Great value”

Loved the feel of the customer service, it was like the good customer service before Covid hit (not talking about the safety measures necessarily, I’m talking about hotels that Stopped doing room service and breakfast not for safety reasons but for reasons of saving money). This hotel still does free coffee, house keeping, and includes breakfast 🙌 the room was clean and smelled fresh until later in the night when there was a smell issue due to the sewer system but they are getting it looked at And the place is very outdated but they are also getting an update and it is well worth the value as is. 2 pools and a hot tub! Cute little old fashioned game room! Although the pool table needs fixing there is air hockey we really enjoyed with the kids and a couple other games. Coin laundry too. We spent too much money at expensive places with terrible customer service when we could have stayed here the entire stay. The breakfast ladies were very nice and helpful waiting on us and making sure we got what we needed. Made the one night we stayed feel great just by having friendly staff at breakfast, (especially the lady with red hair, sorry I didn’t get her name)

Great stay for a great value”

We were on the main strip right across from the island. Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff. The hotel is a little dated, but they do well to keep it clean. We loved having a balcony and being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Being super close to everything was a great perk. We could walk to everything and ride a trolley. We will definitely stay again.

Family with children”

Staff was great! Hotel was older needs some cleaning to outside pool. Room was clean. Hot tub was not hot. But we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Descent Hotel”

Short walk to the Island of Pigeon Forge. Nice sized room with balcony & patio chairs. Great Breakfast Buffet. 3 pools & hot tub. Very Affordable! And a nice view as well.

Bathroom was really small and smelled like urine. Parking is awful.

We found three weird little bugs in the bed sheets. Showed the staff and they basically just shrugged and said, "Sorry." Room smelled of mildew. Would never stay here again.

Overall was OK”

I could nit pick about a few things but for a last minute getaway it was overall OK. The breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausage, biscuit, and gravy. The room was clean except a spot of urine on the toilet seat. The tv remote was hard to change channel's the outlets were in bad shape and the tub had no stopper. The pool was open but was too cold to enjoy the hot tub was closed. After reading other reviews i was glad to have towels and not be charged over and over. I wouldn't go out of my way to book this place again unless the deal was really cheap.

Lies lies lies”

I called before booking on online I asked if breakfast was still being served and I asked about the indoor pool. I was told breakfast was grab and go with covid and that they were just finishing up Maintenance on the indoor pool. We got here on Tuesday they said at check-in sorry breakfast has been shutdown because we didn't meet covid standards. Then go down to the pool the pool is closed but the lazy river and hot tube is working. We used it the first night thinking ok its dimly lit but the kids want to swim. We started smelling a moldy smell after we got out the next night the lighting was better and the now everything indoors is shut down and there is mold all through the lazy River and hot tub. I wish I could get a refund and take my kids somewhere better. The rooms are clean the beds are hard and there is 5 channels on TV. Also the light over the vanity doesn't work👎👎👎 Again I wish they would have just been truthful upfront my babies want to swim 🥺

Wonderful pool”

I really liked this property. I was surprised that it was so clean after reading other reviews. My grandchildren 3 and 5 loved the lazy river. The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was the laundry room. First the detergent dispenser took my money and didn’t work. Then the washer worked fine bur the dryers didn’t work. I let staff know and they let me dry them. I think they should close the laundry room do this doesn’t happen. Or better yet get new appliances.

Horrible experience”

This hotel was horrible. Dirty rooms. Dirty carpets. When we arrived and we saw our room it smelled horrible. The fire/smoke alarm was ripped out of the wall and there were only wires showing. There were no blankets on the bed just sheets in a gross brown blanket. The carpets and flooring was dirty. The walls were disgusting. The pool was so gross and dirty and black water almost and there was mold on the walls in the pool area. I do not recommend this hotel at all And I was so that I had to get out of my reservation and that I had to stay here. This was supposed to be a family friendly vacation and it was so disgusting and I am so grossed out. I complain to the staff and they were not helpful at all. They did switch me rooms but they were way over priced. Do not stay here. Buyer beware. They are under new management apparently but they tried to put us in the old part of the hotel and it was really really disgusting. I am so disappointed in my vacation stay that I actually cried trying to switch rooms. Do not bring your family here. Buyer beware!

Location, value, spacious ”

Older unit, but beds were clean & comfy and we had such a large suite in a prime location it more than made up for the outdated wallpaper! Pool area was nice and we could walked to Isalnd and so much more!

Worst hotel ”

This place is a joke. First of all they gave us a room that was already occupied and then the room they gave us door did not lock. I was able to walk in without using the key card. The staff was rude and the place smelled of marijuana. After trying for about two hours to get things fixed with the room we ended up getting a partial refund. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I would not stay here again the tub leaks commode ran all night. The room cost to much for what I had to pay. Never found the pool.

Promised towels. No towels in room. Glad we had our own from home.
