I got more than what I expected”
The surrounding is clean, the road to the resort are a bit unmaintained but even small cars can still drive through it. The beach has white sand and the overall cleanliness of the area is great. The room is really close to the beach, sufficient space for 5 people to share. Props to the kitchenware and cookware, they also include free 5 gallons of water for drinking and cooking. Definitely will come back to the place!

Staffs are very accommodating, always open to discuss the requirements needed due to travel restrictions, place is secured with security guard roaming around, stayed on their loft type cabin, with own kitchen, kitchenwares are provided and even free water for the dispenser, ref and gas stove and lpg are also included plus the ihawan, you just need to bring your ingredients, i also noticed that they have cctvs installed facing the shoreline. They dont have a restaurant by its ok since you can cook your own food especially if you’re a big group.

We got excited so we brought so many cooking things only to realize that everything is already provided down to the knives pots and pans hahaha. Highly recommended for people who wants to DIY their food for a couple of days in the beach :)

Nice place to relax”
I've read negative comments on FB about the place saying they are inconsiderate and the staff lacks training but I did not experience that. I think one just needs to strictly follow their house rules and there will be no prob. We went there Sunday so there were few group of people in the resort. The place is small but clean and I really had no problem. We enjoyed it, we had fun.

Nice place to stay and worth your money. The road is quite rocky going in. Got a loft which is just 10 meters to the beach which has nice sands. They have kitchenette with utensils and free water. Lots of outside vendor to buy from when you need food/snacks. The loft i think could fit max of 10 but pandemic caused the cut to half. The area is relaxing with lots of benches shaded by trees. The pool is also great for kids and adults.

Perfect for family travellers”
Am happy to have tried Paseo de Verde's beach resort. Its location is perfect as it beside the beach. it also has a swimming pool for kids and adults. Best of all the pool, has a lifeguard. I love the hanging plants and flowers! Its indeed a Paseo de Verde the rooms don't have TV but its ok since we're there to enjoy the beach. Air conditioners upstairs is also working. Filtered water with dispenser is also provided. Cooking pots and grillers are also provided. the only downside is the steep stairs. it is quite challenging to go up and down, even for me. The staff are great and accomodating. Will definitely come back!

better than what was expected”
We booked a cottage for an overnight stay for 8 adults (8 adults, 3 children) and the room is more than enough for us. Room was clean and well-maintained, utensils were complete and staff were friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool and beach area were also clean and well-maintained. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We got the room nearest the beach front. Beach is clean as well as pool. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room is okay, its just a plain room with a bed and a restroom no additional spaces just enough for a group to fit in. Room has a cooking ware/stove plus a grilling area and a dining outside the room. Our overall stay was good, good only because we travelled with a baby then a stem from a coconut tree fell down good thing my brother was alert to save it falling from the baby’s head so beware.

it was a good place to stay, we enjoyed the view, the place was ok for its price and the pictures posted didnt do justice to the place, the place is nicer in actual, the pool in big and clean, very safe for kids, the beach was also clean, you can olay beach volleyball, they have volleyball net,, our family had fun. we will book again.the staff are very friendly and helpful

Pros: little ones will enjoy the pool because of the lights and water squirts, friendly staff, free drinking water and gasul, pots are provided, pets not allowed, no videoke THANK GOD, lifeguard, security, stores nearby, room massage possible, cool aircon, can use drone CASA HERMANA COTTAGE Cons: They intend to let you in at exactly 3pm, they charged us extra P1500 so we could enter at 12noon. Bathroom easily cloggs, flushing could sometimes not put poop down the drain Not fault of Paseo: Beach is ankle high, good for little kids, neighboring resorts allow pets in the beach and videoke

Birthday weekend getaway (during pandemic)”
We celebrated my father’s birthday during our stay and had a wonderful staycation in Paseo Verde. Highlight of our stay: -they have this chillin’ area in between pool area and beach area, and i like that it was just in front of out villa.. -Whole place is very “instagrammable”, day & night ♥️ -i like it that they we’re very responsive with my queries online ((: -they dont have any resto nor served any food, however, they have a kitchenette which is equipped with stove and utensils -no corkage fees for any food and beverage 👌🏻👍🏻 -whole resort is filled with staff, security and lifeguards, and they were all very accommodating -they have sanitizers and alcohol literally everywhere -7 11 is just 10mins walking distance -after 6pm, swimming is not allowed, however, guests can chill on the beach and bring drinks in cups (not on glass/bottled glass or something breakable) -value for money (you get what you paid for) Just a tip that it is important to you pass by san juan tourism office to get the stubs prior to checking in (10mins away and its literally on the way, if coming from Manila or North side). Tourism Office is like a tollgate that we just need to make a stop and pay Php 20.00 per head and done in after a minute (we passed by around 2:30pm - Saturday afternoon). Also, no need to print that Health Declaration Form, as it’s available in the hotel or resort. Definitely highly recommend for groups both family and barkada 👍🏻💕✨

Highly Recommended for Family with young kids”
We have 4 kids, 3 small ones that needs to checked once in a while. Pool and Beach have separate life guards vigilantly watching the swimmers and the pool life guard stands by the small kids whenever they're in the pool. Place is clean, every morning the local staff cleans the place. It has CCTV around and enough parking for guest. If you forgot to something at home or run short on supplies, there's local sari-sari nearby and 7-11 by the main road. Beach location is perfect for family with young kids since the seabed is relatively flat unlike other areas of Laiya. We will definitely comeback, btw FYI they will charge you an additional 100php for the pool use.

Paseo”
Pool is nice, room is ok, so is the staff and beach. I wish it had basic plates, cups and utensils and a can opener so we just bring the food we need to cook. Any rental should have all those basics I think. Generally ok. Don't forget to pass by the tourism office about 4km from the turn off the main road.
