We booked 3 bedroom suite. Spacious and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast the most. Variety of food. Staffs are awesome. Especially the receptionist Sasi, Chef Santhosh and the room attendant(sorry, didn't get his name) who assisted us with the room key when we left it in the room. Within 2 mins he was there to assist with the key card and the operator who answered my call for the key card. Real value for money. The only disappointment was the themepark. We have been thinkin that the Desaru Coast is the same as the one in Lotus. At least the people that we approached should have said that the actual themepark is further up. We are there for the first time. So, didnt know much about Desaru. But anyways, I still love Lotus Desaru Resort especially their service and we surely come back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Went with wife and one child (5 years old). Went by ferry from SG (not too many know of this option). If you do so, request for hotel pickup. Resort is huge, but clean. Many many rooms, so if possible request for one close to reception. Breakfast has good options, restaurant has good options and open pretty much all day. Beach is clean, pool is small but adequate... best to go as a group if with children so that kids have company. Staff are always happy to serve - will recommend and try to go again! Love the hotel, room was clean and bed was comfy! My kids loved esp. the water park. We went on a weekday so not many people using the facilities. What I love was the hotel facilities, the staff was helpful and diligent esp at the waterpark, I felt at ease to leave my kids as there were so many lifeguards on standby. Restaurants had many choices and delicious food too. They are still renovating the beach facilities and hopefully, we get to use them soon! Tq

We were there during the school holiday. Lotus was jam-packed with guests. Checking in took us almost 2 1/2 hours. We only managed to get our passkeys to the apartment at 5:30pm. But Lotus was kind enough to extend our check-out time to 2pm instead of 12noon. My kiddos had a great time in the pool and yup in the sea too eventhough it was raining. 🤗 Breakfast was scrumptious. 😋 Our 2 bedrooms apartment was spacious and clean. The airconds were so cold 😅 We will be coming back again soon! Maybe during the eid holidays. See you soon Lotus 💃

I been here twice. First with family. As we was in a big group, we requested for outdoor games. The arrangement for games was excellent. All the family members enjoyed to maximum. On July 2019, I organised a small group of 18pax for company reunion day with 1 night stay. This time my package was fully taken care by Ms. Lakshmi. She arranged the whole stuff perfectly. I requested for a surprise cake, rooms, BBQ dinner and additional breakfast. Everything went as per organised and Ms. Lakshmi did an excellent job. I’m so touched with her service Lotus Desaru, even though the building is not new, but it is well maintained. Affordable and nice. I would recommend, 4 bedroom unit is the best among all units.

We had check-in on public holiday and the resort was a full house but the management was superb in handling the massive visitors. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the location is near beach, the staff was trained well, the facilities were clean but need improvement at the waterpark because a lot of moss at the big coconut which my family enjoyed so much, the seafood restaurant was affordable with big portion, and the breakfast service was good and stayed here is enjoyed and value for money.

Good service from staff, they were very helpful. Massage service at the spa was quite good too (RM 159 for 1hr). 3 bedroom apartment had 1 king, 1 queen and 2 single beds. We had booked for 7 people but seems like could only fit 6 comfortably. There were 2 karaoke rooms that could fit about 10 people by the looks of it but we didnt get to try.

Surprisingly the room is clean and well maintain! Food is delicious with reasonable price and big portion! (I had my dinner at Rhu Seafood Restaurant - Thank to Nasir for the assistance!). For family trip, this is the place that you need to put on your list-its a one stop center (the beach, swimming pool, waterpark, night activities, arcade etc).

Awesome staycation with families”
Very spacious & clean place to stay. From 1 bedroom we had upgraded to a 1 unit with 3 bedrooms the next day. Its been my great birthday staycation away with families. Highly recomended & will come back again. Sadly the theme park was closed due renovation. Overall, best place to give families a getaway. Gotten nice room view too. Thanks to the team.

at first was worried about the cleanliness, however it is super clean during our arrival, and the bathroom is looks shinny comfy. Also, the big credit to the their own theme park when you are lazy to go out, and you must try their lazy river (water slide) - a thrilling experience for adult and kids, The buffet breakfast is still not bad with the variety. Overall, everything is satisfactory and i would definitely come back again.

The room is big with a lot of facilities inside the room such as big refrigerator, microwave etc. The room is also clean. The place is calm and big. Very suitable if want to stay for days. The breakfast is good with a lot of variety. But, maybe can added more option for english breakfast. Overall, it is perfect for a short gateaway.

This time around i travelled with my parents (70s) and my kids (2yrs and 8months).. the room that i booked was like duplex. Living hall downstairs and the bed and washroom upstairs.. just find its not so suitable if you have infants or todlers or elderlies that have issues to climb up the staircase.. otherwise i would say lotus is a nice place for a holiday.. beach, waterpark, restaurants, shops, swimming pool n bird park just around walking distance.. and they also provide buggy for the people to go around.. overall im really satisfied..

Best Staycation with disabilities ”
For first time i brought my family in law to have short vacation at hotel. My sister in law required full access of wheelchair, i can say becoz of resort was so big, we need alots of walk but surprisingly convenience to uses wheelchair everywhere around resort. Lotus had almost everything you need for family holiday. The room was spacious with complete facility. 3 big pool with waterpark. It's such a big resort so do expect crowded during long holiday. Breakfast buffet just Ok, food selection almost similar to other hotel and all food taste acceptable. Overall it's such a pleasant staycation.

Well done Lotus Desaru for very enjoyable Labour Day+Hari Raya long weekend stay.. even the hotel is fully booked for the whole week, cleanliness was great (except for some hair left behind in the bathroom), restaurants and facilities were well prepared and well maintained. It was a pleasant 3-night stay. Kids enjoyed the Waterpark. Buggy service really helpful. Breakfast was good. Clean room. Beach is clean. One of the elevator near our block was broken but maintenance team was quick to repair it. Overall awesome stay! will definitely come again

This hotel is so big and it looked like a big castle from outside. Shuttle is available for you to move from your room to their private beach, restaurant and check in-out counter. Basically, the facilities are so much that you don't need to go out from the hotel. They have private beach, they have mini water park, they have swimming pool, they have mini arcade, they have restaurant, they even have a spa section! Thumbs up also for their staff's efficiency. Process of check in and check out is quick.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Although the room is a bit old, it is very clean and spacious. The facility was maintained very well. Everything including the splash park is free of charge. I was speechless when I saw the beach just behind the hotel. I love this place.
