Not an inviting budget hotel”

We booked 2 rooms for 4 people.We were given a room which was sparsely furnished,just a double bed and a dressing table and a standing clothe hanger.There was no chair.I had to sit on the bed.The aircond was very noisy and there was a strong chemical odour in the room.They did not clean the floor.There were clumps of long hair!!!I know we cannot expect too much,being a budget hotel but someone elses'hair on the floor is a real turn off!

THE PIPE WAS LEAKING. THE WATER PRESSURE WAS SO SLOW. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. AND WE SMELL UNPLEASANT SMELL FROM THE TOILET. THE LOCATION WAS BEHIND THE MALL AND FOR GIRLS IT WAS A BIT SCARY.

Spacious room, with basic amenities. Very close to eating stalls and restaurants, as well as supermarket, pharmacy and gadget stores. Overall, good location.

Pro: 1. Bersih. Bilik sangat bersih. Saiz yang ok, boleh semayang dgn selesa. Toilet pon bersih. Tekanan air pon best untuk mandi. 2. Ada disediakan jug kettle dan kopi 3in1. Tv menggunakan saluran Mytv jadi memang ok dan clear. 3. Aircond sejuk dan senyap. 4. Check in dan check out yang midah dan cepat. Perlukan deposit masa check in rm50 dan dipulangkan masa check out. Cons: 1. Lokasi dibelakang D'mall Seri Iskandar. Sangat sunyi pada waktu malam. Tetapi senang untuk beli barang dan kedai makan. 2. Parking banyak tapi pastikan guna kupon parking atau apps parking jika datang pada waktu weekdays. Kalau tak kena saman. 3. Toilet ada berbau kepam. Mungkin kipas tak berfungsi dengan baik dalam toilet tu.

Semua ok, baik layanan drpd staff Dan berbaloi stay di situ. Walau bagaimanapun, perlu tingkatkan kebersihan tandas. Dekat dengan uitm, sangat strategik. hanya kreta Saya kena saman dgn majlis bandaran seri iskandar. Mohon sediakan langkah utk mengatasi masalah ini

Kipas di dalam toilet berbau seperti najis. Bila tutup kipas tu baru tak ada bau najis. Tapi masalhnya tak ada tingkap, so bila mandi or membuang kena bukak jugak kipas tu. Seriously busuk gila. Habuk tebal. Macam tak pernah service. Kabinet bawah sinki berkarat. Tempat gantung towel berkarat. Tempat tandas, tak ada tisu dan jugak besinya berkarat.
