Pros Spacious rooms nice decoration comfortable beds very pleasant bathroom very clean . quiet inside and out . Convenient and space underground parking Cons : far from city centre. Public transport or car a must. Apart from Schönbrunn Palace nothing within walking distance and no supermarkets nearby. Minibar and Room service with very limited selection

Staff are friendly , room was comfortable , good breakfast . Only cons are- bad location , in the middle of nowhere , too far out of main centre of Vienna . Also bad WiFi in rooms .

This is a large business type hotel with all the expected facilities and service. The rooms are adequate with fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast is a good selection of international foods. There is a bar and terrace at the ground lobby level. A pleasant and comfortable stay.

getting a coffee in the morning without breakfast was a challenge.”
first morning i ask to have just a coffee and the waiter ask what kind right by the door without a menu and said i have to seat in the lobby to get coffee. second day we walked all the way to the city to get a coffee and come back to get ready. Third day the waitress acted like we are committing crime asking to be seated just for a coffee. she went asked the manager. the manager was polite and offered us to seat. But the rest mornings were uncomfortable to go through all this. I got a coffee but my husband didn't want to come. I don't function without a coffee in the morning and I am not hungry to buy 19.00 dollars breakfast . I would never go to this hotel and won't refer this hotel to any friend. starting your morning with challenge to get a coffee?

If you ask for additional water, you can get. If you ask something, they will provide what they can. Billa and pennymarkt are located nearby, but it's a bit far from u-bahn. Yet, if it's not rainy or cold, worth to walk along the park to the station.

Superb Value”
Excellent Value for money. Decent location, not city centre but near the main train station and a short walk from the Schonbrunn, which is a critical starting point for Vienna sightseeing. Staff, cleanliness and amenities are above standard. Not at the luxury of a Ritz Carlton or Waldorf Astoria but a very nice hotel and pleasant experience.
