Fantastisk”
Worth every penny. They have clean spacious rooms. The whole property is actually very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We also did not that they pre-charge you around P2K for the food because it’s all buffet and the food tasted yummy, especially our dinner. The meals are perfectly timed, so you won’t go hungry. Besides, the local coffee alone was enough to keep me happy and satisfied. There are water dispensers at every casa (house/building), so there’s really no need to bring extra water. There is a 7-11 about 1km from the resort. You can free in alcoholic drinks but they charge corkage fees, P500 per case of beer or around P20 per can of beer. They also have beer available at their bar at P100 per can. They have a wide stretch beach but the sand was only added to it, so it is a bit rocky. Highly recommend the wearing of aqua shoes to prevent getting scraped by the rocks at the beach. You can borrow aqua shoes at the front desk. There are waters sports available for a fee. They also have an infinity pool and play ground, great for the kids. They have a wall for climbing and other facilities for other recreational activities, great for passing your time. They also have a pool with a slide. Really enjoyed our stay. Kudos to Palm Beach. We’ll be coming back with the family.

Got the much needed break at Palm Beach”
Just returned from a relaxing getaway here at Palm Beach Laiya. Good points- Staff, ever smiling and courteous. Room, (stayed at Casa Blanca deluxe) clean with plenty of trash bins and hangers for both dry and wet clothes. Comfortable bed and pillows and nice wood furnitures. Strong water pressure too. Food was good. Specially enjoyed their Marcelo pasta and fish fillet. Wished that their daing na bangus was boneless and that their egg omelet included more ingredients other than tomatoes and green pepper but both still were delicious. Beach is rocky but we still enjoyed swimming there. They have plenty of well maintained cabanas by the beach where we stayed most of the time. The 1.5 hour massage (P500) we had was great! We had Bridget and Lorena as our therapists. Bad points - intermittent wifi. We often switched to mobile data (Smart) when we were there.

Our new favorite resort in Laiya”
I did not expect Palm Beach Resort to be this exceptional. Our go to resort in Laiya is Virgin Beach Resort but we decided to try booking Palm Beach to give it a try and we weren't disappointed. Contrary to the other reviews here, the rocky shore is actually what we love about the resort. It is very conducive for children provided that you've exposed them to nature from the beginning. This is how an untouch beach's supposed to look like. My 2yo, 9yo and 15yo all had a great time. It's perfect for nature play, best playground for toddlers. My 2 older children and husband went snorkelling and took nice videos of the marine life in the area. We brought our snorkwlling gears. I don't think the resort has them. AIt was the best place to be for a relaxation and for a slow day. Their rooms are spacious compared to 2 other resorts we've stayed at. They don't scrimp on food and eventhough we were the only guests at that time since it was a Monday, their servings were plentiful. They have a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The resort itself was beautifully designed and the common areas are spacious compared to other resorts. The design and constuction's well thought of. Just a heads up though, you can't park all the way down to the resort. They have a shuttle that will pick you up at the designated parking area and bring you to your room. Their staff are all courteous and professional. I love Palm Beach and highly recommend it for families with childen.

Our stay in Palm Beach is one of the best. Resort wise- it’s well maintained and clean. You can see staff members cleaning every area first thing in the morning. The pools are also very clean. The resort is adequately staffed which makes you feel more relaxed because they can quickly provide what you need and can respond right away to your queries. Life guards are always present whenever guests are swimming. Even if there’s only one person in the pool, lifeguard is visible which gives you the feeling of security. Food wise- they have buffet 4x a day (bfast, lunch, snack, dinner). You will never feel hungry! And the foods taste so good from main course to dessert. The money you will spend for your stay in Palm Beach is worth it. Kudos to the owner and the staff for doing a great job!

Excellent”
Perfect play to unwind and get away from the bustling city life and yet experience the best service. Overflowing delicious food from merienda, dinner, breakfast and lunch. We arrived before lunch and they allowed us to have an early check in and take the lunch for the day instead of next day since we are checking out the ffg day. The staff were all polite and accomodating. You will feel secured even while roaming around the resort at night bec you can see the security personnel in every corner. Place is secluded and quiet so you will feel like you're in an island. One of the best well maintained and clean pool I've seen, not even a single insect and leaf floating. The only cons is the rocky beach but its nature so you can't have everything. Will surely come back!

Great protocol!”
The resort have really nice protocol, from the time we arrived at the resort, you know that they have strict protocol (aside from the antigen test needed at the tourism office). Upon arrival, guard on duty sanitized the tires of our car, reception area is clean and with sanitizers. Upon entering our room, you can still smell their disinfectant (but we resanitize with our own lysol), You have to make reservation if you want to swim at the pool since they only have limit of 10 people and they sanitize every hour. Each room has allocated 1 cabana where only you can stay and also same dining spot all throughout our stay. I feel very safe during our whole stay. Ps. Bring aqua shoes since the beach area is not powdery sand but the water is clear and clean.

best for family bonding, great food and staff, perfect beach”
we visited as a family (me hubby and our 3 y/o son). We were trying to find a shallow beach in batangas so my son can explore the sea and beach but we also needed a resort with a pool. found this resort while I was searching and boy it was a gem! we've been served huge servings of bfast lunch dinner and delicious PM snack (we still think about all the leftovers we had on this trip! haha) their staff were all kind, always attentive and smiling! the room is perfect! we were given the sofia building 3rd floor room so the view was AWESOME! we were facing the sea where we could see BOTH sunrise and sunset. There are two pools but we didn't get to try the one with the slide (we preferred the other because it was perfect for my son's height he could walk around the pool. Everything in our stay is perfect and we'll definitely come back regularly since this is just a 2-hr drive from our home. Safe and organised!”
We were six in our party with two young children (5 and 4). From the moment we received the Covid test to the moment we were shuttled back to our vehicle in the car park, we felt safe as everything was so well-organized: the buffet arrangements, booking of the pools for limited groups, the large stretch of beach where we could easily social distance from other families and the sparkling clean rooms with care packages. It was our first two night, three day break in over a year and we could not have chosen better. This hidden paradise gave us three days of relaxation and peace. Thank you to the staff and management. Hats off to all of you for a well-managed establishment in these difficult times!

