We checked into the hotel at 11 pm for an overnight stay. We requested a late check-out and they granted our request. We also mentioned in passing that we would be attending a wedding at 5:30 a.m. and might not be able to have breakfast at the hotel. When we left at 5:15 a.m. the next day, the hotel staff handed us a bag of sandwiches and bottles of water to make sure we would not go hungry. We were pleasantly surprised and really appreciated the thoughtfulness. When we returned at 8:30 a.m., we were still allowed to avail of the breakfast buffet at no extra charge. Such customer service is quite rare these days. We would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you

Lima Park Hotel has been part of our milestones as a couple. We celebrated our wedding and our first anniversary as a couple here. We came back this time with our son for my husband's birthday celebration.

The place is clean though it's a little expensive (~5k a night) and the staff's interaction with the guests are so-so, needs a little more warmth. Also, I ordered dinner via room service and it arrived ~ 1.30 hours later after I followed up with them. If you're just here for a night, I think it's fine. But if you're staying for more, I would recommend looking for a more affordable place.

Pre-wedding Preparation Accomodation ”

We stayed here in preparation for our wedding last December 3. The room was huge. I turned it into a Bridal Suite. The staff is accomodating and the breakfast buffet is truly satisfying. We will definitely comeback!

the only problems we had was with the internet service ( which was ok for a couple hours one day then out for the next couple days). and i know we're not the only ones to notice the smell of the piggery ( which was worst on some days depending on the weather ). on the other hand i cannot say enough about the gym, housekeeping, front security and front desk staff; their hospitalty was above all excellent. that would definitely keep me coming back. my hats off to them all.

A Hotel With A Very Serene Ambiance... That's it!”

We booked a suite room expecting that we would get the best of what we paid for but we ended up being so disappointed about the room that was given to us because its air-condition unit and jacuzzi didn't work properly at all. We also didn't ask for the room service to clean our room the next day because we just took an early breakfast but to our dismay, a room boy just entered and cleaned our room without giving any notice that he'd do it. The place was very quiet but other than that, we can't find any other reason why we have to come back to this place again.

25 meters pool ( i guess ) Best Front Desk Staff in the World”

The girls at the front desk are just A number 1 and fun too . So nice to find a hotel with a large pool for lap swimming . The location is not ideal but to my pleasant surprise their Hotel Shuttle is pretty good about running you over to town without a hassle or cost when not going far. I like those front desk staff is why i'm writing a review , john

nice and quiet not enough activities available”

my stay at Lima Park hotel was nice but it could have been better. the hotel is not close to any beaches and the breakfast was cold every morning. the rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly. there are no taxis available in the area so you will have to take a jeep to where you want to go. the hotel offers transportation to the main road for free but will take you further for a very excessive charge. the jeeps are only 15 peso to get to the mall. about a fifteen minute ride from outside the hotel

The hotel in the park is reasonably inaccessible as it is a distance away from the main entrance. Thre were no shutters to the main entrance or shuttles that can be arranged. We walked and it can be quite terrible in rain or sun. The shuttle within the industrial park zone is poor and slow, you may have to wait for at least 45 mins before it comes. The guards that were supposed to inform the shutttles calimed to have done so, but in the end we did not use the park shutter but only the hotel shutter. There should be a fixed bus or shuttle going around the park at all times. The internet is also slow and poor in connection, it often drops the signal.
