1) Water not so clean... Do not use & boil the water for drinking, better buy bottles of mineral water. 2) location is good. 3) receptionist do not allow us for late check out although we want to extend until 1pm only

Overall just okay”

What i like the most of this stay is that they provide free breakfast where i can save my breakfast money but the taste is so so and limited selection. The weather now no longer so cold, they provide fan only but still feel not so comfortable. The water not strong enough. Staff was very friendly and nice. Like balcony too, can have lunch or dinner with family there. Overall still okay.

Good location, big chalet, friendly staffs”

Great location - just by the roadside (althouhh some loud noises made by big trucks passing by but bearable) Big chalet - good view of mount kinabalu at the balcony (we were allotted with chalet no. 3, which require quite a few flight of stairs. Abit unsafe for young children and inconvenient if you have loads of luggages) Very friendly staffs - the staffs are more than accomodating to provide you with loads of information and assistances if you ever need them) Food - big restaurant with ample space for crowds. Food is acceptable with quite a number of choices available, given the location)

Concern on safety and water pressure is a disadvantage ”

I booked a studio chalet for 4 persons, room size is acceptable but it is anyway a chalet standard. There is no grill for the windows, so you need to close them if security is a concern. Water pressure is very low and scarce. There are 2 beds (King, Queen), however the 2nd bed has no ceiling fans. So, air ventilation might be a concern if furthermore the windows are closed at night. The accommodation is unmatched with the price.

Location and view”

Location is very near to kundasang town about 500m to the vegetable market. The food is ok. My friend's kids love it. It is by the main road on the left if you're coming from KK, right before the Kundasang roundabout.

Fantastisk”

Place is easy access, beside main road. Nearby have KFC and other local restaurant. Also have a restaurant within the hotel, we had our dinner here. Breakfast is include in our stay, a few option for breakfast such as toast bread, nasi lemak, chicken porridge, french toast, mee goreng. Restaurant had a nice view of Mount Kinabalu.

Strategic Place”

This is my 2nd time and for me, this place is the most strategic place to stay in Mt. Kinabalu area. The Puteri Nabalu restaurant is just beside the building, you may have your meal while enjoying the fantastic view of Mt. Kinabalu. You don’t have to be worried of getting access to this place as it is not steep up on the hill or steep down like some other guesthouses. You can see the view of Mt. Kinabalu clearly from your room as well (it depends on which room you are staying). Also, a walking distance to the market nearby. Highly recommended :)

Good lodge and good restaurants .”

The location is strategic of centre pekan Kundasang, easy to Desa Farm and Memorial park. The food is good, view is good. The room was comfortable for two person but you can hear the foot step on next room, the tv visual not clear, otherwise the view is good. Lastly, the staff is friendly too.

Abit overpriced with the facilities provided”

We had a 3 days stay at this lodge, check in was a bit slow. We had the chalet, and the amenities provided was very basic. The best thing at this lodge is that you get a clear view of Mount KK. Staffs here are very friendly. Food choices are not a lot so its best if you can look for other areas to dine at.

Value for money”

Minus: The water heater not funtioning well , water pressurure very slow., breakfast ok, not so great......very upset when staff said must pay for extra sambal for nasi lemak..... Plus : Stragetic location nearby kundasang city ,great mountain view, Overall it was ok.....

Mt. Kinablu”

Thankful for the upgrade to a double with a view of the mountain. Room was spacious, clean and we enjoyed the private patio. Breakfast was delicious with a spectacular view of the mountain. Lodge was conveniently located close to town. But it was also adjacent to the 22 and traffic noise was quite loud.

Good location and nice view but disappointed with most of the facilities ”

Very nice location just next to kundasan town. Great view infront the hotel. Staff were friendly however requested extra bed after 3 times they just sent it to my room. The reception for check in not efficient at all. The water pressure in bathroom were very weak. Satellite tv and wifi not working at all in room. Very poor sound proof can easily hear any noise from next door. The stair for chalet were not safe especially for elderly and child. No bottle water available the staff said they ran out of it. However food in their restaurant quite delicious and reasonable price. Overall we enjoyed their food and the great view.

Strategic Location”

Very easy to find the place, it is located right before the roundabout to Desa Dairy Farm, and very closed to the market. You don’t have to drive up the steep hill to reach this place. The foods at the restaurant are delicous, especially the cheesecake :) The staff are very friendly and helpful. Recommended to stay here.

The location at the center of most tourist places”

We went during off peak season and get the best view of mount kinabalu. Breakfast is included and we need to choose from limited menu. But the meals was good especially nasi lemak. The parking also very near to room.

Very nice but a little over-priced”

Nabalu is a nice hotel with a restaurant serving comfort food. Great place to get KK mountain view. Water pressure is very low. Breakfast is simple. Too close to the road so you can hear truck passing by. Anyway, it's a nice place to relax, but a little bit over-priced.
