The food is basic Filipino and was ok for the price - service was a little slow but ok. The resto is very cool, nicely decorated and unique. Parking is minimal, would seem to be a big problem if the place was full (we were there on a weekday). As with many places, and especially in the Philippines, it's the little annoyances that add up. While the room was decent and clean (new aircon), the place overall could use a little better maintenance. While not surprising given it's right on the edge the of a forest area, there was a major ant problem, it was hard to use the balcony (which is a nice feature). The inside handle on the bathroom door was broken, the toilet tissue dispenser was hanging, there is minimal space to set things, only one tissue provided. The bathroom had an odor - not unusual in PI. Etc.

So-so”

The place was good. But it's like an abandoned hotel . Wla katao tao. Walang amenities. The room was good. Maluwag,malinis but ung tv super labo. The view from the balcony was picturesque. They have free breakfast but only serve plated menu. Overall was a good experience. Pde na for an overnight stay

nice view”

the location is a bit far off from the main road. but it has an amazing view of everything. the little problem I guess is the parking especially if your the first one to come in, your car will be blocked of. A bit of a hassle when you need to go out since you will have to disturb people

I just have one thing that they should improve in regards to the bathroom. There are no hand towels and bathmath when i checked in. The front desk told me there is a 100 peso fee for extra towel. Hand towel and bath math should be included in the bathroom. The restaurant is very nice and quaint , very nice decor. The food was excellent! Overall i would recommend this place. Also very nice foe a small group and even small intimate weddings.

Beautiful”

We kinda got lost on the way. The signage wasn't very visible ao we went past the turn. The place is clean and staff were friendly. We were lucky to go on a weekday so very few guest. Lovely view! If you want to relax, i recommend this place

Acceptabel”

our room has direct access to a common area staircase, only covered with cloth? the shower area has a hole that goes through the sink/toilet area, thus when taking a shower, the water goes directly to the sink/toilet area creating a puddle of water.

Quiet family time”

It has a great view of the lake by the room. The room is very spacious. They’ve got everything we need. The place is very quiet and charming. It feels very homey. The staff has been more than helpful. The food is good. Minor cons: We can hear footsteps upstairs. They lack some menu items. They don’t accept credit cards yet when I tried to make a security deposit. However, they made up for it by being flexible and accommodating to us. When we got there early by an hour, they checked us in right away. We would definitely come back here. It’s a great getaway for families and couples.
