Just perfection”
Pure excellence! Ocean-studio was perfect with breathtaking views from your own balcony! Staff was really kind and helpful at any time! Rooms were clean and cozy, nice big fridge aswell. Yard was perfection, sunsets from the sunbeds -nothing better!! Also the breakfast was lovely, outside next to The turqoise ocean. Definately recommend to take this resort If you are planning your trip here!! +++

Great beach resort. 3* class”
We travelled with 3 children on April and enjoyed a kot. Location is excellent, little sandy beach just off the room 😃, large supermarket 1 minute walk, good restaurant outsidevthe street. We booked family apartment, 2 floor duplex with 2 bedrooms and extra matress. All was great, airconditioners in the bedrooms, large fridge, bath and toilet in each bedroom. Breakfast was fine, basic but satisfying. Staff is nice and helpful. Note that reception/service is opened only till 5pm

We just didn't enjoy the noise levels from the public beach area that was directly next to our apartment. Especially at night the music continued until early hours in the morning.

Hotel is apartment type with cooking facilities in the room. No toiletries provided except soap. Very spacious room and can sleep up to 4 as there is sofa beds. Very good breakfast and beach is nice. Walking distance to a supermarket and many restaurants around. Also there is Travel Agent opposites hotel. Overall it is located at a quiet location and not busy like Grand Baie

So to start off with when we arrived the security guard could not open our room because he had the wrong key.......30min delay We were offered an alternative room which obviously was not prepared. It was full of mosquitoes and ants and had a really bad smell. I then went to the guard and asked him for the keys to the first room and whoalla, open door. The manager did phone and apologized but I would have offered an upgrade to beachfront which there was plenty because the hotel was empty due to Covid. Best of all, when I booked I asked for a beach front room but I was told its full. Nonsense, I carefully watched people coming in and out and there were plenty rooms available. The positives: Breakfast is okay, basic and all that you need. The location is prime. What a spot. Jean Paul the "other" security guard is amazing and should be promoted to manager!!!!!! For the last 20 years I return to Mauritius once a year. Will I stay here again...I dont know....

We were disappointed that their were no tea or coffee, milk or water at the apartment. No air conditioner in the living area, only in the bed rooms. So we couldn’t socialise in the Living room as it was always hot, so we had to go to our bed rooms.

Unit not so clean older renovations shower door do not close NO hot water during full weeks stay. Staff told us to let showers run until water would get hot !! Water left running every day for 30-40 minutes to produce Luke warm water..what a joke and waste. Staff is very friendly but can’t provide basic requirements as complex is run down not their fault 4 out of 10 for us and our friends that were in next unit and experienced the same

This Service Apartment did fit our needs - 3 nice Bedrooms with own shower connected to all 3 bedrooms Real good location, the sea is just outside your living room, perfect to have a morning swim on the Private Beach. Breakfast is served / taken just next to the Beach, so nice. Very friendly Staff

First 3 days, no hot water and no clean towels. Had to complain, to find out that they turn the geysers off to save energy! Big black bin next to our unit which stank so badly, again complained although their staff walk past the bin all the time! There doesn’t seem to be a time limit on people partying and making a noise like other resorts. Went into the kitchen where they make the eggs to ask for something, not pleasant. Sadly not a great ending to our holiday, definitely not clean enough. The one security gentleman and the van driver were amazing and so so friendly and helped us but the , rest of the staff not very helpful. Wouldn’t go back there and would not recommend.

We had a great time at Le Beach Club! The location is very convenient on the main connection between Grand Baie and the East. It has good security and private parking. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and efficient. You cannot get closer to the beach - like 15 meters from your room and 2 meters from the breakfast area. There is good snorkeling and other water sports opportunities in the small bay, the catamaran and diving boats depart right there. Not the most flashy of resorts but absolutely superb value for money.
