I arrived well before (12:00) the check in time (15:00) and the hotel was extremely busy. Valet parking was excellent. As with all hotels during endemic staff shortages are evident However the target check in time of 15:00 was maintained. The room club was well presented and clean. During COVID there is no dedicated check in / check out or lounge. However many of the club benefits were still offered. During the tsunami times of arrival and departure, the staff and elevators were overwhelmed. This comment from a friend. Again all staff we’re trying their best to meet the needs and possibly exceed my expectations One of many examples of , meeting customers expectations, was at about 22:00 I went to the COURT YARD restaurant. I was looking for a simple burger, the staff explained that they were actually closed. But she would ask the Chef if he could help. To be honest I said no need I felt that the Chef and kitchen had done enough for the day. Morning breakfast was satisfactory and again the staff were willing to help. The Restraunt was not busy at the time. Check out at about 10:00 , most of the clients were having breakfast or still asleep! All in all I was very satisfied. Well done team. Thank you

First, I've to thank 2 staffs ie Chloe and Rachel, who are really helpful. It's not easy to travel during the pandemic with strict restrictions. Before we reached the hotel, we have to submit all relevant documents including police permit for cross border and other relevant supporting documents. And both Chloe and Rachel had helped us b4 we checked into the hotel and throughout our stay. Secondly the room is super clean. The free breakfast is extremely yummy and all are room serviced. Everyone knows about its good location and easily accessible to any part of KL city centre. Pavilion Mall just next door. Despite that 99% of shops not opened in the mall, we still manage to get good lunch take away. We were glad that our package included dinner for 2 and so reduce our risk to restaurants or food court for take away. The fried rice is good. Thanks Pavilion Hotel! Highly recommended!!

one word: awesome 👏🏻 the hotel is newly built, hence everything about it is sparkling nice and beautiful. the check in was a breeze. however reception area got me confused. also i do understand understand why we need to take separate lifts to go up and down 8th floor to the reception. anyhow apart from that issue, everything else about this hotel is fabulous. room was nicely decorated and looks modern. amenities were adequately provided and there is even a coffee machine. i love kimono style bathrobes. and the tv 📺 channels were good. the most awesome thing about this hotel is thr breakfast! honestly i've never had a breakfast spread as generous as pavillion hotel. due to mco imposed - breakfast is sent to your room. one is allowed to choose 4 different breakfast items. so for 2 adults - u get 8 items. wow 🤩 certainly a lavish spread for breakfast! definitely worth the price included! i strongly recommend u choose a room with breakfast included, definitely worth your money! i really enjoyed my stay here as the location of hotel is the best in its class. shopping at pavillion is a breeze - just up escalator and bingo - you are at pavillion mall. hotel is connected to the mall, so no worries about logistics. i would definitely stay here again! luxurious and one of the best in its class! 🤟🏻

I would like to know express our gratitude to the reception country staff named Ms Angela. She gone an extra mile for looking out for us a available room with upgraded choice and club lounge access with a nominal charges. Due to the long drive from home, we did not regret accepting Ms Angela recommendation. Th room is superb and tremendously huge and amazingly clean with tip top facilities. Not forgetting the unforgettable experience over at the infinity pool...!!!! Magnificent view. Keep it up. Staffs at every lift lobby greeted us repeatedly with a constant smile on their faces. We felt very much welcome. And it's our FIRST experience here at Pavilion Hotel. Indeed it supercede some of our other favorite go to property! Good job. Thumbs up. Well done.

I really amazed with the hospitality that we received from this hotel. From the service, room, food & all. Room is superb, super comfortable, spacious, clean & our baby really loves the big mirror inside the room! At night, we went for bbq dinner at The Courtyard. Food was delicious with variety of choice. We also managed to go for the weekend brunch at Horizon Grill in Banyan Tree. The view, ambiance & food was just amazing. The staff very friendly, attentive & never stop checking on us just to ensure everything was perfect as we travel with our 8months old baby, which makes us feel really welcome & safe. Staycation In Pavilion KL”
stay is from Nov 5-7, 2021. My stay has 2 stories great and not so great. We booked 6 rooms to celebrate my daughter and father in law birthdays. We arrived on Nov 5 at 3 pm for the check in and the queue was very long that I reached the counter about 4 pm. No drinks served while waiting. The great part: 3 rooms were available to move in right away. The not great part: the other 3 rooms were only able to get them at about 06:30 pm after raising my voice and no one was coming to rescue from 4 pm until 06:30 p.m. Finally, Mr. Faisal made his way to check the rooms and while waiting at the reception, they issued the keys for the other 3 rooms. Mr. Faisal was also kind to give each of the delayed rooms RM 100 each for room service. On Nov. 6, he called me personally about 8 pm to bring 2 trays of cakes and apology card from the hotel. Overall stay, aside from the delay, was good as it is attached to the Pavilion mall which makes it easier to walk in. Thanks to Mr. Faisal for making the stay great.

