Amazing Stay ”
I had an amazing experience with Quest Hotel. Although, I did have some trouble booking because my flight to Manila arrived at midnight and I wouldn’t arrive in Tagaytay until 2ish - 3ish AM. If you do arrive at an ungodly time - book a day in advance and just email the front desk ahead of time of when you will be expecting to be there. The location of the hotel is kind of like a hidden gem and as it was newly built not a lot of local people knew about it. My family who picked me up got lost and we were honestly driving around in circles trying to look for it. I pulled out my phone and it showed that it was behind the Fora Rotunda. The location on Google now says it’s behind Fora Mall and Ayala Mall, which is extremely helpful. There is a security guard at night. Just the location of where Quest Hotel is so so so convenient. I loved being close to both malls. Fora Mall was still having some stores being built so going to Ayala Mall specifically Waltermart was my go-to. I loved the fact that you could walk in the back and bam - you’re at Fora Mall. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They made my first solo trip to the Philippines amazing. My room was clean and every day they leave new glass cups and water. I had WiFi so I was happy. My only regret was not having the checkout time longer. Also, I feel extremely guilty that I didn’t leave a tip as my family rushed me out of the room so I could make it to my flight. I’ll definitely be back to Quest for my next trip to the Philippines and my only expectation is to have the same experience as my first. Also, did I mention that staff was as accommodating and kind!?!? I need more vacation time and to go back.

Came across Quest Hotel as I was checking for a nice place to stay in Tagaytay via Agoda. Little did I know, my credit card has been saved and so I accidentally booked. Initially, got frustrated but glad we pushed through with it. All the staff are nice specially EJ from the reception who have been so nice and patient with me, manager Richard who took the time off to welcome us and ensured we have everything we need, their lifeguard (sorry we forgot to get his name) who stayed with us the entire time even if we were just the only ones in the pool, and all the other staff. However, we asked for an extra towel and pair of slippers that never came. Giving them a chance though since we understand that they are still understaff and adjusting to the norm. Our room is very nice, spacious and clean. Malls and restos like Pamana/Tsokolateria (one of our fave restos!) are just nearby. Definitely worth every penny and now our go-to hotel in Tagaytay!

The guard will welcome and accommodate you. We arrived there raining but not that hard. As soon as we parked our car, the SG is already waiting outside the car door with his umbrella and ushered us to the lobby. The receptionist (my bad I didnt get his name) he was accommodating since we arrived late he gave us grace period. No hassle with booking. Aligned with Agoda. It was the fastest checked in we had. The place was clean and neat. There is complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water for two. Basic toiletries is also available. The room smells very fresh. The bed was so inviting that I do not want to get up. We got a nice view from the window of the city lights while it was raining. Too bad we did not get to dip in the pool the following day since it was still raining. but we checked the area, it was pleasant to the eyes. Will definitely go back here when we needed break!

The hotel's location is strategic. It has the serene feel but at the same time super accessible to the mall (just at the back). Just don't expect for a nice view since what we saw are rusty roof of the houses in the other side of the fence. The lobby is so chic, with the metropolitan lights and furnishings. It's just sad that we're not able to enjoy staying there since it's a season of the Covid surge. Next time we'll stay longer in the lobby and enjoy the food in the cafeteria. This hotel care so much about relaxation as their bed and beddings are so soft and comfortable. The rooms are compact that it has everything you need within your reach. And there is an abundance of water! The staff who served us are also courteous and kind. We will definitely choose this hotel when in Tagaytay.

The room is just the right size for a couple. Check in and out was fast. The staffs are all accommodating and nice. This hotel has the best location out of all the I must say, walking distance to both Fora mall and Serin mall. It's in the middle and in rotonda so we easily avoid the usual traffic going to and from the spots. We stayed for 3 days and I love how organized the cleaning staff assigned to our room. They are all trained about the covid policy so its a plus as we felt safe and secure during the stay. The pool is nice too. The only thing I can suggest for them to up a bit would be the cafe and their menu, as theres not much of an option, but overall we love the experience. We'll definitely book again.

I was concerned with travelling during pandemic due to sanitary issues. I made the right choice in booking Quest Hotel. As I got to our designated room, the door has a sticker that says "sanitized" on it. Every item you'll be using from the remote control, cups and glasses to the toilet seat has a sanitized sticker on it. The room is very clean. The staff are nice and courteous. They allowed us to check in early and even allowed to check out few hours late. The area is located near the Juction, so its easier to commute and go from one place to another. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Overall I am very satisfied and will choose this hotel again when I come back for holiday.

1. Upon arrival, the staff was super accommodating and entertained us right away. The lobby is cozy and welcoming, too! (P.s. they provided us with umbrellas for the rain too!) 2. Free car park ( outside and basement) 3. The hotel is new and very clean! 4. The staff are fast and reliable when we asked for extra pillows and the room attendants are great as well! 5. We had a wonderful stay ( aircon is cold and there is hot water) 6. OVERALL, I would recommend this hotel to everyone who reads this! Worth the money and hassle-free check out.

the hotel is situated in the city with fora mall and ayala serin just beside the hotel. it is also near restaurants overlooking the lake and taal volcano; and even fastfoods and pasalubong stores and plants store are nearby within walking distance. the lobby and the room is clean and disinfected. the staff greets with a smile and the cleaning staff asks the daily supply need on drinking water and toiletries. grab and panda services are allowed.

Quest hotel really lived up to our expectations! My partner and i stayed for 2 nights. The staff are accommodating, and the guard on duty is very friendly. What i liked most is they really follow safety protocols. The swimming pool area is by schedule only, and they only allow 2 groups per hour, which would ensure social distancing. We had a wonderful stay. 5 stars for quest hotel! Will definitely recommend this to friends

Quest Hotel has easy access to Fora Mall Tagaytay and has a very convenient pathway going to the mall. The room is clean and organized, staffs are accommodating and friendly. You can noticed the most of their hotel facilities are in modern style. The outdoor swimming pool is great for kids or if swimming is your kind of workout. Ideal location, far from the noise and crowd, but has the convenience of 2 malls within its vicinity. The amenities are not lacking, and the room is immaculately clean. The only cons are the space inside the room and that it is self-service (bellboys are not around, but their staff would easily assist you with your belongings, provided they are not undermanned), but it's not much of a big deal considering all its pros and advantages.

We enjoyed our stay last July 16 to 17 for the celebration of my husband's birthday. We upgraded our room from deluxe to one bedroom suite without regrets since the room is clean complete with a bathtub, a separate living room with tv and the bed is so soft. Top it all off with a relaxing in-room massage and I can say that it is indeed a quick getaway well spent with family. We will definitely book here once again 😊

Stayed here for 3 days and it was very pleasant and refreshing. The hospitality was amazing. Staff were very kind and easily approachable. This is my first hotel stay since the pandemic started March last year. The room was fully sanitized, it made me feel so safe. Bed is super comfortable. The friendly staff is the number one thing that will greet you upon arriving. I enjoyed swimming too, very nice pool. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Very great staff. They were able to deliver our requests and Sir Randy made a special arrangement for us. Will definitely stay here again. Rooms are spacious and clean. We prefered this location as it’s not by the highway where the roads are busy most of the time.

I booked two rooms for our Family. Junior Suite and a Deluxe Room. Both very clean but their Junior Suite is one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed at with my Family. It’s very spacious. Their staff are so kind too. Would definitely go back! ☺️

Near perfect except that it is a self service hotel so if like us you have a toddler it was kind of a hassle that i had to bring all our bags to our room. But the rooms were so big linens were clean anf staff were very friendly! We will definitely be back!
