Overall good but location and clientele made what was good not so good”

Overall, the staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom lacked in the update part and some mold was present in the bath tub. What made my stay less attractive was the clients of the hotel. On our last night, a lady (I'm guessing) tried her card to open the door (at 2am) and it did not work. Once again I'm guessing but she sounded drunk. She banged in her door while talking extremely loud. She banged up in her door like a mad lady until 3h30 when the police finally showed up and took care of the situation. Needless to say that I did not sleep that night and the hotel did not do a follow up with the situation to ensure our satisfaction.

I love this hotel. Very cool staff. Excellent location near everything, great bed, good internet and TV. Gym could be a lot better with any type of machine or weights, but there is a 24 HR fitness directly across the street. I stay here any time I'm in the area and will continue to stay there. Highly recommended. Good value for the money.

The only ok thing about the hotel is the check in process. Anything other than that is garbage. They are under New Management since last year and they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! breakfast is no longer included and is now $15 per person. Golden corral prices!!!. My room did not have an ice bucket and I was transferred to housekeeping 'who did not handle that', I was transferred back to the front desk who does not handle that'. Meanwhile your throat is closing up. I never got an ice bucket for my room. Smh- there are no refrigerators or microwaves so good luck with a cold beverage. Oh and they won't provide you with corporates number to make a complaint.

This place is false advertisement. Nothing looks like the website. They take the time to fix up the lobby but as soon as you get on the elevator it's like you stepped into another world. Itd horrible. Room numbers written on the wall in pin, light post hanging by the cord. Just dont go save your money.

Wonderful”

I came in and was sent to an unprepared room, but Andy the front manager manage to fix the problem right away, the housekeeping did a great job. In fact I was so happy with that room, I currently have a reservation for the same room for the weekend of my graduation from December 13th to the 16th. I do hope the experience is even better than before. The food on the other hand is not that impressive.

I booked a king bed with a request for a quiet area. I was put in a room with double beds and it was beside the pool & bar, not quiet at all. There was 1 towel for 2 people. The room smelled very musty and the vending machines did not work but they took our money. Luckily we were only staying one night.

Old property that if you get a bargain rate is worth it”

The hotel is very old and and it desperately need better showers, hallways, lobby,etc. The breakfast was included and it was decent. The pool area was also OK but overrun with screaming kids. The bed was comfortable but the overall appearance of everything is not good.

I do realize that this is a 2-star hotel with appropriate expectations, but some things should be considered before booking: 1. Noise isolation is non-existent - we could hear loud and clear people talking outside whole night long as well as violent arguing in the room next to our's, which prompted us to call hotel security, following up with 911 call. (Hotel security was responsive though) 2. Following up on item 1, there are some "shady" characters staying in this hotel. 3. Free internet wasn't functional, either we couldn't connect to it, or it was painfully slow. 4. Breakfast was not bad.

Owner needs to spend some money on it”

The place is run down and the breakfast is not appetizing. The heating and air units are in the wall and the unit above us dripped on ours all night and we couldn't sleep. We called down and they sent maintenance to tell us that he can't do anything about it. Called to have room changed and put me on hold and came back and said that they were fully booked. The place defected our purpose of getting a good night sleep before our cruise the next day. The place really needs to be fixed up.

In need of a serious renovation ”

Location was good for what we needed. Very close to Finnigans restaurant (highly recommend it) . This place is in need of a serious renovation. The outside tiki bar was open one day and was told the staff is unpredictable, the bartender never showed up and no one seemed to care. The free breakfast was gross. You really do get what you pay for. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The gift shop staff was great.

Very nice lobby & room for the price. Front desk staff seemed confused & were a bit slow figuring out which rooms were available. Hallways on 4th floor had bad oder & rooms are not very sound proof.

By far too noisy. Personal it self too noisy when cleaning the rooms. Reminds me on a burger restaurant. I could not sleep von 8:00 am on. Internet is a joke

If your looking for a cheap one night stay maybe.. But this is no the place to have a long comfortable stay. The room are not that clean and the smoke of smoke will get to you.. Puls they after for 200 Dollar security deposit!

Decent hotel”

Large decent hotel. It was very active when I stayed.. firetrucks and EMT one night. and then tons of cops the next. Lots of people hanging around outside the building. could use some updating

This place has roaches everywhere the staff thinks they can’t be touched and are rude and stupid everything about this place is ragidy police stay there because of the drama I would never recommend anyone stay here word of advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STAY