Amazing experience having a short vacay here with my husband. Everything is perfect, room is clean, staff sincerely help us to get to our room and are so thoughtful to provide a surprise for my husband birthday with delicious cake and deco some balloon for him. Thanks chloe, monica and housekeeping team. Breakfast are great too! Lots of variety from nasi lemak, satay, omelette, variety of fruits. I would say I am satisfied with the service by pavilion hotel kl.The bathtub is huge and beautiful, the cleanliness is okay and breakfast service is also good. but just one thing to improve. I arrived at hotel 23rd Oct 2021 on 3.15pm and clueless to enter which elevator at level 1M , didnt get any help from staff at that time. Another guest inform me which elevator I need to take directly to check in counter. Really spoil my mood at that time but luckily service at reception and the next day at breakfast is awesome. We got upgraded to a club room (with some top up) and it was the best decision ever! The normal room is fine but the view was blocked and of course it was small. We got upgraded to a suite, we got free cocktail/coffee session in the evenings, complimentary laundry for 3 pieces of clothings per day. The room was spacious with a huge bathtub which my kids really enjoyed! The breakfast spread was good and it was a different spread on both days. They had a good selection of fruits, kueh and pastries on top of the usual buffet selections. Please note that kids 6-12 years old need to pay for buffet breakfast. The location is superb. There’s a lift that takes you down to Pavilion mall which is very convenient! The only setback I found in this hotel is that the pool is not kids friendly. There’s only one infinity pool which might not be suitable for all kids. Will definitely return!

The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal because it is walking distance to the Jalan Alor and it is integrated into the Pavilion Mall. Shopping, eating and drinking was not a problem. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had in terms of variety and it was cooked wonderfully and good variety of coffee too. It was indeed a flavourful experience. I would definitely come back to stay and recommend to my friends and family.

Very friendly and attentive staff! Room is clean and new, bedding and pillows are so comfortable and minibar has a lot to offer! Unbeatable location as it is connected to Pavilion mall, very convenient as I travelled with young kids. Just got to take note that lobby is at level 8, and it u drive be sure to park at hotel car park instead of mall carpark(same entrance) On top of the great stay, Buffet breakfast is delicious! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Had the best 2 nights in the hotel. Everything was great - room was clean , staff were helpful and friendly, location was really good since it's next to the major shopping malls. The only thing that could be improved would be the food. The food in the breakfast line could be warmer. Overall taste is still good but it'll be great to have soft, warm pastries. Will definitely be back the next time.

Had a short staycation here, room was clean & comfortable, amenities were more than sufficient, the breakfast buffet was GOOD, but the most satisfying feature for us was the shower! Staff were polite and very gracious, SOP was followed and adhered to, we had a very enjoyable stay. The mall is attached (very convenient), with the covered walkway one can walk all the way from the hotel to KLCC without ever being exposed to the elements.

Arrive at 1pm something, the FO staff provide me the early check in and fulfill my requested to free upgrade to Grand Oasis. The room is comfortable, the bathroom comes along with bathtub. The breakfast is delicious. The chef make perfect omelets. All staff is superb friendly and kind. I really enjoy my stay and in future I will return back.

Extremely good location and hotel is connected to Pavilion mall, which is super convenient! Hotel room is clean too and love the Banyan tree soap and toiletries! Managed to use the infinity pool at the rooftop early in the morning and loved it! Breakfast was not bad and staffs are friendly too. Would definitely book again if I’m back to KL in the future! :)

We stayed for our youngest birthday - overall the stay was excellent, the room was spacious, and it was clean that we get daily change of linens. Love the strategic location of the hotel attached to the Pavilion Shopping Mall. In order to entitled free parking for hotel guest, need to pass through the 2nd auto gate indicated hotel guest signboard and get your parking ticket validated by front desk, otherwise you will have to pay according to mall parking charges. When check in need to go to level 1M for tempature check due to pandemic season, then proceed to Level 8 for check in. Professional, friendly and well trained hotel staff I must said, kudos to all front desk, cafe staff and chef, we feel warmth and welcomed during our 2D1N stay here. Breakfast in buffet style, though not much choices but satisfactory. Infinity swimming pool quite small but that's ok since we are not coming for this. Feeling refresh and waking up in the center of the KL city and overseeing the busy city in a quiet way. We really feel relaxed and satisfied on our weekend short staycation here with the quiet room, nice bed, spacious bathroom and basin, good job to Banyan Tree management.

The location was very good as it directly connects to Pavilion mall so that we didn't need to walk outside when it was very hot. We stayed on the club level and could check in at the club lounge comfortably. We could have some drinks and refreshment while we waited for our check-in was processed. When we went to the reception, the reception staff asked us if we wanted to check in there or at the club lounge. We didn't know anything so said either one is fine and asked if there is any difference? The staff then told us that we could have some drinks and cakes etc while we are checking in. He could've told us that right from the start. The Staff were very helpful and tried to accomodate our requests as much as possible. My husband got sick half way through the trip and one of the staff asked if she could arrange the kitchen staff to make rice porrige for him which was nice. The house keeping could've improved a bit but we'd come back here again.
