Hidden fees and no cleaning service, no parking in the facility. ”
The stay was good but… There is no parking in the facility beside for handicap and you need to find spot in designated parking areas block away from the hotel. The evening that we arrived we noticed that the bed was dirty and sheets and blanket have sand. We ask front desk to change the sheets and we got answer that we need to pay extra $10 for cleaning lady to show or we can change them by ourselves when they will deliver them to the room. Sheets where never delivered! In addition Hotel has hidden resorts fee $14/night that is not mentioned anywhere.

The first room that tried to put us in was terrible....1970s bed with spring sounds...one bed was even broken and the AC didn't work. The room was dirty and smelled of weed. The pool was closed also. Location wise was good....on beach. Staff was accommodating and did give us a better room. We stayed 3 nights. We would stay again if we could get the same room. Parking was terrible unless you had a handicap placard.

Found a Roach as soon as I walked in the door. The entire floor smelled like marijuana. The bed frames are metal and stick out you walk your legs on them. Impossible to get into the driveway to check in and half to park across the road a block down. Hot tub doesn't work. The sliding glass door curtains won't roll and u have to climb on the bed to move the curtains. It wasn't the best place to stay. Uncomfortable pillows. I don't recommend!

We have a new contract with an exterminator to take care of our resort and we also have a pool operator scheduled to take care of the hot tub. We can only hope that you give us another chance on a future stay!
Cheapest rooms, still overpriced”
The staff were simply horrible. Everytime my wife or myself would leave the some security guy would harass us before we could make it to the front desk, front door, pool, literally anywhere. Would ask for our info, then keycards, then ID, once went to ask for change for the laundry, the front desk had none and when I went across the street to get quarters when I came back my keycard was nixed, and the front desk I just asked for change wouldn't let me in, and called security. Made me wait outside for 15 mins til an officer showed up, asked me where I stole my keycard from. I was livid and luckily had my ID and credit card I used for booking because the need both before they'd let me in the door and get a new key, but only after searching me and my bag. In our 2 day stay we were stopped, locked out, or forced to show ID or have the primary guest(me) come down to verify the secondary guests no Less than a dozen times. Then killed our room keys an hour and a half before checkout. Truly horrid experience.

At best I did receive my deposit back. Dirty hotel minimal staff no towels or tissue . Perfect location and allows service animals. Is all I can say

Document Every Issue”
Staff is not accommodating and front desk staff will lie or other staff members call them liars. No cooking utensils pots or pans available. If you book via third party any issues with your stay is the fault of a third party so they will not compensate nor care. Make sure to video or take pictures and have a written complaint for the staff will pick and choose what to tell the manager. Overall very unprofessional. While trying to get my issues resolved 4 other guest some whom were moved multiple times because of their room came down as well. It cant be this many negative experiences at once but the complaints were all about lack cleanliness and lack of items they advertise they offer. Been coming to this hotel for 3 years but never again after this

Very disappointed went on a girls trip for my moms birthday the only two good things about this resort is one of the staff front desk ladies and the ocean everything else was a complete disaster. They had to move us to another room because the beds were torn an the room was very unclean then when the staff lady showed us another room she was rude and I quote "is that room up to your standards" being very rude told us we couldn't have the room I was advertised when I booked so we were given a smaller room. Wouldn't refund so we tried our best to make the trip okay there the bar in unavailable and broken pieces everywhere, the hallway has a hole on the 4th floor ceiling with black mold, they have cockroaches, there were no smoke detectors, our non smoking room smelled horrible of cigarettes, the bedding an towels were dengy, room was unclean, ect there are a million things I could list VERY disappointed. There website is deceiving.

Pools out of service, taped off, jacuzzi is cold, everything is dirty. The room itself wasn’t too bad but it smelled strongly of smoke. We didn’t even complain, just left and found another hotel. I felt bad for the staff because they already had 4 people requesting refunds and complaining so I saved my sanity and just avoided it. Would not recommend.

We spent most of our time in another family member’s because they claimed this disgusting and down right slack hotel was a non refundable stay… the pictures look nothing like what we saw and experienced… our ocean view was a freaking wall… OF ANOTHER HOTEL! The staff was horrible and maggots… we couldn’t even use the stove because they had it in a place where when you open it.. it would hit the wall. The ice machines were broken just like the employee’s because every time I asked them for something they didn’t care, they had attitude’s or didn’t do anything at all. JUST A SUCKY PLACE IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! PICTURES COMING SOON!!