We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay at Palm Beach Resort. We are very satisfied with staff, food, ambiance, the infinity poo and whole resort. Tip: it is ideal to swim in the beach in the morning, its a bit rocky so make sure to bring aqua shoes or rent it at palm beach (its at an affordable price). The restaurant has that warm, homey and relaxing vibe that makes you want to eat more haha. The view is serene. The rooms are spacious and lovely, make sure to close the doors of the bathroom and shower so that the AC can function normally and have your desired cool temperature, I was able to sleep right away in the evening. Thank you Palm beach for the complimentary cake and song (grow old with you) for 10th wedding anniversary, it made our stay more special. The pool is great and our children loved it. We will be back soon!

Our favorite”
It's our second time in the resort and I must say that our experience was perfect. We were there Sunday-Monday and the resort almost felt ours to explore. It was so relaxing and peaceful to hear nothing but the waves of the sea, chirps of birds, and the wind as they touch the leaves of trees that abound th resort. We also loved that the snorkelling area was near the shore and how nice it was. We even spotted a sea turtle. Just make sure to bring some aquashoes if you dont want to get a cut. But the have a first aider just in case. We highly appreciate the warmth of the staff. They gladly accommodated my pescetarian diet and provided a big serving of scrumptious vegetarian food just for me. They also allowed us an extended check out to 1pm Overall, we are putting the resort on our favorite list. We would definitely be back again and again.

Safe and relaxing getaway during the pandemic”
The way the place was set up really made us feel they had safety as one of their top priorities. Having on-site swab tests available for all guests if needed, assigned table seatings for meals, staff maintaining social distancing while wearing masks at all times, limiting number of guests using the facilities, etc. This is on top of nice rooms, a clean beach, and well-maintained facilities. My fam enjoyed.

Exceptional service and very clean facilities”
Staff were friendly & very accommodating and helpful. Room & entire facilities were very clean. You can see they’re disinfecting rooms. Pillows & beds are being cleaned thoroughly and being exposed to sun. They do have strong hot & cold shower plus bidet. Kudos to Nelou for being so accommodating and answered all my queries & granted my requests upon booking. We had so much fun! I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Great family getaway during holidays”
We had our company outing here and we had a great team building with my colleagues that is why I booked this resort for my family. We spent Christmas in this resort and had a great day. The place is not that big but it isn't crowded, and a perfect place to unwind and relax. They also serve delicious food during our stay (plus complimentary Noche Buena). The rooms are facing the beach and we enjoyed the view all throughout our stay. The staff is accommodating and friendly and they inform us of the things we need to know like meal schedules and facilities available. All in all, we spent a fun Christmas in this resort.

A great secluded resort in Laiya!”
We are a group of 8 with small children and I must say, the price for a 2-bedroom is not bad at all! The rooms are large and comfy with the basic necessities and uncomplicated HEATER! So no need to worry about bathing with a cold water. The food is sumptuous too, and its a buffet! The beach might not be the one you imagined though, especially during low tides since its very rocky but its cleaner than the other parts of Laiya!

This is definitely one of the best resorts in Batangas. Advantages: 1. The resort has a very good and clean amenities. They have spacious and clean room. Their infinity pools were great too! 2. The food was superb! We definitely enjoyed the buffet meals from breakfast to dinner. The quality and choices of the buffet was really great. 3. They have very accommodating and happy crews. 4. The resort is a bit exclusive so you could really feel relaxed and the tranquility of the place. Though there are a bit of disadvantage, here’s my key points: 1. The beach is a bit rocky so you might want to consider using aqua shoes. 2. Going to the location is quite a challenge. You will have to go off-road on some portion. 3. No Globe connection and the wifi connection is quite limited in some areas. But overall, the experience was great! Their price is a bit expensive but it was definitely worth it ❤️

this would be the 3rd time I stayed in Palm Beach. There's a lot of reasons why I kept on coming back. Food is number 1. Great job Chef. All I heard from my mom every time we eat was "sarap grabeh" (delicious). Staff was great too. We stayed on a Sunday and there were only 2 guests that time and one is us so it's like we have all the place to ourselves. We will definitely come back. Keep it up Palm!

We had the place to ourselves”
Due to the ongoing restrictions, there were only 2 groups booked on our date. Even the adjacent resorts were vacant. Because of this, we very much enjoyed our stay. We freely used most of the facilities enjoying it for ourselves. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and everything was working fine. Their wifi covers all areas including the beach and cottages. I didnt realize our booking included Dinner/Breakfast/Lunch. Food was served a la carte but you can ask the staff for more servings if we wanted. There was a limited choices for food but they were all good in my opinion. The only downsides for me were the absence of cellular signal in the area and the road leading to the resort is probably not suitable for small cars.

Everything in Palm Beach is on point. All of the staffs of the resort were warm welcoming and accommodating. The rooms and cabanas are all located with a nice sea view. Since the package had a full board inclusion, buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served PLUS a PM SNACK! We really couldn’t ask for more. Thank you and we’d definitely come back.

We stayed there for one night for our mom’s birthday celebration. The place is fantastic, though the beach is rocky but you have two options of infinity pools. The resorts offer buffet meals breakfast snacks lunch and dinner. Even if they offer few selections in the food but everything is delicious! We really have a great time surely will come back here. Keep it up!!
