BED BUGS! ”

Our room was covered in bed bugs. The staff was HORRIBLE to deal with, very very rude, wouldn’t refund me my money. Would not recommend them at all.

Cheap motel smoking grungy ”

My feet were black when I walked around a few minutes. The sheets were moist and musky.

When we checked into our room the shower curtain rod was hanging down and the light in the bathroom did not work. They gave us another room (reluctantly, only because I asked) and the next room was just ok. The toilet didn't flush well. This place is rundown and does not look like the pictures.

The desk staff was unprofessional, there is mold on the shower head, no toilet paper in the room.

Cheap and safe ”

It’s a safe and clean place to stay in the heart of the Pigeon Forge. Walking distance of many restaurants, stores , and entertainments. The faculty itself is old but did a good job to keep it clean. We received our daily trade out clean towels and supplies. Staffs are friendly. Pool is clean. Price is just right .

The guy that waited on us was a little on the rude and snappy side. The hot tub was barely warm, they said it was broke. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. It was like showering in an old camper. It took 15 minutes just to wash my hair bad. The floors were gross. My kids feet were black from walking on the bare floor. And they have no intentions on opening the continental breaks anytime soon... however, other hotels were running at full operation. But for the price we paid it wasn’t the worst place to stay. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud.

Check in started our experience off bad...the woman at the counter seemed bothered that we got in at 9 pm. After a very long drive, she thought it to be funny to give us the wrong room number, which I didn’t notice til I looked at the key card...not funny! We had no tv or internet and the front would never answer the phone, finally stopped at the desk on our 2nd day and asked about it, nice guy said he would fix it but still not fixed til 10pm so basically paid for amenities we didn’t have! Check out with same lady as check in, same opinion, she acts like we’re bothering her. Very poor service, crappy experience! Want my money back

Family vacation ”

We got 2 rooms both we very dirty. One room had hair mixed with dirt in the beds. Bathroom,refrigerator, beds were very dirty. Staff was friendly, helpful to check out.

We stayed here for a short trip, and we were quite pleased for the price! The only downside is that the WiFi didn’t work for us at all! Comfortable room though.

Lovely hotel, we had a large 2 bedroom suite with fireplace and jacuzzi. Quiet and far from the noisy road. There are many entertainments, interesting museums and café-restaurants nearby. Gatlinburg is 15-20 minutes away. We will definitely return to this wonderful place! Negative point: there was no cleaning for 3 days, we took out the garbage ourselves in large bins, it was not difficult, but we wanted to clean the floor and fresh towels. The fireplace did not work, at our request it was quickly repaired. Poorly flushed the toilet and the water was loudly rustling in it.

Big Let Down”

Pro’s: good internet, clean room, low price. Con’s: facilities run down, advertised breakfast but not even a continental was provided and reception staff unapologetic. Basically “here’s your key”and thats it. I reserved the room over a month out and noted that I was a disabled vet and needed a first floor if available. Our room was on the 3rd floor. But by all appearances there were many first floor units unoccupied. Regardless, a simple apology would have been appreciated. I don’t fault them as much as I fault myself. You get what you pay for and I didn’t pay a lot so I shouldn’t have been too disappointed. It’s sad because we stayed here a few years ago when it was Ramada and it was great, thats why we went back on our anniversary. My wife said “never again” and she is very easy to please.

Pro was it was on the strip the room was not clean the toilet leaked staff was told and nothing was done no wifi no continental breakfast A/C didn't work and they know about the A=C they had the vent rigged for it to blow on the bed the carpets and bathroom floors were black microwave did not work in one of the rooms and my check in time was 3pm and the room was not ready. I understand with covid but people should not have to stand in line for over a half hour outside to get c hff ecked in very unorganized was not happy at all with the hotel.
