Asked for late check out which was granted until 12pm but had house keeking knocking at my door from 11am demanding that I leave the room, Explained that I had requested late check out but that didnt stop them from knocking at my room defeating the whole purpose of requesting a late check out. I have used Ramada on several holidays including Antalya and Side but guess what after being treated like a cheat never agai

The room was not worth the £70 I paid”

Ceiling had what looked like a blood mark on it. The sealant around the shower had mould. You could see the wall behind the headrest had been patched up. The seat in the room had stains on it. All the cabinets in the room were chipped. I asked in reception if I could swap my room but was told that there was no availability.... quite appalling to be Frank.

Worst Stay in a Hotel Ever!!!!!!”

2 days of constant noise. The first night was someone with a loud TV and despite complaining to reception it continued until early hours. The second night a couple fighting, doors banging and lots of screaming. Complained several times to reception but again this continued until the morning. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it's been brilliant. However my last 2 night stay has to be the worst experience in a hotel ever. I stay in hotels a o lot due to my work and do choose the Ramada Oldbury quite often. Having complained several times on both nights I would have expected the staff to deal with both issues. It was this failure by the staff that was really disappointing and a real let down. Will I return to the Ramada Oldbury? That will depend on the response, if any from the Management team to my complaint.

Have stayed here many times. However in this occasion I was kept awake by a very loud TV from one of the other rooms. Despite complaining to staff on several occasions, it continued into the early hours. My concern is with the inability of the staff to deal with the issue.

Very old inside ”

Thin windows, very old and cracked furniture, 1 floor towel, no tea coffee topped up only sugar and kettle. Inside the rooms need to match the exterior and communal areas

Clean and professional. Spacious rooms. Nice place overall, and had a view over the pond at the back and woke to the sound of ducks and geese, which was nice! Close to J2 of the M5 so handy for transport. Good to be close to Aldi and Asda for me so I can stock up on goodies before flying home!

Cleaning of the room was poor, faults reported were not actioned Staff refused to get the manager to sort out a problem Would not use again
